I've been here quite a few times, and I always seem to find what I'm looking for. It doesn't matter what season it is, or how rare the item is they always seem have it. I've never had to wait for a part to be ordered; and the Stores Associates are well informed. If you can't find a part anywhere else I would check with this company.

No air conditioning. Employees told me it was 86 degrees inside with 70%, something humidity. The employees have sweat coming off their faces

These guys are the best!! Helped my dad ( from out of town) with doing a hydraulic line, we didn't realize they closed at 2 on sunday. They went way way above and beyond for helping us!!!

I was just on the phone with them a couple minutes ago and I was asking them if it was okay if I could sign up because I'm not in school and I have my. Working papers but I'm only 17 and this guy named Michael who worked there just hung up on me wouldn't answer my question didn't even let me finish just hung up on me so if their customer service is like that I don't want to work for them I don't want to work for people who do not answer people's questions and who treat their customers badly

They had a hard to find part in stock when no other parts stores around here didn't. It was kind of expensive, but worth it.

Don't waste your time. Just go to the main store on N Midler... I needed a 30 foot of airline and they will only sell you 100ft cases. They said to go to the main store (N Midler Ave) and they could sell it by the foot... So I asked if you could have them transfer in the length I needed from the main store. Answer was we can only sell it by the case. I guess the main store is where you'll get customer service too!

They have the best chainsaw bar oil around!!!!! Beats stihl and husqvarna all day long!!!!!
