Those people are violating the general business law of towing in NY. The General attorney in NY is notified about this business and they are currently investigating their violations. Not only this, I am filing a lawsuit in the court for those violations. In the meantime, I am trying to reach local media to warn everyone from dealing with this business.
Wonderful people. Very helpful in Abad situation. The woman who answered the phone (i can't remember her name) was so helpful. Told me where i needed to go to get the release and what I needed to do. I cant say thank you enough.
I have never reviewed or say anything bad about other businesses but I gotta do it for this one. Rude customer service. Don’t care about anything other than them. Ruined my truck when towed. No one should ever go through this business
Was ok over all the took for ever to get to me the Syracuse pd said because the spot was dangerous we couldn't wait for AAA AND CHARGE 285.00 TO TOW IT OFF THE HIGHWAY.. never gave me any info didn't even wait for me to find there place. Then said they wouldn't be open for a few days and I would be charged 50.00 per day it was there. Ended up paying the 285.00 and the put the Tru k outside so u could get AAA to tow it....
my bf car was in an accident and the cops gave this as a recommendation. After towing the car they never answered the phone, and our belongings are still in our car which we have no access to. Very unprofessional the owner has been giving us the run around for days! If you want access to your own property DO NOT use this company.
Great customer service. The women I spoke with was very professional and gave great advice on how to move forward with the process. Couldn't be more happy with the service and outcome. They go above and beyond what is expected. Thanks again!!!
Amazing experience! Helped us out after a little black ice incident, the owner Angela is an amazing women who knows how to get the job done and was super super helpful with everything I could have asked. Definitely recommend
