Just watched dude driving one of these trucks blow through red light without stopping before turning right. I'm sure USPS would be bummed to know their disabled truck is on this tow truck. ?
Had a family member involved in an accident on 64 and Quick towing was the company called out by VSP. They were very sweet, compassionate and kind. Sometimes you never know what kind of company will be showing up when you're in an accident and although I never heard of this company until today but will definitely recommend them for their area!
They are bad guy when I was in emergency I called to them there is very low distance where o do needs to do drop off my vehicle on the garage but they charged me from a lot on that day pls don’t follow them
THIS COMPANY LITERALLY STEALS PEOPLES CARS AND CHARGES THEM THOUSANDS FOR HOLDING THEM. DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. I hope they get sued
Very very bad service both the driver and that woman r unprofessional what they called office it's very filthy the whole area is just a mess and not trusty they steal things from people's cars they stole my ipod when I had the accident!!!

The absolute WORST towing company. They lie & steal!!! Very unprofessional. Manager will not provide me his name. They towed my vehicle less than 12hours when they were not suppose to! Contacted the state police & Henrico county police department and they all have caught this man in a lie. We are in the process of filing a civil lawsuit with my family lawyer as the police department requested for us to do so. They wrongfully towed my car that had a flat tire off the side of the highway with a white shirt in the window, came back to the car a few hours later to replace the tire and my car was gone! Charged me $200 to get my car out when they only had it in their possession 40 mins according to the manager! The manager laughed at the situation. Then lied stating that we had an appointment when an appointment was never set up so had to wait until 2:45ish until someone showed up for me to even get the car from them. Prolonged the transaction and was trying to charge me double for absolutely NO reason! The trooper even stated that the vehicle was not suppose to be towed in that short amount of time. I will not let this go, I do not agree with treating people like this. My lawyer is already been contacted and will be taking it up with the courts to get this taken care of. I recommend anybody else that is dealing with things like this from this company or MANAGER to also file a lawsuit. This is not okay and something will be done about this. The company needs to be shut down.

Hands down the ABSOLUTE WORST towing company to rely on! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL. They are NOT reliable. I warn you DO NOT do business with them! They tow for a complex I live in. COUNTLESS nights I’ve come home from work, and I have NO WHERE to park due to people parking without a pass. When I call them to inform them, they LIE and say they are on their way. THEY NEVER COME! A few days later the problem arised again. Now they NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE. But yet they are a 24hr/7days a week company. This company is a JOKE! Unprofessional and LAZY!
I was in a real jam today and this towing company was great! They not only did the job, but had a great attitude of service toward me as a customer. I will definitely call on them again!
