Just purchased a new canam outlander 850 DPS from these guys. Alan was awesome to deal with and very knowledgeable about the machines. From start to finish I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Highly recommend for all of your powersports purchases. I originally was dealing with redline, and they were extremely pushy and just trying to force a sale…Honda house was nothing like that at all! Thanks guys!

I can honestly say either I am the unluckiest customer or this service center has serious issues. HINT: Its the latter... I live an hour away a purchased a 2019 Honda Goldwing from them. I am loyal and while there is a Honda dealership 15 min away I bring it to them for service and inspections. So where do I start? The beginning... 1st service brought in for a checkup and state inspection and specifically said DONT CHANGE THE OIL. Went to pick it up and they changed the oil. I use Amsoil Products and pay alot of money and do it myself. Wasting the work and quality oil I had just put in it. Plus they still made me pay for the one I didn't request. 2nd service brought in for another milage check up and state inspection. Again DONT DO THE OIL CHANGE. I came to pick it up and guess what? Yup oil change...paid again! Then noticed no state inspection but they had charged me for it. So I had to wait around at 6pm while they rushed it. Did it in 10 min...wait...what? 3rd times the charm right? NOPE! This time mileage check up, state inspection and the all famous Transmission bolt recall! 1 month later I go to pick it up. I pull out and my oil light comes on. Pull in check my oil and there is NONE!! EMPTY! They took it back and it had oil so they drained it refilled it but for some reason nothing registered on the dip stick. The tech tried telling me it takes awhile. REALLY? ARE YOU SERIOUS? They told me it was fine! A MOTORCYCLE TECHNICIAN THINKS IT TAKES A LONG WHILE FOR OIL TO BE SEEN ON A DIP STICK!!!! HOURS HE SAID! So I pull out again, this time oil light and horrible metal grinding noises from the engine. Turns out they did not install the bolt right and the engine ate up parts which clogged all the weep holes including for the dip stick. 2 months later I get it back. 4th time for service, mileage check, state inspection NO OIL CHANGE!! last week they call and say she is ready for pick up. I specifically ask the tech...did the do the oil change? NO!! Did the do the state inspection ? YES...I questioned him are you sure cause my back tire is bad. I told him there was NO WSY ot passed then also told him they had done this before to me. The tech proceeded to chastise me and said they have the best tech and he trusts him. I ask again are you sure? YES! I call them the day before telling them I will be by tomorrow. They said they will have it waiting for me. I arrive tell them my name and what I am picking up. One guy goes to get it the other hands me a receipt. I look down its mot my name or my bike,I look over and they are pulling a 4 wheeler out. Really? They then bring it out but the battery is dead. I wait and finally bring her to the front. I am an idiot and it was 30 degrees so I assume alot, I hop on bring her home 1 hour drive. Then I see the old inspection sticker when I lift the passenger foot rest. I find out that NO NO NO they did not do the state inspection even though I was charged again for it and they assured me it was completed. I have lost ALL confidence in anything they say they do and they never offered me a discount or anything with all of the troubles I have had. I was going to go back but I just cant bring myself to put me and my wife's safety at risk any longer. Or to keep funding a place that clearly says they want to make it right but NEVER DO!!! There are zero consequences for their actions just words. If you have service done here ask for proof ALWAYS! Fluids, parts everything even pictures. They have lost a customer for life and I will not return for purchases or service. Please fix your service department Honda House, they are costing you money. You also may want to offer customers something when you screw them over instead of just "we're sorry this never happens our tech is the best". I have my doubts after 5 yrs.

5 stars isn’t even enough to adequately recommend this business!! Everything about our experience here has been above and beyond wonderful. From sales, financing, service, management, and customer service, every department was knowledgeable, patient, and helpful. I would recommend anyone and everyone looking for an ATV or motorcycle to start here as you won’t be disappointed! Top tier quality and service! Thank you Honda House of Richmond!

Honda house had what I was looking for and the sales guy Alan was spot on with his service and help. Was very thorough on explaining the different features each bike had and made sure I was comfortable with what I was getting for my kids. Highly recommend Honda house.

While the sales team here is always great, the service department is less to be desired. Just recently got a quote for oil change and winterization for our two jet skis…. Over $2000 for both skis, oil changes and winterization!!!! I went ahead and bought all the supplies to do it myself from redline power sports for about 10% of the service quote at Honda house. Will not be be brining our skis for service there, nor buying parts, nor buying a skis 4wheeler or quad from them again.

Man let me tell yall if you have any questions regarding any bikes in there ask for ALAN, dude knows his stuff and gonna help you and bend over backwards to get you right. Inquired about a crf110 & they didn’t have the color I wanted built. But Alan said I’ll have it built for you tomorrow. I’m expecting during the evening before they close or what not. NOPE Alan called me not long after they opened and said you can come get your bike. I felt like a kid on Christmas. But definitly a great experience and he’ll will work with you on whatever your needs is. HES GONNA GET YOU OUT THAT DOOR WITH A BIKE ONE WAY OR THE OTHER LOL. Thanks again man I’ll be back.

