Did a good job on my breaks n rotors quick and a reasonable price

I called hobbs auto to ask about charging my battery. The guy on the phone told me yes. They charge 5 bucks and i can come by. So i walked there, when i got there i waited 20 minutes just so some guy can tell me that the battery charger wasnt working. And that the guy who picked up the phone doesnt ask questions. Watever that means. So i had to walk back holding my battery.

Extremely Poor Customer Service. Do not Recommend

Do not trust these people with your car they do not know what their doing .

DONT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!! I be ought my car to this shop for repairs . They first told me the job would take only a week. The manager is NEVER there, They have nothing but excuses to offer for their lack professionalism. I spend about 1000 dollars for mediocre work and it’s been a month . Now I’m forced to take my car to a professional to get the job done correctly. Worst experience

I called ahead for a tire leak, they said sure come in so I did. I sat for an hour and 15 mins for the guy to finally help and say "hey, your tires flat". I get the tire plugged and tip the guy. Next day, tire was flat.

Hobbs is unbeatable for friendly fast reliable service. I have been going there personally for years and have sent several friends... Steve-o, Randy and TJ!!! The best!!!!!

Nuts and bolts loose or missing. Service is horrible. Unprofessional. Trying to say wrong hardware when it's correct and trying to make me purchase a new part.

Although they was not able to fix my vehicle, the referred me to an aamco dealer.

absolutely horrible service, btought car in for a bad brake line. They did the job wrong to the point where my car wont even pass inspection because of the unsafe jb they did, and in the process broke my gas line and tried to hide it

Great advice and honest with me. Some auto related places like the TIRE RACK said they only would sell me 4 new snow tires even though I have rear wheel drive. These guys said 2 are a necessity but 4 is better. I ordered 2 and not from TIRE RACK. I am going back next week to get new tires installed and maybe buy a couple of used ones. Not rip off artists very reasonable.

The mechanics here take time, and go out their way for the customers.
