They told me I could come get stuff out of the vehicle until 2 and to call them 30 mins prior, did that and that’s when they stopped answering the phone, and no one’s here, waste of time, liars with a lack of integrity

Both my car and my gf’s car were towed from our apartment parking lot last night and both cars are registered to the complex. Now they want $255 dollars each and we have to wait for our complex to open 5 hours from now to figure that out. Their system is total bs. This company sucks.
Ver bad customer service. My car was ruined after tow. The break system was destroyed and they refused to offer any assistance after claiming to be 24 hours. This place should be shut down immediately.
