This rating is based on customer reviews, inventory size, pricing, and service quality
For Lkq in East Syracuse, NY, recent feedback is strongly negative: 10/100. Themes include unanswered phones/slow callbacks, poor customer service follow-through, and multiple complaints about unsafe driving by company trucks, raising concerns about staff professionalism. There’s little information on pricing, inventory variety, yard organization, or ease of finding parts, so those areas remain uncertain. Expect potential wait times on calls; overall sentiment trends clearly negative with unreliable responsiveness.
Don't even bother. I called looking to purchase a bunch of parts. Got told Ill check on that and get right back to you. Months later still no call. Just saying.
If you're pulling out of a parking lot and people are coming towards you DON'T TURN OUT. Their drivers are idiots he just almost caused a 5 car accident. Should hire people that actually know how to drive so 2/3 reviews aren't about the drivers
Driver of their parts truck is an absolute liability on the road. Cut me off as he does not feel the need to yield when merging, forced me into oncoming traffic in order to avoid him side swiping my vehicle. I had my 17 month old daughter in the truck. If I were you I would avoid business with any company that hires lunatics like this to drive their box trucks, as clearly this company has extremely poor judgement in who the let work for them.
