These guys always help me out with the questions I ask. Pretty quick service when I go into pickup my parts.

The female staff member ( I unfortunately did not catch the name ) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful about my question regarding exhaust pipe.

Great advice and customer service. This is my new auto parts etc., Go to store.. This Gentleman also saved me some money.. I'll be back.

Good experience at napa. They gave me the wrong pads at first but then they corrected it. I don't like the napa brand pads though

The employee that helped me was very nice and saved me from buying the wrong windsheild wiper.I appreciate his help and will go there again if I need any auto supplies.

Find another location. They stock next to nothing and the staff are not helpful and don't listen. "Do you guys carry XYZ ..?" "Let me waste you time hunting down something that isn't what you asked for"

Opened right at 7am. Had the battery I needed. Showed me how to get the REBATE on said battery....I'm happy!

Edit to last review. Went in today 2 workers at the counter, asked a question got ignored and than guy asked customer behind me to come to counter. Last time I use napa for anything. Canceling my commercial account.

Napa will save you some cash. They sure saved me some. I saved $34.00... on rear coil springs on my vehicle..so yes l I like Napa.

Services is Slow . I stranded in line for dam near a hour waiting for a guy in front of me to get a simple spark plug by the time it was my turn I already put the things I wanted to purchase back and left . Can’t have customer service like that

My name is Chris 4 days ago I went in to this location not knowing what to do after a friend swapped my motor for me after the swap the front axle seal started leaking transmission fluid, so I went to the Hiawatha boulevard location where an associate name Steve attempted to help me, nice guy but now I have almost 7 quarts of the wrong transmission fluid that’s been running through my car for days, needless to say I’m extremely upset and hoping no permanent damage has come of this. And plan to call Dave the location to one manager this morning.

Customer service was very disappointing, cashier was having conversations with other employees instead of trying to help me.

No military discount and my friend had to pee and they were rude and told her someone else ruined it for the rest. Very rude and disrespectful tone of voice to not just us but other customers as well. I had to give one star. To be honest I would have given none.

I had a really good experience here, the person that helped me was very caring about me and making sure I got the best deal I could for what I was looking for. He also took interest in my son interacting with him because my son loves cars. For someone that knows nothing about cars I'm glad that I went here for the help. Good experience all around.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to purchase radiator fluid while an employee was talking to another employee that was not working and never bothered to help get the line down. I know she was an employee because they both walked out from behind the counter Great thank you

I love the prices but every time I go I end up having to come back and exchange at least 1 part as it's the wrong size

Friendly staff. Convenient location. Don't always have what I need in stock, but are willing to order it for me. Prices are ok, but they have pretty good sales.

Nice and friendly service. Seemed to be a little inexperienced, the young man who helped me. Was over all a good quick process.

Very helpful. Had the wrong hose for the car, that was purchased at a different parts place. They were able to find and give us the correct one. Pleasent and courteous service.
