I went to the bridge Street, East Syracuse location at 7:55 on September 19th. I had to return a battery for the core charge. I asked the salesperson assisting me if he could check the battery on my truck. I was told he could help me in about 25 minutes because he had something to do in the back. Yes, he had something more important to do than help a customer and make a sale. Ridiculous.
Pretty run of the mill auto store, has just about everything except what you're looking for somehow. I'll never understand how that works. Maybe it's just bad luck 🤷🏻♂️
I stopped to buy transmission fluid for my van and when speaking to the man who was assisting me I found out that I couldn't use the fluid I was there to get but he did help me to find a mechanic who could tell me what I did need to keep my vehicle on the road
The staff members were very busy but still took the time to help me install my new wiper blade! I'm not good at car stuff at all, but Chris was nonjudgmental and showed me how to do it. Fantastic service!
I would say that, even at their cheapest, they're still more expensive than some online places. That's to be expected when you have a brick and mortar place and they have the parts on hand! The guy at the register was very chill, didn't upsell me when I told him I wanted the cheapest they had. He even found some discounts for me! Great experience.
They always have what you need. They've gone above and beyond to find me the tiniest part. Most people would have given up. I appreciate the professional and courteous attention I receive.
I hardly ever go out of my way to write a review for a company, but I have been going to this NAPA location for years now and their level of customer service is above and beyond any other part store I have ever been too. They always help me out in any way possible! Wether it be I have lost a receipt or have broken an item they are always willing to help me out. Absolutely great company and I wish I could give them a 6/5 stars. Everyone behind the counter is awesome too. Especially Brian. I typically have Brian helping me and he jumps through hoops to help me out. I wouldn’t recommend any other place. Thank you guys for the great service! Keep it up!
Great supplies in stock for almost every type of vehicle and for your garage, like cleanup products etc. Great selection of tools also. Customer service is fabulous, if you have tour make and model of vehicle, they can access a huge database and locate the part you are looking for. Some good advice feom them also. They will walk you to the part on the shelf and even show you alternatives. If they dont have it in stock, they can refer you to another store that does have it or have it delivered overnight. Professional services include same day delivery. Same at all locations, great products and service ! Go Napa !
Reopened Sept. 30th 2017. Went all out with food, music and prizes. Not to mention great prices! If was a crazy busy day with long checkout lines but the Staff were super friendly and very helpful. BTW..the line moved quickly. We'll be back!
Usually they have what you're looking for if it's for an average vehicle. Quality of service depends on which employee is behind the counter. Only some of them really have "Napa know how".
The staff is amazing and so helpful. Being a woman and going into a auto parts store is sometimes difficult as the employees tend to speak to you as if you are uneducated and have no idea about vehicles. Well I was pleasantly surprised by the gentleman here. Their welcoming attitudes, willingness to help, knowledge, and customer service is far superior than i have received from other autoparts franchise locations in my area. This will be the only autoparts store for me going forward.
