I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service, we had first thought our car was repaired excellent but after 2weeks to a month the paint was peeling and we noticed dents were it was supposed to be repaired. " My husband called several times to get this resolved. DMT left us no other choice but file with small claims court. They favored on my husband be half." As of this day DMT does not want to honor the courts judgement. So the professionalism is well below professional standards. Now we must go to the next step, please take note customer service and service is awful.

When I raised concerns about the work done on my vehicle, the responses I received—both by text and phone—came across as aggressive and dismissive. At no point did I feel that my satisfaction as a customer was valued. I even tried to offer a reasonable compromise by offering to pay half on the remaining balance and handle the unresolved issues elsewhere. Instead of working toward a solution, I began receiving calls from different numbers almost daily for several weeks, which made me very uncomfortable. When I eventually answered, I was told that if I brought the car back, the issues we discussed would be taken care of. However, after returning with my vehicle, I was asked to pay the full remaining balance, and no correction to the repair was made. This directly contradicted what I had been told earlier and completely broke my trust. I originally brought my car in for body work, but the results were far below any reasonable expectation. The workmanship was poor and did not reflect the condition of my vehicle prior to the service. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional, inconsistent, and unreliable. I do not recommend this business.
