Initially I had an issue with the radiator, the transmission cooler lines on my 2002 Ford Mustang, didn't fit the radiators mounting lugs. I explained this to the quality control people at Liland Global and after some checking and verifying we were able to come up with a solution. They made adaptors that solved the fitment issue. I also compared their radiator to
Mishi-Moto Cold Case. and several other full aluminum radiators and found the same style and same complaints, "the radiators cooler line lugs don't fit the cooler lines." And there is no standard adaptor to accommodate the issue. to my knowledge Liland Global is the only after market radiator manufacturer who makes proper radiators for the 1997-2004 mustang.
I bought a Liland Radiator and kept it in storage new in the box. I had a gift card and needed to use it on something so I figured get a nice aluminum radiator for when I'll need to replace it in my truck. BAD IDEA! Just drove it after a clean install and there's a hole in it! I know... i'm out of warranty. please learn from my mistakes and just stay away from these radiators, i'm so SOL it's left a bad taste in my mouth. I was so excited for my all aluminum radiator build and this really makes me sad.
Wholesale aftermarket parts. Mostly fuel tanks . Only downside they no longer deliver to the shops that helped them build the business they now have. Some. Companies forget how they got where they are .
Very poor customer service. Hung up the phone on me twice. Will not stand behind their product. Offers Chinese radiators. Mine only lasted 2 years. Horrible company. Go somewhere else for your radiator needs
I did not want to buy China and thought to buy a USA product, on the radiator and on the packaging it says made in China. I paid more for a sticker from your company.
Very disappointed
Called for a price on a part. They quoted me over $1000. For a part that retails for $150-200 everywhere else. They claim they are the only ones in the country so they are charging more for them.
Purchased an all-aluminum radiator for my truck at the very end of January 2019. February 2020 it's 2 weeks out of warranty and leaking, they won't do anything to help me out. Buyer beware, don't expect their products to last. I'd be better off with a cheap plastic tank rad.
Great company, I have fond memories of going there when I had my first car a '74 Plymouth Valiant, they only charged me $8 to weld the radiator, a fix I could afford because I was in college.
Now they are a global company with great products and services. Wow they have come a long way and it is well deserved.
