I was in Syracuse from out of town last weekend. On the way to the area, I noticed that my car felt like it was driving differently so I was worried about the drive home after my weekend with friends. After calling multiple shops, I came across G&T automotive, who not only got me in immediately to make sure my car was safe to drive, but they did it free of charge even though they absolutely could have charged me a service fee. I rarely see this kind of honest service anymore and I really appreciated that. They were extremely helpful and knowledgeable and they really put my mind at ease about driving back home. I would absolutely recommend this local business to anyone! 10/10!!

It’s a great family Mechanic Shop I have never seen people with such good morals in my life. I had a problem with the car while I was on the highway, so I entered the nearest exit and arrived at this shop. They greeted me with a smile and saw what was wrong with the car. The reason was simple. I asked about the price of the service and the gentleman said, “Don’t worry it’s free”I could not believe that there are still such good people, may God bless them 🙌

Can't say enough good things about this business! I was traveling several hours from home when my vehicle started making a very concerning noise. The amazing staff agreed to take a look right away. A less scrupulous business could have taken advantage of the situation, but they were wonderful. They let me know what was wrong and assured me I would be able to get home safely. If I lived locally, I would definitely take my car there again. Great service and genuinely kind people.

I was traveling through the area on my way to a vacation and needed someone to reattach a loose heat shield. GT Automotive took me right in, fixed it in under 30 minutes, and didn’t charge me a dime. They also informed me of another maintenance issue that a previous mechanic neglected to mention two months ago. I would be back if I lived in the area. Thanks GT Automotive!

Wife, kids and I were traveling through Syracuse with our rear brakes sounding like a plane landing. I showed up at the shop first thing on a Monday morning and they had us rolling by 11:30. Owner even gave me a ride back and forth to our hotel! 👍 The rest of the trip back to Ohio was stress free. Thanks for your great work and for your friendly demeanor!

We are the couple whose car muffler fell off on 481 on Tuesday, January 3, 2023. We found you nearby on the internet and when we called, you said to come right in. You looked at our car immediately and fixed the muffler up with wire until we can decide what to do with our old Ford Escape(probably junk it as there is so much rot on the undercarriage). We are so grateful for your repair which only took about 15 minutes. Bless you folks. We were on our way to Turning Stone for my wife's birthday that day. And we actually came out ahead that day! But you were our first good luck of the day. Thank you very much. I recommend G T Automotive to anyone reading this.

I wouldn't take my vehicle there anymore due to the fact that they don't work on your vehicle on a timely basic they waited three months to work on my vehicle

They do great work for reasonable rates. No mystery charges just honest work at honest prices.

Was in the area from out of town, and had a significant car issue that required me to tow the car to the nearest auto shop. I am glad I chose G T auto, they were honest and were able to find a new part that failed that day, and my car was ready to go early the next morning. They are trustworthy and know what they are doing! Thanks again!

My car broke down 6 hours from home in the evening, and the dealer said they would look at it in 2-3 weeks. These guys dropped everything they were doing, came in earlier in the morning, performed a major electrical system repair, fixed an unknown brake issue, and had the car ready to go in hours. They knew my situation and understood where others might have taken advantage. Excellent service. Thank you so much.

Garrett is honest and very good at what he does. I have had numerous repairs done here and have never needed to return for corrections. Garrett also lets you know what really needs to get done and what can wait. Garett also does not do repairs that are not really necessary and is conscious of his customers' budget

The best mechanic you will ever meet. Garrett is honest to a tea and will get your vehicle done right. I have never had a problem and best of all he will tell you what can wait a couple months and what is pressing. Trust any automotive issue you may be having with his expertise for a job well done.
