Best place to a buy a battery in Syracuse. Battery Bob and his son Chris are great people who know their stuff at a great price. They often have blem batteries that are much cheaper. If not they have the best battery pricing in Syracuse. I can't recommend them enough.
I went to Battery World to get a new car battery for my Nissan Sentra SV (2021). Not only did my car battery end up being much less than what I was quoted over the phone - they also installed the battery for free and I was checked out within 15 minutes of arrival! And I was also able to get new batteries in both my car fobs while there. I will not be going anywhere but Battery World for my battery needs from here on out - I couldn't recommend them more!
If I need a battery for my car or a cell phone I'll always go to battery world also a good thing about battery world is there put the battery in your vehicle for you at no charge in the same with your cell phone. so go to battery world you're getting a good deal and an honest one at that

Phenomenal customer service. Needed a new car battery and online prices were $200.00 or higher. I called and Chris gave great options. I was able to get a battery for $130.00. Joseph handled the installation and he was also super helpful. Battery swap took around 30 minutes. I'm never going anywhere else ever again.

Battery helped us on multiple occasions. When we had battery issues, they loaned us a jump starter to get our vehicle over to their shop, replaced the battery, and had us going within an hour! Unbeatable service. When we need to legally dispose of electronics, we just let them know in advance and they took care of everything else. Top notch, I cannot say enough good things about the team and company. I feel like anyone who rated them less than 5 stars must be a competitor.
Stopped in for a UPS battery. Gentlemen working there were super nice. Let me try one of their batteries to test the unit. UPS was bad so I unfortunately didn’t need a battery. Great customer service, will be back for all my battery needs.

My battery for our laptop was beginning to lose its charging power at five years of age. I brought the laptop to battery world, they did not have the battery in stock and so they ordered it.
The battery arrived within two days and they replaced the battery without any problems. I was very pleased with the service that I received from Chris at the front desk as he installed it.
Since I was unfamiliar with where the battery was in the laptop and what needed to be done, etc. etc. I was glad that someone was able to take care of the problem without any difficulty at all
I definitely will be back for other battery problems that I have.

Purchased a battery from them, (well all our ATVs have battery world !) In February and was having occasional dead battery in my '12 Highlander. It'd got 150k so anything can be a cause. I assumed I needed a new battery because I killed it (had issues getting a dashcam installed)
When I got there I was warmly greeted and got my vehicle inside the garage right away. They tested the battery, said it was fine. Looked around and saw the contact points were loose. That caused corrosion and just made the problem worse and worse.
The Service Tech was so kind, cleaned everything up in minutes (hand cleaning would have taken an hour) reconnected the battery and tested everything! She fired up and tests still showed a fantastic battery.
They could have sold me a slew of things, making a couple hundred easily off me. But they were honest and didn't let me pay for the time they spent working on the car that they did. Time is money in a business.

I was referred by someone because of their fast and knowledgeable service. What I thought was a total battery and fuse replacement just needed the loose screws tightened.
