State Farm had me waiting for over 3 hours, so I called Stewart’s and they arrived within a half an hour and were very helpful. If I ever get stranded in Syracuse again I will be calling Stewart’s first. Had a stressful day and their good customer service does wonders.

It was -3 degrees out when I called Stewart’s yesterday. My car was spewing oil. I was already waiting 3 hours for a two from my insurance company and then I called them and they said three more. At that point the store I was in would’ve closed so I had to figure something else out. I called Stewart’s, he said 30 minutes, showed up in 30 minutes regardless of the cold. The pricing is extremely fair especially for the drop off distance (10 miles). Getting your car towed sucks but Stewart’s made it easy. 10/10 will never call my insurance company again would rather spend the money. Thank you so so so much for getting me out of that. This man is a hero.
Tyler is the real deal! Our car was stolen then recovered and he was so cooperative and professional with us while getting the right paperwork and picking the car up for us 5-6 hours away and bringing it back! This towing company is 100% the best one you can ever come across! His pricing is the best you will come across! If you’re ever in a pinch and need something towed….. he’s your guy!!!
I was stuck on the side of the road tonight in a cloud of smoke when Tyler saw me and pulled up to help before I even had the chance to call anyone! He immidiately helped me figure out what the problem was with my car and got me on my way, which I’m extremely grateful for. If every technician with Stewart’s towing is this kind and helpful, I’d recommend them any day.

Absolutely saved the day! My girlfriend and kids were stuck and they came through and saved the day while I was out of state!!! I tried to pay them more but they wouldn't even let me! He fought for an hour to get them out and did it!

They were very professional about how my truck was handled I slid off the road into a 4ft ditch and S&S was there writhing 15 minutes of my accident recovering my vehicle out of the ditch. They operator offered me a soft drink and even brought me home after dropping my truck off at the shop! Definitely a business that is for the people!
I reached out to the owner today as I am a business owner myself I run 315s mobile mechanics it was raining out today so I had him tow one of my customers vehicles from Cicero all the way to cazenovia and his prices were phenomenal couldn't be happier with the service will definitely be continuing to use him from here on out..
Embarrassing as it is, I had to get pulled out of snow while on my own pull job due to my own cockiness. Y'all's driver did not have to stop and help, but he did, and he absolutely crushed it. I appreciate that to no end, and if I ever get stuck again, y'all are my first call.

I personally haven’t had service myself but I knew he towed, bought and scraped vehicles… so I had my daughter call him … and she ended up calling him 2 different times and he came right out!! They were more than happy with his service all around. Definitely recommend
