waste of time. i talked to two seperate people on friday and saturday about coming to the store to get my headlight bulb replaced. I came up here, Austin attempted to unscrew the cap for two seconds and claimed that he couldn’t do it. He also claimed I needed a high beam headlight even though my car system clearly says i need a low beam headlight. I asked him why was i promised over the phone that my headlight would be fixed and in long story short he basically claimed he was too lazy to really put the effort in. I then had to return the WRONG bulb that he tried to tell me I needed because “he’s been working at O’Reillys for a long time”. This was my first experience with O’Reillys and I won’t be back. It’s a shame because the other employees I talked to gave great customer service. Austin clearly doesn’t care about his job.
Shoutout Hudson THE GOAT!!! Super friendly and helpful, did a great job testing my battery, alternator, and starter. Battery ended up being dead and he replaced it super quick! Incredible service and the battery price was also great in comparison to competitor shops.
This location is the worse!!! It’s a Saturday, and their hours of operation is 7:30am-9pm… it is now 8:34am, and no one is here to open the doors for customers? This is the 4th time that I’ve came in the last month to have to sit and wait for someone to open up the store? This is ridiculous!! Since I’ve been waiting, about 10 customers have come to this location, only to have to turn around and bring their business to another company. What an inconvenience!
Short stubby mildy bow legged worker with a man bun….possibly of Hispanic origin was rude. Refused to charge my battery and told me it was my alternator when he never looked at my car a day in his life. Told me it would be pointless to charge it because it would die again as if he knew anything about why I needed my battery charged. Stay away from this ghetto location.
Make sure you know what you need before going here. Have an item/sku number as you maybe told they don’t have a part even after you show the online reflects they do… Look around first it’s probably there…
Personnel is willing to do diagnostics if they’re not too busy.
This store location is unprofessional..dirty ..and staff stay on their phones or outside talking to friends...and pls stop letting people work on their cars in the parking lot leaving screws and trash ..oils stains etc...
They take care of you! Make you feel important and go out of their way to show you matter! I enjoy shopping there because I know I'll get treated right!
Ordered a 180 amp alternator paid extra for it. They ordered a 130 amp and are trying to get me to take that one. No one is any help. Took a month to get a call back from them. This is the absolute worst place to by anything from.
I had never been to O'Reillys personally but the service was nothing short of EXCEPTIONAL! Not only were they the only parts stores that locally had the parts I needed, when I came to pick up the parts, they asked me if needed additional things (like antifreeze and clamps) that are typically needed for the type of repair I was getting. SUPER HELPFUL staff. I went to this store on both Saturday and Sunday and both crews were nothing short of accommodating and friendly. They even offered to help carry the parts out to my car and searched high and low for a part I needed but had been misplaced in their store. O'Reillys has my loyalty going forward!
6 employees in the store only 1 on the floor rining up customers the other are in back walking back and forth peeking out at the line with 4 or 5 people in it. 2 other customers standing to the side waiting for cashier to get line down so he can come outdide and test their battery.
Popped in today to get a headlight and Mike spent about 20 minutes helping me install it with no complaint and no extra fee. I was very impressed by everyone in the shops attitude and willingness to help.
