Skip the crappy Advance Auto experience and just come here. Friendly and knowledgeable parts people. The facility is clean and organized. I was in and out in no time for an electric diagnostic scan and parts return.
Was in town visiting a friend and had to stop in for something minor. Was assisted by Paige. She did not seem thrilled I had questions and overall the attitude was unpleasant, like I was bothering her by being there. Won't be stopping in here in my next trip.
Today, I was supposed to go to a repair shop to check the car's warning signs for "check brake system" and "check ABS system" faults, but I was refused. Passing by O'reilly Auto Parts, I was warmly received by the young man. The car was inspected and I learned that parts needed to be replaced. I also learned which parts needed to be replaced and where to find someone to replace them. I'm very grateful for the young man's enthusiastic help. As a free tax filing volunteer, I often help the residents of our county, and at the same time, I am eager to receive help to promote this spirit

Dennis saw me carrying my old car battery towards the store and met me with a cart so I did not have to carry it the whole way then proceeded to ask what I needed and checked me out quickly. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Very thankful for this customer service! Thank you Dennis! Customer service kindness is truly rare these days.
I was fortunate enough to have an incredible employee help me out named Josh. He was helpful, calming, and extremely organized. It was a pleasant surprise to find out that he’s the manager!

Above and beyond helpful!! 3 individuals were working Tuesday, November 3rd at 8:30pm. I was referred to the Erie Blvd store because they had the part needed and was close to my home. They researched where the relay was, and after finding the correct one, installed it and also checked my battery. It was very cold and I believe they were past closing time.
Sadly, I did not get all employees names, but all were friendly. From the new guy in training, the female assisting and getting the store ready for closing, and to Von - determined to get the task completed!!
Only one thing I'd like to suggest: Get some music playing in the store! I think it makes people shop more! 😄
O'reilly's is a beautiful store. It's just so clean and large and bright. And it has everything not to mention all kinds of helpful services, and helpful associates. ( They will actually tell you what you don't need as much as what you do need!) I am supremely impressed with this new store and it's a welcome addition to the neighborhood.
Just got rotors for my Pontiac Vibe there today. Great price on them. Also, great help and technical information from Ayden on fuel additives and oil consumption. Thanks!!
