I flew all the way from Miami Florida to get my car towed and this company was so patient with me went out of their way to help me and I am beyond grateful!

This company is wonderful! I called for help with a flat and the service was so fast! Earl showed up immediately and was very nice, friendly, and professional. He got my tire changed quickly. I appreciate the help! Highly recommend!
Angel who saved me when triple A failed me. He even helped position my car for the truck when I was scared of it blowing up lol and dropped me off home safely. Would call again, if needed!!
Received excellent fast service. The young man that I spoke to said he could come after his current drop off. Texted me to let me know time of arrival and got the car loaded and delivered in record time. He was our angel in disguise today.
So I had an issue with my vehicle on my way to work. Once I couldn’t get it resolved had to call for a tow. First company I called was On The Way Towing. The person who came to my rescue was Rick. He was very communicative and the response time was good. His service was immaculate, and given the circumstances, he was able to offer some words of encouragement and advice. He made a frustrating situation feel less stressful and reminded me that there are still a few good people out there in this crazy world of ours. I want to thank Rick, and On The Way Towing for their service. Would definitely recommend them

No notification that they towed my vehicle, and then no one answered the phone when I first got back in town. They are not 24hrs and they give you the wrong address. Also, they are charging you for storage and you didn't even know your car was gone.
Called in to have my Ford Explorer towed to the dealership. On The Way came in the 30 minutes that they said and had it delivered asap. I couldn’t ask for more personal and professional service. Will be using them again if ever needed.
Fast and friendly service, Rick answered my call immediately, told me when he would be arriving, and got me out of a bad situation with a broken down vehicle. He even gave me a lift home after we dropped my vehicle off at a repair shop. Highly recommend!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience with On The Way Towing. While I failed to catch the driver's name, he was incredibly helpful, quick on the job and respectful of me and my vehicle. He also made the process easy, called me promptly on his arrival and kept joyful what is usually a downer of an occasion. Couldn't recommend a better tow in Richmond, 10/10.

I called about 10 Tow Truck Companies. They all wanted $200+ to take me less than a mile down the street. If it wasn’t for Rick the police would have towed my car to the impound lot & I would have been coming out of pocket with so much more money.

10/10 reasonably priced and timely service. He picked me up under an hour after calling, updated me on his arrival every couple of minutes, and recommended me to a windshield shop.
After a horrendous night on the side of the road waiting for over 6 hours for the roadside assistance that my insurance company kept saying is on the way but never showed because they "couldn't find a provider to assist", I made **ONE** call to Richard and he was on the way!! I could not be more pleased with his timeliness, how personable he was, AND affordable!!! I know who to call next time I need a tow!!!

Rick, the tow truck owner, really saved my butt today! My car broke down just north of downtown Richmond on my way to Maryland. While I was waiting for the tow truck, I figured it's already midafternoon so there's no way it'll be fixed today. I am travelling with my dog so I found a hotel and booked it. Then I found an auto shoop with great reviews near the hotel.
So when the tow truck arrived I explained my situation and he was very nice. He brought me to the hotel first so I could stash my dog and luggage, then we dropped the car off, and then gave me a ride back to the hotel. Super nice service and a great price too, I added a very nice tip as he totally earned it. I would recommend this service to anyone!

On the way towing and recovery towed my truck. They were fast and professional. I’m a female and I was alone at night so I was a little worried but he made me feel comfortable and safe. He waited with me until my ride came and offered me a bottled of water. I will definitely be using them in the nearest future.
