I went on Thursday to see if I could get my state inspection done. They didn’t have any opening until Tuesday. Before making my appointment I asked could he check my tires to let me know if they would pass or fail. He came out, looked at my tires & let me know they were fine. Mind you, this was BEFORE I even scheduled an appt. On Monday evening right before closing I dropped my car off. 1st thing Tuesday morning, I received a text letting me know my car was ready. I ended up calling after text to see if I could pick my car up late afternoon. That wasn’t no problem! I’m EXTREMELY big on customer service. This place has outstanding customer service!
THey did the state inspection for me and were great. They are very nice and very polite. I enjoy going there for work to be done on my car. I trust them not to do something I don't ask them to do. I usually don't like going someplace like that alone, but at Varina Automotive it's different. Everyone there treats you like they've known you forver.
Top notch experience. I'm talking Chick-fil-A my pleasure type of service from the moment they answer the phone. Had been so stressed to find a new mechanic since ours moved out of town but they will be my go to spot.
Friendly and excellent. I appreciate how they say what they do and they do what they say. They had to tell me about some substantial repairs, but the way they shared it with me and communicated on the timing of getting it done was really great. They’re very communicative, which is a big yes for me.. I will be going back there for my car needs.
Solid guys working here - had an issue pop up with my tires and they got me in same day. Nothing was wrong and they were kind about letting me know how to fix it; will definitely give them my business next time to pay it back!

Made an appointment with Jason to have my vehicle inspected. I was made aware that my vehicle had a blown bulb and they could replace it while I waited. Waiting area was clean and accommodating despite that it was raining.

I dropped off my wife's 2021Jeep Grand Cherokee limited for a four wheel alignment, a suspension check. They guys at Varina Automotive did an amazing job! They completed the work, and explained everything they did clearly to me. They had everything done the same day! I will be a customer for life!

Aside from state inspections I have needed several repairs and they have always been done quickly and professionally. I have found there pricing to be fair and they stand behind there work. I brought my car to Varina Automotive this morning after hearing a noise from my brakes that made me think I needed new ones. Jason was incredibly helpful and transparent from the start! He initially planned to inspect my car and service it by tomorrow morning, but GUESS WHAT? They got it done SAME DAY! ?? They quickly ordered the parts, received them in time, and fit me into their schedule. Jason also took the time to explain upcoming services I’ll need and even got me set up for them.

The Varina Auto business is the BEST. Jason, Keith, and the rest of the crew are nice, knowledgeable, and very courteous when dealing with the Customers. They are detailed and don’t try to get you to spend more money than necessary. They work on your vehicles in a timely manner and it’s ready when they say so. I have been taking my vehicles to them for years and won’t go anywhere different.

Varina Automotive is the best shop we have ever used. More than once my husband and I have had issues with oil change companies or battery warranties and Varina Automotive was an advocate for us the whole way through. From state inspections, to diagnostics and larger repairs, they have always clearly and honestly explained issues, been spot-on or come in a little under their estimates for repair (no big surprises that weren't mentioned), and worked efficiently to complete repairs. The work they do is exceptional and they're good and trustworthy.

My experience was excellent. Very attentive. They have long term and experienced mechanics. They explain the entire scope of work and will always try to save you money. Very trustworthy. They do not overcharge or sell you items/ conduct work you do not need. Their work is reliable and they stand by it. Additionally they do not keep your vehicle unneccessarily and will get your vehicle back to you as promised.
They fixed right axle and alignment.
