Just used these guys twice in the last couple of weeks, once to flatbed my "project car" to the shop, and again to flatbed it home. They were really great to deal with. Mike the dispatcher was super nice, reasonable and responsive; resolved an invoice issue promptly; and pretty much did everything right. Same with James, the flatbed driver --- another super nice guy. He let me know where he was and when he'd arrive, and took really good care of my car. Obviously a veteran at this who knows the right way to do things. Wonderful to deal with people like this, and I would 100% recommend them. Thanks!
This guy is an absolute hero! I was coming home from a fishing trip with my family when the axel on my trailer broke. I was on 81 south in Syracuse in the construction zone. Only tow company that would answer the phone was this guy. He sent a guy named”John” right out with a wrecker. Super cool guy brought the boat all the way to my house over 2 hours away. You won’t be disappointed using these people.
Mike was absolutely awesome!!! He was genuinely concerned to getting my vehicle as humanly possible. He gave play by play on his progress. Overall a very good experience working with Mike.
Called for a tow after I went off the road in the snow on my way to work. Mid-state towing responded to my call and came out to help asap! I was back on the road in 10 minutes after he arrived. He couldn’t have been nicer. Highly recommend.

I had a terrible morning on my way to work when something fell off a truck in front of me, I was unable to avoid it and ended up with a flat tire on 81. I was able to pull off to park and called STR. The driver was fast, professional, and kind. It was affordable and so easy pay! I highly recommend this company; they are the best I've ever had to use.
Mike from Syracuse Towing & Recovery did an amazing job getting us going after our Tesla's battery died at the airport (Tesla did nothing to help with the vampire battery drain or roadside recovery). Because of weather, we had to cancel our first meet-up, but he graciously rescheduled. We got the car jump-started and a little juice, and then he got us to the supercharger. Wonderful service and a really nice guy.
I wanted to take a minute to thank Syracuse Towing and Recovery. I am a fellow business owner who does towing and recovery as well out of the Albany NY area. This is a bit of a run on review but i want to give all the credit these guys deserve to them and NONE to the others i called.
- While one of my drivers was on a out of town tow in Syracuse nearly 3 hours away our truck ended up having an issue that couldn't be fixed by any mobile mechanics i could find, and let me add this all happened with a new driver who was still learning and all in all let me say the he ended up in wasn't exactly the best case scenario for even an experienced operator BUT the truck needed to get back to Albany so I could repair it. We needed to get it temporarily secured AND SAFE so it was drivable and i knew I needed to find a Local experienced operator who really knew what they were doing SO basically an EXPERT to be able to do all of this for my driver. I called handfuls of local Syracuse towing services and after explaining was losing hope that someone could take care of this and FAST. Once I Called Syracuse Towing And Recovery I was completely confident they were the ones for this job. They got to us fast and took care of everything i needed them to no question or hassles, Just got the job at hand done for me and gave me a no brainer incredible price honestly way less than i was willing to pay, on top of it all.

We were visiting our friends in Syracuse and our vehicle started stop working, we were on a desperate need to have our car tow to the mechanic shop.

My family and i was traveling from st.lawrence county, better known as the nys/Canadian border. We stopped in Syracuse for the night.

Quick response. Came to my house to tow my daughter’s car from the driveway to take to a repair shop. Employee was friendly and very professional. The cost was much more affordable than I expected. Would definitely use them again!!

Mike with Syracuse towing came in when we were in a pinch when we were down coming home on I-90. They were fast, reasonable and very professional! Will recommend to anyone on the area!!
