DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Called a tow truck they told me about 30 to 45 minutes. Almost 3 hours later the tow truck come and can move the car. Long story short I requested a refund. They said expect to see it in 24 to 48 hours. 5 days later still no refund and now they keep hanging up on me when I try to find out what's going on. Had to go to bank to report at fraud. Very unprofessional. The price changed 3 times before the tow truck even got there. Don't recommend to use this company at all. Awful service.
They are terrible they like to steal peoples money we gave him 400.00 to get tires for a car and tires never came in and we have been waiting for 3 months to get our money back. $3000.00 were given for a car and they sold the car to someone else we were told that they had to fix it for the car to pass inspection and when we went to get the car it was no longer on the lot also have been waiting for three months to get the money back. DO NOT GIVE THESE SCUMS YOUR MONEY
Super helpful recovering a vehicle for my daughter that is involved in probate situation. Checked that all her paperwork was legal and in order and got the job done. Highly recommend!
Need a tow, recovery, or repo, give them a call. Extremely responsive and excellent customer service. If you're driving a Uhaul and it breaks down, they're a uhaul Roadside Assistance partner also!
