Awful customer service from carlos... I didn't even contact them, I was googling company's to buy my junked car, and carlos messaged me. Did the same with my wife until she told him the car and address... Still not sure how that works... but, he jerked me around for over a week. Every day it was a different excuse as to why he couldn't come. Ice, trucks too busy, etc.. I had gotten better offers from other companies, but decided to give carlos to benefit of a doubt since I made a deal with him first. I eventually told him point blank, if you arent coming just tell me so I can move on, its not like feelings would be hurt... he then promised he'd be there the next day. Didn't show or respond until I said I was going to leave this review, he once again promised the next day by noon, and then ghosted me. Im not sure if this is a way for him to have fun or get a laugh, but its very unprofessional. I could have sold the car 3 times over by now. And now its the weekend, so I have to wait until monday to call another company. Don't waste your time with these people, and dont let them waste your time.
They were super friendly and arrived very quickly (less than 30 min) to my location and towed me to my tire shop for a very reasonable price. Highly recommend!!
called for help, was set an expectation of about an hour for arrival. exceeded expectations by arriving early, and Mr. K was professional and courteous. was cheaper than other businesses quoted me.
These people are absolutely scammers in my opinion. They charged $3000 to my daughter to put in a transmission when she went to pick up 2 weeks later the car did not work. Plus they charged my credit card without any authorization. They refused to fix the car or money back
Literally called 8 tow truck companies for a simple car relocation in one of my lots. No one could help, finally talked with Speedy’s Towing and he was super nice, professional and said 40 minute eta. literally showed up in exactly 40 minutes. Price was fair as well. Thanks Speedy’s Towing!
I am in SC but my son lives in Virginia. He had some car trouble and needed a tow. I tried a few places I found on line but none of them could help me. However when I spoke to Speedys Towing, he was more than happy to help! His service prices were fair and quick. It was so nice to hear such a friendly voice on the other end of the phone during this crisis. Thank you!!!
Definitely hustlers and weasels tried to tell me I didn't have a catalytic converter on my car when I put it on myself.. I went to AJ's and got $340 after these people insulted me offering $200 and trying to lie... They showed up 3 days later after they told me they'd be there in an hour horrible people don't use them
Well..where do I start 1st off the driver was over 3 hours late to get my ol lady's car. Driver was unprofessional and lazy wasn't willing to help us move the car we had to use our own vehicle to move to other side of yard . ALSO was lied to about price and had to haggle to get close to originally agreed upon price...wouldn't recommend to my nephew to get his big wheel towed
They towed my car that broke down on my way to work. When after I got a rental and could go get some of the belongings i had in the vehicle out. They were stolen from the floor board and the trunk. The people in the shop said read the signs they are not responsible for missing item. The issue is I had never been to the shop. They said they don't have cameras but what kind of shop keeps people vehicles in a side lot if you really want to call it that and doesn't have some means of protecting customers vehicles or belongings. The Owner even cursed at me through text messages when I said i will be taking it to court over the negligence of this company and how they operate. With so many bad reviews basically saying how shady this company and all the others saying how completely professional they are I have an idea that the positive reviews are fake one has the owner name on the videos and the other has his last name. Several also have the similar grammatical errors.
Be warned and go somewhere else. If anything I can say they are very unprofessional and sketchy. Will update after the possible litigation
My vehicle stopped suddenly right off the highway. I was visiting Richmond and didn’t know who to call. I used their services because they towed me. I was a little worried because who isn’t when they are dealing with getting their car fixed by someone unknown, but they were great. They were quick and fairly priced. It has been well over a month and my vehicle is running better than ever. Thanks
Staff is always friendly and professional. They take the time to give me all the options to fix any issue I need to fix on my vehicles. I had used the towing service a few times and they are quick to respond and get the vehicle towed on time.
Towing my boat and my trailer snapped. Speedy was there in 30 mins took the whole boat and trailer back to his shop and welded it back to perfection. Awesome service
I originally just wanted a tow to a mechanic shop but Speedy’s Towing & Repair said that they could give me a free quote on repairs and if it was not to my liking they would tow it at a discounted rate. I thought this was fair. Speedy not only gave me a very good price but also life time guarantee on parts and labor. They worked fast and were very friendly and personable. I would recommend these folks to everyone. I’ll definitely use them again. Thanks guys!
So ALOT of fake reviews trying to push this shop out due to being the best prices in town. But believe me you should definitely call this shop. ANYTHING you need can be done here.
Very busy place but they know their stuff. These guys can fix out fabricate anything. They have a buddy shop that's pretty good and just opened a transmission shop. Anything you need done on your car these guys can do it.

This company is very unprofessional. The owner is very shady and has no respect for his customers. He only cares about the money. He doesn't honor warranty claims so if you have aftermarket warranty this is definitely not the place to go.
This was by far the worst experience I've had add a mechanic shop. My car Hey half a tank when I bought it in when I picked it up it was on E with Engine light on.
This was the worse service all the way around. From management to mechanic. My first time using their services and I will never again. Lack of communication, over charged me, messed up two tires, left their dirty glove in my car, left a greasy hand print on the inside of my door, and hand prints all over my driver door. On top of it my car is now making a grinding noise that it never did before going to them. This shop displays no integrity and do not care about how they service and/or how they approach their paying customers. I have pictures and video of proof.
