I love this spot! (Forrest hill )Y’all hired so many good people there . My dad , carl and uncle Fred Mcclatchie use to go there for EVERYTHING, before they passed. Idc where I’m at , I will bypass everyone else to get there bc I felt safe with them to tell me what I need . My battery randomly died on broad street by TJ high school , I drove all the way to yall to get it fixed . Even The women yall have hired also knew what they were doing❤️. Please don’t ever close this location down.

Significantly better service than any other auto parts store I’ve been to in the last few years. Employees actually interested in trying to help!

Best experience I have ever had - thanks to Latrell! I never write online reviews, but felt Latrell went so above and beyond to help that I HAD to write one. I had jump started my car and arrived there with a dead battery & low morale, and left with a working car, extra helpful tips and tricks, and so much appreciation for every detail of work done today. I feel lucky to have worked with Latrell and could not recommend more!

Bri is awesome! I wasn’t sure if I needed a light replaced ; they stepped out checked behind me and readjusted my light bulb because infact it wasn’t out . It just became loose. And then they replaced my windshield wipers, I know the employees are suppose to or whatever … it was just cool for her to help out and be so chill. I appreciated it Bri! Hope you had a great rest of your day!

José went above and beyond! I arrived at work and my car alarm kept going off. I ran to Advanced Auto and he helped me find the problem and I was back to work in less than an hour! Thank you José for your friendly and efficient manner! You're a credit to your company. I'll be back. ?

Staff is rude and won’t do anything to help you unless you ask. After I asked for help, I got the impression that I was bothering them and taking their time away from their conversation. This is the worst location I’ve been to and I’ve unfortunately been there multiple time because it is the closest to my house. I’d recommend going to another location if you want quality service.

After my old battery was deemed old, I needed the new battery I purchased installed. There was an embarrassing amount of corrosion and Raymond (I think his name ?) was super helpful. Because of the state of the corrosion he was really careful with the install and essentially stated he didn’t want me to have to take it to my mechanic since they’d charge a lot for replacing components. I will need to do this eventually, but he saved me time and money. Plus, he was a kind and interesting person to talk to!

I know almost nothing about cars other than competently operate some of them. I noticed I had a rear tail light out but didn't want to pay someone $50 to $100 to replace a bulb for me, so I stopped by this place on the way home from work. I was given the correct bulb number and was able to locate it quickly on the shelf. It was about 10 bucks, and swapping the bulb out at home took only a couple minutes with the help of a youtube video. Thanks, dude who helped me find the right bulb.

I needed a battery for my car's remote. Even though they do not install for potential damage reasons, they patiently awaited me to reassemble and be on my way!!! I was impressed with myself and the assistance. I shall return!!!

Best customer service ever. Keith was super nice and helpful and helped me swap my old battery that left me stranded at a nearby store. Was having a really bad day (truck broke down at Publix, AFTER I got groceries of course, and left me stranded on a day where the temp felt like 104*) and Keith saved the day. Best advanced auto parts store I've ever been to. Clean too!

Had no sound from my car radio. After researching it appeared to be a fuse. I could not get the panel box off to save my life. Took my car to Advance Auto on Forest Hill Ave and Calvin got me straight immediately. Many thanks for awesome customer service!! Kudos to Calvin!

Helped me snag some wipers and installed those babies for me. Lady was very nice and efficient. Could I have done the install myself? Well, yeah, but she was much better at it!

Just stopped in to buy all new calipers, rotors and pads for my 4runner, and while waiting they won't let ya use the restroom! Claim they don't even have one. Guess I'll go spend my $1000 bucks at the Auto Zone I passed by to get here...

While I was traveling one of my headlights burnt out I dropped by advance Auto parts on the recommendation of my brother, and they were extremely helpful. They would have put the bulb in for me except that it was raining outside.

Remarks about customers who called were made in my listening distance. Disparaging remarks they made had nothing to do with their business with the customer. It was an attack on the person for who they are as an individual. This is not a company I’ll do business with any longer.

Staff is rude and lazy.. Good luck getting any help with anything but the way to front door.. Most times I've walked in this location,, staff is more concerned playing on the computers and cracking jokes. I attempted to purchase windshield wipers and have someone there install.on my last visit, and guy says 'sorry I'm only one in store can't do it. Place is a joke.

This place has everything who need in an auto parts store. They are one of the few locations in the area that always has the parts I need for my toyota, honda and bimmer. The staff is always helpful and the late hours have saved me countless times when I realized I needed something essential to get a car running by morning. Thank you guys for the work you do in the Bon Air community

Sales clerk sold me the wrong part after looking it up and verifying rear brake pads. Realized it was the wrong part 10 minutes after closing. Called the store back and a clerk picked up the phone said” we’re closed” listed to my story for a few seconds and hung up on me!? Wow!

I went to Auto Zone today because my car battery died while it was sitting in the parking lot at work. Roz was an amazing help! She diagnosed my battery problems right away and replaced my battery as quick and efficiently as she could and I was on my way! I will definitely come back here if I need help with my car.

Keith at the Forest Hill Avenue store was so great today! He dropped in a new battery for me, took care of a related corrosion issue and answered all of my questions. He really knows his stuff.

The gentleman who helped us was knowledgeable, and friendly. He was really straightforward, also. He could have told us that we needed a new battery...but he was really honest. I would definitely recommend this location.

Bought my battery here. The staff was fast, efficient and friendly. Prices were reasonable, it is best to sign up with their rewards program to save even more.

The associate that helped me, Keith, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Tested my car battery, and it was over half dead. Went inside and quickly purchased a new one, then straight outside to have him install it in a matter of minutes. Will definitely return if I ever need more parts.

Everyone here is very knowledgeable. You might have to wait a bit to get an employee but once you do you will have their undivided attention for as long as you need it. Also if you ever purchase something that comes with a free install they will offer multiple times to do it for you. I don't enjoy car trouble but I feel confident bringing my issues to the folks here.
