Nothing but good things to say about this Father-Son shop. They were honest and transparent throughout the whole experience. They were the only ones that didn’t try to upsell me or take advantage. My car came out looking perfect for a very fair price. It was done within a few days and was a seamless process. Mike was so helpful and kind. I would go to them again anytime!

I'm writing this review for a friend of mine who recently had his vehicle body damage repaired. He doesn't have a Google account. When I seen the before and after car, it looked amazing and flawless repairs. He said the owner Mike is a very cool down to earth man and he was very professional and helpful. Incredible customer service! I presented them with a super quick deadline and they got the work done faster than expected! Work looks like it came straight from the factory! Hugely grateful to them for their efficiency and the quality of their work. If I wasn’t moving this one be the only shop in the area I would trust with body work on my vehicle!

I was referred to Mike at Donofrio‘s theough a friend of a friend. I needed as much assistance as possible in how to navigate the process of getting my car fixed after an accident and rental.. Mike went over and above in making sure I was able to get through this as smoothly as possible. I was concerned as I’ve never had to go through this before and never expected any business to go the extra mile like he did I would recommend him to anybody

They're actually honest regarding the services needed. I came by to ask about some paint that was chipping off my car. They explained why it was happening, what the service would entail, estimated cost, and that even after they did the work that it could happen again. Basically the factory screwed up, but my car won't fall apart. They overall recommended leaving it alone (which is fine by me - I mainly care about the car functioning). I was happy to understand what was going on, and save myself from future stress over the matter.

I went here to see if there was anything that could be done with the rust spots on my car. My car is running strong mechanically so I wanted to repair/remove the rust and keep the car for as long as possible. Mike was extremely helpful and walking me through the options and what can be done to stave off full on body/panel failure due to rust. In the end, he recommended some simple DIY steps that I was able to implement.

Mike was amazing! He helped me with my car after I was rear ended, he got my parts in a timely manner called and kept me up to date and was even willing to help me call the rent a car place! Will 100% use him again for any car needs!

Wonderful to work with. The repair/replacement after a fender-bender with my car was just amazing! So perfectly done you wouldn’t believe the car ever had damage. Well done! Highly recommend.

Unfortunately posting to share a poor experience with Donofrio's. I took my car there due to good reviews for a repair after an animal accident for a large amount of body work and painting. The shop was terrible at communicating, I don't believe I ever got a call From them, I had to call in for any information ever. They missed every timeline they told me they would hit. After insurance made the estimate on 5/11 and them and the shop gave me a 19-day timeline, I did not have my car until 6/30 despite them saying they had the parts on 5/17. They also did the bare minimum amount of work; when picking it up, I was told I needed an oil change and should bring it somewhere for that, instead of doing that for me while the car was in pieces. I'm writing a 2 star review because, for the work they did do, they did well. However the delays for no reason and lack of communication were a nightmare.

Had a rusted-out rear hatch on my 2011 Honda Odyssey handicap van. Mike found an exact replacement, for a reasonable price. Also took care of a couple of other minor issues. They're very easy to work with.

These guys are amazing. Best father and son duo in business. I’ve brought a Mercedes, BMW and so many other cars to these guys over bringing it to the dealership and getting screwed. Pricing is always amazing, service amazing and work is next to none. You can’t go wrong and with everyone was like them. A++++++++++

Donofrio's replaced the plastic front bumper grille that had fallen off of my 2018 Honda Civic after both retainer clips failed, as well as the fender liners that had become scraped up due to contact with the road when the grille came off. The OEM part was unconscionably expensive, and they were willing to work with me when I suggested bringing in an aftermarket part. It looks indistinguishable, and they did a great job installing everything. Would 100% bring my car back for any other body work I need.

Words can't describe how I feel about Donofrio's Body & Paint Shop. They have helped me through some of my darkest times and have made my cars go from looking like scrap metal to new again. I can not reccomed them enough they took care of me from start to finish and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I brought my car to Donofrio’s on the advice of several friends. I was greeted by Mike Sr. Who was friendly and he appraised the damage to my car. The did excellent work at a fair price and it was completed as promised . This will definitely be my go to place for any future body work. My wife will be bringing her car here for some minor scratch repairs. If e could give them a higher rating, I would.

Incredibly helpful, honest, kind, and fast. I wish we hadn't moved out of state because a mechanic like this is a rare and treasured resource. I'd give them 20 stars if I could. Not even slightly an exaggeration. We came 350 miles to get their help while we visited family. Their turnaround after replacing parts, doing diagnostics, and checking other problems I was worried about was literally 24 hours. We found them after hitting a box spring on the highway 3 years ago. They completely rebuilt our car and matched the paint perfectly. You can't even tell that the entire front end was ripped off and they never compromised on repairs and kept costs close to budget. The car looks brand-freaking-new.

Been taking my vehicles to Mike Sr and Jr for years. Work and or detailing. They are honest/hardworking, provide amazing communication and service. They are car guys and treat each vehicle as if it was their own. You will NOT be disappointed

Great place to do business . Very professional and extremely good work. I can not be more impressed and will definitely use them for all my future needs. Car was ready ahead of time and they did everything they could to work with me. Excellent price could of charged more for the great service they provided.

Friendly shop that has so much talent and efficiency in their craft. I sent in my car to get the bumper redone and I got it back in mere days! It came out looking just as new. The paint was matched exactly and I saw no flaws. They made sure I got the best price possible. I would give them 10 stars if I could, and that is absolutely not an exaggeration.

Donofrio’s ranks among the best in my opinion. Mike Sr & Jr demonstrate a solid work ethic, knowledge and proven ability. They are about building relationships and providing the type of environment that left me with a great impression. They are honest and communicate clearly. My car was ready ahead of schedule and looked beautiful! They are all about empathy (as Mike Sr said: “I know what it is like to be without a car”) They understand a customer’s perspective. I haven’t felt this way in a long time when dealing with car issues…my experience was purely 5-star from beginning to end with everyone I dealt with.

A great experience. They took great care to make my vehicle look better than it had before my accident. They also made the time without my vehicle painless. My rental was at the shop the day I dropped off my vehicle and they took care of he return when I picked my vehicle back up! They worked seamlessly with my insurance agency even though they were not a 'preferred' repair facility. Well, they are now 'Preferred' by me!
