The worst help I’ve never received! They told me 17mins then after waiting 30 mins, I was told 60 minutes. I kept calling; crying babies in the back, a complete mess! She ended canceling my tow after waiting 2 hours! This is what happens when incompetents can run businesses! This is the worst experience ever in 112 degree. 0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND! This is some chop shop services with a pick up truck.
Towing company towed my car and the guys was rude, kept on telling me I shouldn't be parking on the spot (Thank you, I got that from getting towed ...) and then was being disrespectful.
Worst towing company ever! They recently gave me signs to put up at my private property. The only day I needed them, some cranky old man showed up with a terrible attitude. He clearly saw the signs of his company on my property and then had the nerve to tell me he couldn't tow the car because I don't own the property. I explained the situation to him, but he just got louder and started pointing fingers at me, saying I had to call the office and deal with it on Monday morning. This happened on a Saturday night, after I'd already been waiting for at least an hour. To make matters worse, the number on the sign calls the guy's main cell phone! I ended up calling a different towing company, and they helped me out within minutes. Avoid this company at all costs!
I dealt with Tom and Rona. They both were very nice and helpful when I was feeling so stressed about my situation. They definitely put my mind at ease. Thank you so much to the both of them!
This place was ready to tow my brothers car off his PRIVATE PROPERTY without any paperwork. My brother passed away and they are in touch with someone who robs cars and they were going to take his car until the neighbor came outside and told them not to. They stole his license plates and when I asked what documentation was given to them the lady responded and told me an EBT card. This was reported to state troopers and a private detective. How are you going on private property and taking peoples cars without a title? Keys? EBT CARD SERIOUSLY?? FOOD STAMPS!!!
Martinez is a towing magician. I've had multiple European cars sometimes no keys sometimes no batteries. Tight spots. Motorcycles. He does it all and he does it good. Had towers tell me they couldn't do it and Martinez came through for me. Every time. Thank you my dear friend. It's Eddie with the BMWs who went to South Carolina. Have a feeling ill see you again soon brother!!!

I was ready to make record time changing my own tire but found that the tire center had rusted to the car and would not budge. Called Martinez Towing but he was all the way across town and would be at least half an hour so I tried calling other companies...they were all at least an hour away. Called Martinez and he said he was on his way. Got there in a very short time, banged the tire off the car, changed it, AND WOULD NOT TAKE A DIME FROM ME. Did I mention that it was raining? I find myself looking for ways to pay it forward...
By far the best prices in town. Called five companies and was priced between 125 and 175 Called Martinez and they did it for 75! Very fast courteous helpful and excellent service!! Will definitely use again if needed and recommend to a friend! God bless ...