I went into the accessories / parts section of the store to see if they could find me a new seat for my motorcycle. They did one better. They fixed my broken seat and ordered me new bolts. Thanks to Brian for helping me out. It was inexpensive and easy. Would recommend to others.

Bought a Yamaha MT-10 on Monday (8/19/25), Roger, the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was able to answer the questions I had about the bike. The service department of this place is terrible at best. I work for a big trucking company in charge of the parts dept. and coordinating service I know terrible when I see it. Let me explain... I received a letter from Yamaha saying that my bike has a recall so I call this place and the person in the service department said that they needed to order the part first and they call me when the part arrives to schedule service. A week and half later no call from them so I call and they said oh yeah we have the part so we scheduled it. I took the bike for the recall and added a new aftermarket exhaust. I picked up the bike first thing I noticed is all the grease hand marks no one cared to wipe them off, I was really busy so parked the bike. That weekend start cleaning all the grease they left and found 2 scratches on the frame of the bike, loose horn screw that also holds the radiator guard in place and the seat doesn't sit correctly anumore. I wonder if the recall was even done correctly. I called and talked to Julian Conyers (service manager) about the situation and he said send me some pictures. I'm still waiting for his call back. ***People avoid this place at all cost take you motor somewhere else they only care about your ? ***

I absolutely love this place! I have a 99 Honda Shadow Deluxe ACE 750 (my first motorcycle) and they took great care of me and her! On my first arrival the 1st person I met there was Mr.Roger a great person and soul (everyone person I mention is just as kind, so I don’t make this post two long ?????) he works in service. I went to service and met Twoine just to get price check and availability on State Inspection. Fast forward my baby failed inspection due to tires, I got new tires! They put the tires on and Kenny and Paul even called me so I can order a steering damper kit that they noticed mines was broken. And that was a blessing because I didn’t even know what that part was or what it did. The part got here way before time they quoted it was on like $35 and they didn’t charge me extra from what was originally quoted for my tire install! Bradley passed my bike after new tires and Idris did the work on my bike and went above and beyond to what I needed. Price they quoted was fair and honestly the cheapest compared to all the legit motorcycle dealers & service shops in VA! Honorable mentions who were very kind and I dealt with or met was Julian (service manager), Sincere (sales), Sim (service), Travis aka “The Stache” (sales), Alan “Squeaky” <- it was his shoes until he changed them not the voice lol (sales), Chris (service), Bon (service), Ryan (parts) and Wes (sales)! The whole staff was so kind, friendly, personable, and overall informative in their fields and others, I’m forever grateful, thankful and loyal to Richmond Honda House, I ALWAYS REFER PEOPLE TO THEM & will! Such a great company and group of talented guys! I pray they all get raises as well as the company do a nice picnic or something creative in honor over their hard work, dedication and commitment to the company! My baby is back!!! ❤️❤️❤️ I am struggling to find the words to describe how much I appreciate the attention I received from the Honda House service team!!! ? Those guys took multiple calls from my little brother as I was limping the scooter north yesterday on my way home from Charleston SC to home in Ohio. They had the part in stock and offered to let us bring her in this morning. They squeezed her into their busy schedule and by 2pm I got the call she was ready. The mechanic even came out to talk to me!!! ❤️? And the final blessing was they fixed her under warranty and all I paid was my $50 deductible!!!! ??❤️ Rarely do you ever see or hear of this kind of personal service!!! I will forever talk about this incredible experience! If any of the fellas in rhe service dept at Honda House see this I hope they know how much they deserve recognition!!! Thanks!!! The salesperson Alan, together with manager Roger got me started in the joy of ATVs. I needed one to help work on food plots on some hunting land I bought. I came in thinking one model but came out with one (Can-Am Outlander pro) that was actually better suited, based on Alan's recommendation. When it came time to take delivery, Roger showed me the ropes of safe transport using ramps and pickup tailgates, and even drove it up into my borrowed pickup. It was a breeze to get to my land and has been fun since.

Just purchased a 2024 Honda CRF250F trail dirt bike from Roger and the Team over at Richmond Honda House! Having done my home work and after shopping around with three other dirt bike dealers, I THANKFULLY made one more phone call and was able to speak with Roger. Roger was able to provide second to none customer service and was hands down the best and most AWESOME to work and conduct business with! Bottom line is this, if I had called the team over at Richmond Honda House first, I would have saved a ton of time and effort put forth for finding the right “deal”. I would highly recommend for others in the market to purchase a dirt bike to go and see Roger and the team over at Richmond Honda House for a professional, straight forward and to the point experience which will save time and effort as well. And also, their parts department is amazing and Kenny and all the other staff are very knowledgeable and helpful. Just picked up my 2022 Yamaha mt-07 yesterday from Richmond Honda House. Originally stopped by in mid October to browse their selection and I met Roger. He was easily able to answer my questions and he helped me reserve the bike that day. He always kept me up to date on everything that was going on with the bike. As this is my first bike he also gave me some advice which I greatly appreciate. The out the door price was fair with no markups and the purchase process was painless. I definitely plan on coming here in the future for all my service, gear, and future bike needs. 10/10 would reccomend. Also Roger's bad jokes are the best.
