I had a battery and filters installed in my mercedes. The staff was very polite and helpful in explaining other things I may want to have done. No pressure selling which I really appreciated. They will see me again for future service. I recommend Auto Rescue on Midlothian.

I brought my 2015 Audi Q7 in for a repair (A Christmas gift for my mother) And they went above and beyond to take care of all of the problems that arose. I will definitely use them again!

I had a very good experience when my car had a big problem! My car basically limped into the shop, but they did very thorough diagnostics and gave a comprehensive report. After I got the report, everyone was responsive to my financial constraints. I asked them to do only what they needed to to make sure my car was drivable again, and they did exactly that while giving me information on what my next priorities to fix should be and the risks involved in not fixing everything ASAP. Great price for the value of services provided.

Took my jeep up there for an engine repair light and they handled it very prompt and professional! No smoke!!!! Of course they recommended repair on some issues, who wouldn't. All in all I will utilize Auto Rescue in the future. Try them!!

I want to give a shoutout to Khalid for all he does! This was my first experience with auto rescue and although the outcome was not ideal, meaning I had bigger issues with my car than expected.. Khalid was able to walk me through my options with a calm and comforting demeanor. Would recommend getting service here, they are transparent with photos and diagnostic results. With the cost of service reasonable and fair.

Thank you for performing the inspection for me. I picked this repair shop because I was told it would be done while I waited, which makes it more convenient. However, when I arrived I was told one of the inspectors was out sick. Now I have to leave the car because it won't be done until afternoon. Appointment was at 9 am. Although I appreciated the Uber ride home, this disrupted my entire day. I also understand the cost of inspection is a losing issue for you. However, even though it passed inspection, I was given a litiney of issues needed to be considered. It seemed the idea was to get me to pay for something before I left to make up for your losing money on the inspection? I could be wrong, but that's what it felt like to me. To be fair, there was no pressure placed on me at all. I respectfully declined all of those maintenance suggestions as I have a prepaid maintenance plan elsewhere.

This is the best place that I have been to service my vehicle. I will tell you that I found this place by error, but it was the best decision thus far. The guy at the desk name Jonathan is so personable kind and nice. Not sure of his position, but he need to be promoted. His customer service is immaculate. They gained a new lifetime customer because I will recommend this place to friends and family. Also get all my vehicles serviced here. They also do state inspections which is a plus

I was so impressed with the service and with a great customer service. They communicated with me throughout the repair, and were Very timely in getting my vehicle ready for me to pick up

In my experience the process to communicate took too long considering I had and appointment made weeks in advance and it was under warranty from a dealership. And after it was approved nothing was explained until I was notified of pick up. Other than that they checked millions of things however if it wasn't warranted for my issue it wasn't necessary.

Brought a vehicle by on 12/26 for a prepurchase inspection. I booked the appointment on the morning of the 26th and was able to get same day service.

I will provide zero stars if I can my car almost die and when I was there last time they never tested the vehicle at all. they just did something but that was by the real problem I’m very disappointed at this place and how dishonest they can be I will never go back sometimes they just do this so we keep coming back and they keep charging u more money they seem very knowledgeable but they are not so people please don’t get fool like I was just because they sugar coat ur ears always do search before u go in I’m very disappointed with this place

I was super impressed. I love how they perform a complimentary health check on your car, so you are completely in the know and educated on future maintenance details. The process of getting my car fixed was super quick and i was able to pick it up on my lunch break, which made it even more convenient. I will definitely be back auto rescue... I was absolutely thrilled with EVERYTHING done with the Kia Optima (that my daughter drives). I was greeted by Sydnee, genuine, honest and very welcoming. I immediately knew that I chose the right place, you just don’t know who you can trust. One of the many benefits of the services, was that the car was done on the same day. Originally, the car failed inspection at a different company and told us what needed to be fixed, with a very pricey estimate. I wanted a second opinion, and since I had just received a mailer for Auto Rescue of Midlothian, that is where we went. After we dropped off the car, I received an email with images of what was "wrong" with the car, and an estimated price, and when I paid, the cost was actually $200 under the estimate! Having the pictures to look at with the explanation of the problem was priceless!!! I have found the best place for my cars. Thank you!

My first interaction with Midlothian Auto Rescue was excellent. Not only did they assess my vehicle ahead of schedule, but they also provided a thorough explanation of the work completed and their professional recommendations. The team was consistently polite and professional. I will definitely be returning for all my automotive maintenance and repair needs.

Very rude and unprofessional. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! Johnathan was very rude and unprofessional. Hung up on me when I was trying to ascertain why the cost went from $499 to over $1400. Will NEVER bring my car here again. The manager Khalid didn’t care at all. He was very non-chalant about the whole situation and apparently this establishment is supposed to be a family business. If I could give a “0” rating, I would. After reviewing my invoice, I can see that this trash box repair shop not only overcharged me but also tried to get me to approve services that my car didn’t even need. Smh

I originally went to a different, bigger auto place to get my state inspection. They failed my inspection and gave me a quote of $1,500 for fixes. I then contacted Sydnee at Auto Rescue and was able to get a second opinion check the same day. Turns out my car shouldn't have failed inspection in the first place and my bill was a fraction of my original! I also love how thorough the inspection is with pictures of every part and details about when parts need to be replaced, etc. Khalid and Sydnee were amazing and helped me out a ton!!!

I’m not going to lie this is probably the best experience I’ve had a mechanic shop. I’ve been trying to get my car in to a different shop; however, the guy kept dodging the task of my car, or maybe was just too busy. I needed to get electrical work done in my car today due to the fact that I’m leaving town soon as well as my car failed inspection. However, this place truly went above and beyond. I called in the morning and they fixed the problem day of, handled the inspection, and took care of my issue in every way possible. I was stressed due to finances. And was rest assured when they offered payment options for online loans. However, their pricing was so fair that I didn’t end up needing it. The person in the front desk (I’m assuming the manager) went above and beyond. They showed professionalism, knowledgeable insight, excellent multi-tasking, and had a charismatic personality. I got a phone call at a reasonable time shortly after dropping my car off with an estimate before more work was started, and honestly was amazed to see how fast they were able to get everything done. Their worker seemed young, eager, and hardworking for this project. I was very appreciative of the hospitality and service I received. It’s a shame this was only my first time coming here. When you visit a place like this that goes above and beyond it only makes sense to tip. This job I’m sure isn’t easy, and good workers are hard to find. Rest assured, they will take care of you here.

Auto Rescue (Midlothian) saved the day...much thanks to Khalid & Johnathan! Very professional and knowledgeable! A health check was done on my car and I was very satisfied with the issues found because my concerns weren't "heard" at other auto shops. I received a text as well as an itemized print out of the issues found and the prices for those specific findings. Johnathan kept me afloat with my service (new tires), thoroughly answered my questions and advised me future wise what was needed next as far as the issues found on my cars health check! I must say this shop was steadily busy but Johnathan & Khalid handled every customer with grace and was getting the job done... definitely impressed me and they have gained a new customer! Confused, have more questions than answers and don't know what auto shop to trust, check these guys out! YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

Outstanding service. They had appointment slots available the morning I scheduled it, and they handled a state inspection and routine maintenance on my Honda Accord same day. I was told upfront that they were short handed and confirmed it would be OK if they couldn’t get to it until the next day, but they still pulled through. They even stayed open for me to pay and retrieve my keys, because I told them I’d be arriving right around closing time. Will definitely be using Auto Rescue again.
