Terrible customer service and experience. Called to say I had the keys and ready for pick up and refused to send a driver. I had to call 3 times and waited over 3 hours for the driver even though I said it’s ready for pick up. I would not give them business again

Timeless service, came in 30mins like he said. I was broke down at Royal Farms on Mechanicsville turnpike in Richmond Va. he hooked me up and ask for me to be truthful with my experience… 2 thumbs up for these guys .
First time they came to tow it nobody was here and wasn't aware that they were coming so they left the car on side of a busy street where the car could have been hit then they came back when it got dark the inky thing I didn't like was moving the car o the side if the street and left it there
I would have loved to use this company for towing. I have called 5 times, and pressed "2" for towing services. Each time the phone would ring, and then hang up. Please set up a voice mail so that you do not lose any further business.

Great place to take your vehicle. I called for an on the spot oil change due to a trip I am taking that involves over 6hrs of driving one way. Brian was nice enough to tell me "bring it on in" Had it done within the hour and seems very knowledgeable about car's in general. I will ABSOUTLY be using them from here on out. Very speedy and an ease to work with. Thank you so much for making my vehicle road trip ready!!
Best, most honest guy in Virginia. What a respectable business should look like. They fixed my e150 van fast and cheaper than anyone else. Always has great deals on used cars and salvage stuff through the connected auto connection business.

Trustworthy and very easy to work with. They get the job done QUICKLY and APPROPRIATELY. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and skilled. I've taken my cars to Roscoe's for all routine maintenance since they opened. Now my entire family goes to Roscoe's for their automotive needs. They have a fast turn around and great prices. I highly recommend them to everyone in Richmond. As the President of Car Club of VCU and member of Team Havok Car Club, I've sent at least thirty cars to this shop and all of them have left highly satisfied. Shop is low / modified friendly. There's no bs, no run arounds, no extras. Just great work for a great price. Love this shop. Greatest shop in Richmond.
