The manager was very helpful and courteous. I had just had to replace an alternator and he got me exactly what I needed 5 stars would recommend if you're looking for a part to check them out first.
The manager at this store went above and beyond. You ever meet those people in life where someone has such great personality and professionalism. That’s what this manager has, he not only took the time out to help me even though the phones were ringing. He still helped find the right part for my car even after I thought I had the right part.
He took the part I bought, he took it back and he then went and got the right part. On top of that he then came out and installed it for me. I believe his name was Angelo, he definitely is the manager at the Brewerton rd O’Reillys in N. SYR.

Today I had one of the best experiences at an auto parts store. I needed new headlights and a few other items for the car. Angelo helped me find everything I needed for my vehicle. He went out to my vehicle and took a look at what I needed. After cashing out he went right out and installed both for me. It was cold and he, without any hesitation, completed the installation. Angelo and the rest of the staff are very helpful and kind. I recommend this location to everyone that wants a great experience getting auto parts.
The Store Manager Angelo was able to get me a headlight bulb and change it withing 10 minutes. Kind, courteous and so very helpful. He even filled my windshield fluid that I was about to do myself. 6 Stars for Angelo and Ted.
Charlie, Natalia and Anthony were extremely helpful and patient. I needed new wiper blades and they installed them right away. Each one was kind and thoughtful in every way. I most definitely will be returning and letting my friends know of the wonderful and helpful assistance. Thank you
Over priced and long wait times. I was trying to get a part for my car before nationals and they told me it was a special order that would take over a week. I went to Advance across the street and had it the same day for 1/2 the price! What a rip off.
Got into my truck this morning, and the battery light on the dashboard was lit telling me there was a problem. Stopped at a parts place, and their machine was unable to diagnose the problem. Went to O'Reilly's and Angelo was able to quickly determine that my alternator/voltage regulator was bad. So, I bought a new alternator and a serpentine belt. Fast forward 4 hours, and my truck broke down on the side of the road. Luckily, I had some tools with me and was able to do a roadside swap in about 20 minutes. It saved me from having to get towed. Angelo was very helpful in getting me the exact parts I needed, and even gave me some free O'Reilly's swag! I definitely recommend O'Reilly's in North Syracuse.
Convenient location for us, as it’s not far from our home, and is really quite centrally located in North Syracuse. I’m sure they’ll have whatever is needed for your vehicle, and you can also be sure they’ll treat you like an individual.
Took my mom there for wiper blades. She mentioned she was having some issues with the car suddenly stopping and the associate was so nice and helpful. She got her new window blades installed for free plus they ran a free diagnostic which diagnosed the issue. Highly recommend this place. The staff are very friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable.
Very knowledgeable staff and clean store. Angelo was very nice and polite in helping me with finding the right brakes for my car as well as letting me know about all the deals they have going on. I will definitely visit this location going forward for all my car's needs.
Needed to get a light for my headlights and Jay offered to replace them for me, which was a big help because I have no idea what I’m doing lol. Great staff:))
Visited the Cicero location “Austin” was wonderful and helpful. Took the time to ask me questions about my vehicle and preformed a scan to help pinpoint why my ck engine light was on. You need more employees like Austin he’s a keeper. And service like that will keep my business there.
