Blew a hose on the highway Mike and Tim got here got here super quick got me home and it was super cheap for the time of day that came out. I’d 100% recommend.

Super friendly and timely. Was earlier than expected and cost less then the competition. Mike was friendly and assisted with care to my vehicle. Also contacted me when it arrived at the shop. Over all if it happened again would use mid state over others. Edit: actually had to get another tow to the shop was nice enough to give me a ride to my home before dropping off my car. Awesome dude equally awesome service!

Woke up to a truck problem way earlier than anyone wants to deal with, and the driver came through big time. I called at 6am not expecting much, but he picked up right away and was at my spot in 30 minutes flat. No waiting around, no guessing. He handled everything quick, kept me updated the whole time, and honestly just made a frustrating situation way easier to deal with. Can’t thank him enough for making it simple when I really needed it. Solid people and great service!

He Communicated numerous times and let me know what was going on every step of the way. His driver (Gary) that dropped off the vehicle was extremely professional. Answered my call immediately even answered my questions quickly after "regular hours" on the weekend - towed my car super quickly. Excellent response and communication and got my car where it needed to be safely and SO fast on the next business day! I would call them again without hesitation(although I hope not to need too)!

Excellent customer service and very responsive. The only tow company that could help me on a Sunday evening with a broken down boat trailer (I called 10). Even found me the best repair shop to help get me on my way quickly. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I highly recommend this towing company! Recently during a terrible snowstorm I put my vehicle in the ditch. I flagged down the tow truck when he was driving by and the nicest man driving was already on a call, clearly had many calls after that but he took the time to come back and pull me out of the ditch Despite how busy he was. People who operate businesses like that make the world a better place! If I ever am stuck and need a tow this is the first place I will call.

Couldn’t ask for a better towing service. After being told by Val-U that it was off the road, it was behind my garage but I have a lot of land that is on stable ground even during winter, he had a “big freightliner and didn’t want to blow his transmission” in ankle deep snow. But isn’t it like your job to unstick people? Mid-State did the job with absolutely no problem and in a timely manner. I won’t use my insurance for roadside next time, especially since I can get it reimbursed,, I’ll just call Mike from Mid-State towing because I know it’ll be done right and quick.

If I could give more stars I would, they helped me out of a really tough situation when my car broke down from out of town, found time to squeeze me into their schedule. Amazing customer service, and all that while charging a reasonable and fair price. If I ever need a tow in the area I will definitely be using them again

I recently had the pleasure of receiving exceptional assistance from Midstate Towing out of Syracuse, NY. I spent 14 hours traveling today and when I reached my destination in Syracuse my car would not go into park, I reached out to Midwest Towing with the expectation that I would need to get my vehicle towed and this employee went above and beyond to help me with an issue I was having with my car. He asked a few questions about my issue and then personally facetimed me and helped me navigate fixing the issue on my own so I would be able to drive my car to be repaired. After a long day of travel and then running into an issue like this, I couldn't be more grateful for the type of customer service and genuine care I received with nothing to gain. Tremendous customer service and if I could give them a 10 star I certainly would.

A friend of mine fell into a tough spot. I dealt with the owner personally, Mike your a great guy thanks for all your help,patience, and understanding. Would definitely recommend if you need a tow this is the place to go !!! Even with the vehicle being impounded my friend was still treated extremely well considering the circumstances.
