I've been using Firestone for oil changes in my fleet car for the past 2 years and all the shops I've used up until today have been phenomenal. Today the employee literally had no idea what to do to check me in. I found it odd he didn't ask for help from the 2 other employees doing nothing and that those 2 employees didn't offer help. It was extremely awkward. The employee I was talking to was very condescending so eventually I just said I'll get my oil changed at a different Firestone. That was a truly bizarre interaction...

They are very friendly and promptly attentive. I arrived on time, they took me right in. I have gone to them for several years now and have highly recommended them. I tell this story because it's what has kept me coming back: I was there one day when a woman wanted to pay MORE than was necessary. The customer service representative told her she would have to go to another store because he refused to charge her MORE for something she could get for less and it was of the same quality. Her vehicle did not need the MORE. I have gone to them every since and have never had a problem. If you want great service at a fair price without being taken advantage of, this is the place for you.

They reserved tires for us and had us in the next day. I waited less than 2 hours.

Service was quick and efficient. All my concerns were addressed.All the work I requested was done quickly and efficiently. My new tires are outstanding and all the other work done was finished an hour early. Both the technician and manager were also very informative and went above and beyond! AAAAA++++×

The fellas get me in quickly and are always honest about what’s going on with your vehicle

Got charged 120 for an oil change that took the 5 mechanics working in there an hour and a half and they never told me what oil they put it there which was supposed to be fully synthetic but later told me I had to change it again after 3 thousand miles which does not add up. Complete rip off and stay far far away from this place and go to valvoline or anywhere else.

I've been coming here for a while, and the service has always been great. But today was really exceptional. Kevin took care of me today, and his customer service is truly above and beyond. I needed new tires and new control arms because my bushings were in really bad shape. Kevin walked me through all the tire options and showed me each one. He found me more affordable, comparable tires to the ones I was originally looking at. Kevin explained how they would still give me everything I was wanting in the new tires. This went so far with me because it made me feel like he wasn't trying to upcharge me but was genuinely concerned for what I needed. I'm still pretty new to the area, and I don't have my car-savvy brother around to help me with this stuff now. Kevin's patience and consideration for my budget and needs made me feel very cared for and like I wasn't going to get taken advantage of. For me, that is the best way to keep customers coming back. For the control arms, they quoted me on the work for this a while ago, but I was dragging my feet while looking into other options. Alec let me know that the price had gone up since we last spoke, but he would honor the original quote for me. Again, this was just a huge gesture for me. Thank you guys for looking out for me and keeping my car safe for the road! I really appreciate you!

The staff got my vehicle in at the last minute, late on a Saturday afternoon, for the repair. Price was fair and the job was done quickly. Very happy.

Charged me $500 for fixing my AC and it still doesn’t work. Brought it back and they found out the part that needs to be fixed can only be fixed by the dealer and they wouldn’t return me the money, I do not recommend going here they will scam you.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!!!! I took my car in for brake work, and not only did they quote me almost 2x what other shops do, they tried to upcharge me for a control arm, which had been replaced recently. The second i took my car out of firestone, there was a horrible noise. When i took it to a different shop, they told me someone had tried to take my control arm off (NEW WITH 3k MILES ON THEM) and spun a bolt holding it on. Now the arm needs to be replaced. Scammers and pathetic people.

It is impossible to find an inspection at a reasonable time without having to drop the vehicle off, or take time off from work or other projects. This firestone location hooked me up with a convenient appointment time, didn't take forever, and did not push product on me upon inspection like so many other places do including my own dealership. They were super friendly as well. I would go here again, two thumbs up!

Made an appointment online for an oil change and break service. After they did an assessment I got an email of what also needed fixing to prevent future problems. Was called up and everything was explained to me from what was wrong with this additional part and the potential issues it can cause to how long everything will take and how much it will cost. All together top notch customer care. Happy I came to this location!

The staff informed me what they were going to do for me and approximately how long it would take. Everything was done in a timely manner at the price they provided in the estimate. I was also notified of a discount that i wasn't aware of.

Efficient and friendly service. I made an appointment online and received confirmation email in 1 hour. Their waiting area is quite large and comfortable, I stayed for 1 hour and everything is done.

Repairs are always completed on time and for the agreed upon price. Additionaly, the store manager Alec, always goes above and beyond to explain repairs, options and likely causes. He is the best example of what a Firestone manager should be and how to represent the corporation. You will find I have a very long history (over 25 years) at this store and Alec is the best of all of the managers I have worked with. All of the front office personnel at this store treat all customers courteously and professionaly and the techicians repair my vehicles the first time... never a return trip for the same issue.

Purchased a set of snow tires and rims for my Mazda3 through Tire Rack to be delivered and installed here. Alec was very helpful in setting up/confirming my appointment, gave me a very reasonable quote for the installation, and ended up having my vehicle ready ahead of time. Extra props as he seemed to be the only one working the lobby with a lot of busy phones. Shop was clean and comfortable and is in walking distance of a bunch of stores and places to eat if you need something to do while you wait. Will definitely be recommending them in the future!

The service was phenomenal. I loved the pictures provided with the report. Very helpful with answering all my questions and getting me in for an appointment on the same day. I had my car back within about 3 hours of dropping it off.

Everything from the moment I stopped in to schedule my vehicle for work to the moment I picked it up, everything went so smooth. I received a phone call to go over what was needed, why and the cost. Then I got a follow-up call to let me know my vehicle was ready. I appreciate the transparency and honesty that I was shown. Thanks for taking such great care of me.

I came in about two months ago to change my two front brakes (which cost an arm and a leg). I took my vehicle to another shop this week because my brake fluid light came on twice (which should not happen after brake service). Come to find out that whoever worked on my brakes at Firestone did not close the bleeder valve and it was leaking brake fluid every time I stepped on my brakes. This is not only negligent but it could have caused serious bodily harm or injury. My fellow Veterans, don't waste your time or your money. Take your vehicle to a shop that cares about safety.

I've visited several mechanics to get my EVAP system fixed. I've bought parts and returned them because they were never the right ones. I came here with my boyfriend and, long story short, a big problem turned out to be a small and simple issue. The customer service was excellent. Thank you firestone, I will be returning.

I recently booked an important online appt that was confirmed with an email. Upon arrival I was curtly told by the store manager that my appt would not be honored. I contacted the area manager to describe my frustration and discuss tips for how they can upgrade their online appt. reservations (don't offer them if they can't be honored) and they wholly agreed but nothing was offered to retain me as a customer (coupon or future discount). I lost a day of work due to their problem. Will not return for any other service except for the lifetime tire rotation I purchased (if that). Instead of going back to this store, I spent over $3000 with other auto repair providers - all of which honored my online appt/reservation and acted as though they truly wanted my business.

I recently had work done to my vehicle and was very pleased. It was diagnosed quickly and fixed even faster. Frank was great at explaining everything that was done and I will definitely use them in the future for all of my vehicle's needs!

Shop was able to get me an appointment first thing on New Years Day. Was able to repair a tire that I thought for sure would need to be replaced. Did not try to up-sell on services or pressure me to do additional tasks that were of marginal need or value. Work was performed quickly and well. An all-around excellent experience.

They were honest and straightforward. Oil change was a little more than I expected it to be but not outrageous. Recommended work that needed to be done but didn't push to have it done right away. They also got me in as a walk-in, and I was out in about an hour. Can you ask for anything more than honest people working on your car?
