Fantastic service and very friendly employees. I bought two new wiper blades, dreading having to figure out how to install them. The guy who checked me out offered to install them for me and did it in less than 5 minutes. Great service!
Came in and bought a plastic panel pry kit to replace the touchscreen console in my car. Great customer service. I think the gentleman that helped me thought I might be in over my head BUT I got it swapped out in less than 30 minutes.
Needed to find replacement lug nuts for my 2011 Ford F150. Went to three different auto parts dealers to try to find the "Right" lug nuts. Two could order them. One salesperson didn't know if what they had would work. I should have come here first. This store has sufficient stock of most everything and can usually get what you need by the next morning.
Tried to return an item bought from the mechanicsville location. I wanted to return it because it had already been opened. I had to wait for 15 minutes and was told that this wouldn’t be possible because it would hurt this stores profits. Huh, it was an inconvenience for a 17 dollar item
The staff was friendly and they were able to give me the parts I ordered online promptly when I gave them my name. The issue that I have is that not one single employee was wearing a face mask. Why bother putting up all the signs about Covid-19 and putting up barriers to limit how close you can get to the counter but not wear a mask? Otherwise I would have rated them 5 star.
I needed both front brake caliper brackets and every other parts stores of the had 1 of the 2 and had to order the other 1 which wasn't going be available for a week. So I took a chance and went here and Scott & staff went out of there way, shedding blood even, to get me both brackets on the spot! This is an auto parts SHOP, not an auto parts store!
Good value for car parts, knowledgeable staff. Great location on corner in short pump. Good return policy. Great sale items. Small parking lot. Ask for scott(y).
Needed o-rings to fix leaking transmission cooling lines, walked in was able to search and find four that would work and they didn't charge anything for them.

Great store to get auto parts from, pricing is fair in my opinion. Clean store, I went in to get a battery, the battery i went to pick up was the cheapest one, when that was broken, they gave me the next step up at no additional cost. Would definitely recommend to a friend when in need of auto parts.
Friendly staff. It's a bit odd it's right across the street from an advance auto parts now that they own them. I would not be surprised if this shop closes as it is a smaller store.
