Had my engine replaced recently. Everyone was respectful, kept in touch with me during the entire process and made sure all of the needs were met for my vehicle. Will definitely be doing business with them again.
Very poor cust service when it comes to honoring their discount programs . Twice I've tried ordering parts online and both times the site wouldn't take my cards so I wasn't able to apply the 20% off . Went to the store and they refused to honor their own discount program. After ordering the part in store I went outside and called the corporate number to have them fix it in their system to apply the discount after purch and refund me the money and they said there's nothing they can do after I already purchased it. Now I'm goin through the same thing with the website not taking my card and I've been on the phone with corporate for over a hour and they said that it's up to the store to apply the 20% rather if they wanna do it or not since stores usely don't honor website discounts . It's sad that the corporate office can't even fix a problem . They are higher up over the store and should be able to tell the stores what to do not give them a option . I'll be order directly from the manufacturer and Amazon for the parts for now on . I hope NAPA shuts down very soon . Yalls prices are garbage anyways. Charging me $335 for a part I just ordered directly from the manufacturer for $163.
I'm a regular in here since I live right behind the place. The staff are normally friendly and eager to help. I do my own oil changes and maintenance ony car and their prices aren't horrible. What I do like is that I can recycle my oil here but apparently there's a daily limit of like 15 gallons I think. I don't believe there should be a limit but I guess that's a conversation for corporate. Now they don't have as wide of a variety to choose from like their competition but overall the store is alright.
Poor customer service!
Permission by store employee to open package to see if retainer clip fix, my oem part. Wrong size, found the correct size retainer clip. Upon checking out, I was told that because I open the first package, I must purchase both items. Hidden costs, if I was told if I was to open the package, I must purchase. Napa store employee never gave me that option, until checking out. Very unprofessional with customer. Never shop at Napa again!
This place was great and the man that helped me was just as great. He let me use his tools to fix my SUV and not once did he come outside to bother me about his tools which made the job go faster.
So... went in to get a wiper for vehicle, instead put on a show. I asked the man working about my options in wipers, he grabbed one and walked back to register. I paid for wiper, attempted for 5 mins or so to put it on. He never once offered to help. Went back in to exchange for size that was on my vehicle. Someone else got me the right size. This whole time I was parked in front of the door/glass window. I went back out to install new one, another customer tried to help, Finally the man came out to help. And told me that he would have helped if I had a better attitude. Sorry I help all my customers regardless of if the kiss my A@$!
Walked in to order a simple brake hose for my vehicle, didn’t get a good “customer service” type of attitude from the cashier. Got more of a “why are you here” type of vibe and I did not appreciate that what so ever. The part that I need for my vehicle is vital because I have to travel back home to Ohio and it’s unsafe to travel that far without all areas (vehicle wise) covered. Thanks for nothing.
The big kahuna of Napa stores. I buy hard to find and oddball parts here often. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. People who actually know cars. Hard to believe I know. Highly recommend.
Went into the store the other day had the best customer service i had had in a very long time. Della went above and beyond when helping me take my purchase to my truck. Havent had that in a long time. Also thanked me and said hope to see you again. Not many out there these days willing to go that extra mile like she did.

Clean, well-organized store with very friendly and helpful employees. Easy to find what you're looking for, and the employees are happy to help. There is a machine shop in the rear, which is interesting. The front has all the typical parts and fluids you would expect in an auto parts store.
Della and the assistant manager were very very helpful. Answered all my questions and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. I never write these but had to say something. Thanks!
Had the worst possible day with issues concerning with my car and these guys were incredibly helpful, explained options to me and were overall amazing. I had never been to a NAPA Auto Parts before and after this I will be going again and recommending this to my friends.
It can be hard to find competent automotive machinists, but these guys are good. They give good advice, and are not trying to squeeze you for machine time. They have worked on everything for me from classic American iron to DOHC VVT alloy Subaru and Honda motors.
