Jan 26,2926 came in for a truck repair but unfortunately like most dealerships they couldn’t get me in for a couple of days. I will says that the service writer was courtesy and very professional understanding of my situation, but there’s only so much they can do. Although the lot was full of snow, they did try to keep it maintained and cleaned and safe. The building and all the common areas were very clean and so far it seemed to be just a place to come get your truck work done.
UPDATE: I can’t say "THANK YOU" enough to the team at Tracey Road Equipment. They were able to get my truck in the shop earlier than expected and found the problem with in a couple of hours. After the parts were ordered and received they shop manager had a great mechanic get them installed and get my truck back to me. No one Hope's for a breakdown but hopefully next time I'm in Syracuse New York and I can take it to Tracey Road Equipment
Bought a truck from these guys and supposed to have warranty up to 500.000 miles and head gasket blown at 375.000,ege cooler went vad at 175.000, radiator broke at 275.000 ans nothing is covered under warranty the worst one is they don’t even care .staybway from these people.it will be reported to freightliner,Detroit,BBB AND local attorney general if they don’t fix the head gasket!this review will stay here untill I hear back from them!
Tony, the manager, in the service department is incredible he really helped me out with the programming on my new CPC. Jenny was also amazing in keeping me updated. If you are ever in the area, please go to them! I guarantee you will not be disappointed.
I only have had all good experiences with TRE and evertime i need service on my truck, no matter where i could be, i try to make it to them and have my equipment handled by their expertise.
I come here for long to buy a radiator but the guy here is very mind guy he said I need to wait until he finish his cigarette after he gave me the price my boss said no after that he change his mind then I come back he was very angry with me he said wait I on my brake I wait then when he finally when to the computer he said already sold he make me loss to much time for nothing and he is only a lazy guy and I know he was lying

I've been in the Transportation Industry for 15 years and have over 2,000,000 miles under my belt. I've driven everything from Kenworth to Peterbilt to Freightliner so needless to say I've been to a "Dealership" or "Two" over the Years. Dealerships are like Truck Driver's. They're only as good as they want to be. Tracey Road Truck Division exemplifies what a True dealership experience should be. Everyone from the people working the service desk to the techs turning the wrench 🔧 Tracey Road Truck Division of Syracuse get 5 Stars in my book and will be sought after for repairs by this "Driver" if the need arises again!!

Was turned onto the Tracey Truck parts guys by Julian Hansen of the Minimizer fender company, as I was looking for a distributor of their products. Called and spoke to one of the online parts counter guys (John) and we had a discussion about the product, warranty, shipping and delivery options. He explained things about the products that I had no knowledge of, and cemented my thoughts regarding whom I was going to buy my parts from.
John made it so I couldn't have had a better conversation, and experience. After our phone call, I went online as he suggested, placed my order, and before you knew it, the parts were on my doorstep.
From my initial experience, these people are top notch ! I will use this company for my truck parts needs in the future.
After having issues at a popular Freightliner repair shop in PA with mutiple locations was recommended that Tracey Road Equipment was "THEE PLACE TO GO". An hour out while under load called ahead for a check engine light, they would not be able to get it in for repair but would plug into it for potential problems. I pulled in and service manager was literally waiting for me outside with computer in hand, WOW!AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Currently have my work horse in TRE Kirkwood, NY locacation, so far so good.

Gary Sprague is as dishonest as they come. He is the truest definition of a shady salesman. He will tell you anything he can, just to sell you a truck, true or not, right or wrong. Basically, just tells you whatever he thinks will sell a truck, that he actually knows nothing about. As long as Gary works there, I'll never buy anything there. A chain is only as strong as its weakest link... That's definitely shady Gary.
TRE is a 1st rate shop all the way. Not only is their shop huge with lots of bays, it's clean & organized, nice lounge/waiting area my tech's mechanical and customer service skills were both A+ these are the big boys they got the equipment, staff, & facilities to take on ANY job
We just picked up our 2018 motorhome that had a problem with the DEF system. This was covered under warranty without question. The parts were not in stock but on a back order but the service writer Mark Poissant let us know that he was doing his best including checking with other dealers but to no avail but his best option was to order the parts for a “down unit”. I of course called several times since we had a trip planned. He was very supportive and the guys got it together as soon as parts were there. Thanks to Mark and the guys in the shop as well.
The parts department is ok but a couple in there do not listen very well, I think i will discontinue buying my parts there and use another dealership.I give this company a 1 star for now for the head aches a few have given me, The day after i posted this review the the general manager called me and told me he would make some changes and he listened to my concernes, He seemed like a very nice guy , proffessional and Polite.He gave me his number incase i had any futer issues so I could call him in the futer.
You know once long ago Tracey was a very good dealer they have forgotten their roots on how they once tried to take care of the individual an now they take advantage of of customers that's is why I do very little business with them anymore I do order mostly online same quality lower price if you can weight a few days mostly I can to save myself money I know alot of people dont have that option but it's an awful shame people do that an if say something they get mad but why last time I knew this was a free country iam not saying bad just the truth anyways use yur own judgment I was a good customer for 20 years plus not anymore

Greg the Manager is awesome. He was polite, helpful and patient with me. They did a wonderful job repairing my truck and they were extremly professional. They washed my truck and kept it in a safe location until our driver came to retrieve it. Aiken Legacy Logistics, LLC appreciates you.
On 9/7/17 . We brought our truck to one of their dealers to fix an air leak on back side of the truck. After few days, repair was finished . We paid & left. 10 minutes after we left , air leak happened again; we drove back , they fixed again AND promised us everything is going to be fine. We trusted them & droved away. On middle of the highway everything was falling down . Highway trooper was able to help us, God was with us on that day , we are alive. So I called general manager: Toby Hann , He sent message to me , say: he's not going to do anything & tell me do not call him again . Bad reputation , I can't believe this is how they do their business , put driver's lives on the line to make money ? Sad . Once you paid & left, you're on your own , no warranty not for one day. Don't be a victim like us. Don't serve any star .

Twice my husband brought a truck there for a air leak and twice they failed to fix. $1,800 later the air is still all out of the system within 10 mins of shutdown. Not coming here again!!!!!
