I have had to go to this NAPA location twice in the past year or so. It can be intimidating as a woman to walk into an auto parts store by yourself. Both times, they have been so helpful and kind. Great staff at this location! Thank you!!

I needed an oil fill cap for my 2022 toyota tacoma. I called them and they said they had one in stock. Drove over there, and I was in and out. They seem like nice people!

NAPA is my go to place for auto parts when I need them the staff is always helpful looking up parts that's the right fit and options on battery and brake pads prices to fit my needs and my bank account.
Unfortunately I do not recall the employee's name, but an employer could not have a better employer than this gentleman. I was travelling from Charlottesville, and had to stop at NAPA to switch a faulty battery with a new one. The guy was able to make the switch simple & quick. Had an A/C issue with my car and needed to add some refrigerant. Keith (the assistant manager) helped me through the whole process, even after the initial product I purchased didn't work for my car. He troubleshooted the problem, took time outside with me to help, and everything now works fine. I will return in the future and highly recommend this store for auto care.

They always have what I'm looking for and the sales people are very helpful. Parts are better quality than other box stores. You should go there and then fix your car.
I like this NAPA location. The employees are knowledgeable and friendly, and there is usually not a long wait. NAPA parts are very expensive, most are worth it but some of their smaller items may not be depending on the application. Mac's starting fluid is definitely my favorite! Their brake parts are the best that I've seen.
Unlike two of their competitors, who could only type key-words into their computer system and then scratch their heads when they didn't get the answer I needed, the folks at NAPA pulled out an actual Parts Catalog and together we were able to figure out the part I wanted with the specs I was hoping for didn't exist. All of this was done in less time then the other guys just stared at their computers without a clue.
Dolph was INCREDIBLY knowledgeable and helpful. I went in today with issues with my battery .Dolph went above and beyond to look out for my best interests.I was with my 6 yr old daughter and he made sure we were out of the heat while he tended to my car. Great work. Thank you
