I would not recommend this towing service. Poor customer service.

Great service very knowledgeable and speedy.

I was in a accident on Labor day and Rick was called to pick up my car. I went to gather items out of my car because it was totaled. I ended up finding my sister's debit card and $100 that fell out of her purse during the accident. Rick was very helpful, nice and honest! Felt like I was talking to a friend I've been knowing for years! Highly recommend Thank you, Rick!

Rick Is The Ruler! I had to have my car towed due to an incident and Midway Towing was called. Rick Is a very kind, patient and understanding person. He explained the Towing procedures, what type of tow truck I needed( flatbed or regular) how the insurance companies work, his days and hours and a call back if need within 5 minutes.Rick also gave me a list of reputable Body Repair Shops and gave his approval of them being great at their craft. I would like to have given Rick 10 Stars due to the fact that excellent customer service is hard to come by now. Call Midway Towing, you cannot go wrong!!

I was broken down on the road with a utility trailer. The driver showed up earlier than estimated and had me loaded up and in my driveway before any of the other companies I had called could even get there. The price charged was less than other companies I had contacted and there was zero damage to my vehicle or trailer. I will definitely use these towing services in the future.

I would highly recommend Rick at Midway towing. I run a small plumbing company and our work truck broke down on I-95. He was very professional and showed up when he said he would. Prices are very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again if needed. Thanks Rick for your help!

My car was in an accident and was a total lost. I was able to take all personal belonging out of the car. Rick was very nice about meeting with me not one but twice to help me removed all my belongings. Rich (the owner) was kind, personable and also very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance company and was helping me saving my insurance deductible. I highly recommend anyone to use his service. You’ll be glad you did.

Rick (owner) was awesome. I called to check and see if they had towed my car, turns out some teens stolen it. He called several times to check in me and when they found my car he was easy to work with to get my personal items out of the car.

We were out of state car broke down they were very nice and helpful. Cant say same thing for Kia dealership they were very rude and not helpful
