If I could leave zero stars, I would. This guy is extremely unprofessional and rude. My car was involved in an accident and ended up in his tow lot. This guy doesn’t have anyone at his place of business when it says it’s open. You have to wait until he gets there. Nastiest attitude I’ve ever seen in my life. Doesn’t like to cooperate with people. Hung up in my face as well. If your car ends up here, you might as well say goodbye to that car…
5 stars only because I can't give them more. Outstanding service, I've been saved more than a few times by Sid's. Good folks who provide AA+ service. First call for me every time.
They came and got me out of a bad situation while my insurance company kept delaying and delaying my tow-truck. When I called because SF was jerking me around about my reimbursement, he called them himself to verify my claim. Fantastic customer service- this out of towner will recommend them to anyone who will listen.
Sid was incredibly quick in getting to us and actually saved us from having to go to the garage with his knowledge and expertise. Then he proceeded to refuse payment. Couldn’t give a better review! Thank you, Sid!
After waiting over six hours for my roadside assistance to tow my vehicle and then then telling me they couldn’t get to it, I called Sid. At that point it wasn’t a hurry any longer, but he was there in under two hours! Very polite, professional! Good guy! Thank you so much!
Sid was fantastic! I got a flat tire on the highway at 4pm on a Friday. Within 20 minutes of calling, he was onsite getting my car onto his tow truck. He helped me find a garage in the area that was willing to stay open a bit later to help fix my tire and get me on my way, and he even checked back in after dropping me off to make sure the garage was able to complete the work in time. In contrast, my insurance company hadn’t even dispatched a tow truck over an hour after I had called them. Can’t thank Sid enough!

Sid's towing was awesome. Saved the day after we waited over 2 hrs. for AAA and they hadn't even dispatched a truck. Sid's was there within 20 minutes after we called.

He genuinely cared about what happened, how we were (me and my 75 YO mother) and what to do with the car. He helped unload my car (we were packed and headed to the beach), and was in constant communication with my husband.

Called for a tow and Sid came out immediately. Met me in about ten minutes and took care of everything and towed my truck to it's new home. Fast and reliable. Would definitely recommend.
Couldn't ask for better service. I recently used SIDS towing to transport my wife's broke down fusion hybrid from mechanicsville to Richmond city. Sid arrived right on time was careful with this car drove as we followed and arrived safely unloaded smoothly was polite and affordable. Great price gr4wt service. I've used SIDS towing for years and this was just the most recent 5 star service SIDS towing hooked me up back in 2000s with a late night broke down truck driver was awesome did great work and again affordable. I called Sid a couple days ago to get a quote. He said call him when I'm ready. I called him this morning at 9, he was at my home to pick up my car and transport us to repair shop. He is the nicest, yet professional Gentlemen. I would recommend him anytime to anybody. Thank you for your great southern hospitality Sid.

Terrible. after being stopped by the state who happen to have an agreement with this company the trooper took my tags and said I would have to have my car towed and up shows ted. There are many wreckers closer to where I was stopped but I wasn't given that option. Why he would call a wrecker 30 miles away I don't understand. So Ted shows up and informs me he needed $240 cash to tow me the 24 miles I needed to my place of business I finally convinced him to take a debit card. Once we were on the road Sid decided to lecture me on all the bad thing that were going to happen to me and berating me as if I was some kind of criminal. Thing like I was never going to get a license again, was probably going to go to jail ect. as if he was the judge and jury. When I called his office on 8/23/13 one of his workers made the comment oh you are the guy that got all those tickets. God knows who else he has told,
This guy is a jerk and a know it all not to mention being rude crude and unatractive. Worst experience I have ever had with a wrecker service in my 63 years. Beware of sid
