I was in an emergency situation. Called them on a Saturday to tow me out only a foot! Was forced to let them take my card as I was with a police officer. They ran my card without my permission for 272! I had to find my way to their shop and then in order to get my credit card back I had to sign the receipt without authorizing the $272 charge as they had already ran my card without me being present. I then had to sign the receipt in order for them to give me my card back.. They took advantage of somebody who is out of state and an emergency situation. All they had to do was pull my car out 1 foot. My car was only a half mile down the road from their shop.. Why charge $272 I understand 150 this is ridiculous to run a card without the owner being present that’s illegal.
I am very pleased with Garcia's Automotive. They are not only Professional and Reasonable but Honest as well. Saved me a lot of potential trouble with a emergency tow on a late friday afternoon. The Best of the Best

These guys are top notch. Couldn't thank my coworker enough for recommending them to me. Super flexible schedule, awesome rates and work class service. Went to them unsure how my brakes were but knew my car wasn't operating the way it used to and they took the liberty of soaking my caliber, they needed it something terrible obviously, and replaced my rear brakes a rotors. HALF the price the other guys wanted! And of course they had her ready to go well before I was out of work! Thanks, Garcia Gents! I'll be back!

I went unannounced for an insurance inspection. It was not a slow day for them! I wasn’t even in the door yet when I was met by the owner. He gave me paperwork to fill out and personally did my inspection. They easily could have told me to come back another day. They didn’t! Great job, friendly staff, fast and easy inspection! Went in for a photo inspection, the guy was so nice to look at the car I just bought and even answered my questions about my car. He even helped me with my new wipers that I failed miserably to put on.
This is hands down one of the best shops I've used for vehicle repair and maintenance. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced. I know that when they work on my vehicles, they are being fixed right the first time. The Garcia's are honest and trustworthy!
Bought tires from them 2 years ago, and one of them blew out one month later. Just brought it in for an inspection after checking everything, and they said a brake light was out.
Very disappointed and would not recommend them for any service as their prices are very high compared to their competitors.
