If I could give this company a negative star rating I would, drivers are rude, they are overpriced, they don't explain all the extra charges before they charge you them, and then they charge you more money for using a card for payment and again wasn't told or explained that until after the fact.Thank God for the people in my life who were willing to help me out when all of this happened but not everyone has that, I feel so bad for someone who would have something like this happen to them and not be able to come back from it because they also charge to keep your car at there lot by the day. I will never use their services again I would recommend any other towing company other than this one.

Ernesto and his partner were both exceptional!! They maneuvered two vehicles that were stuck in well over a foot of snow. One vehicle had to be shimmied out very carefully next to my other vehicle, to avoid substantial body damage. They both showed up prior to my quoted time, and were extremely polite, and diligent! Thank you both very much!! I would highly recommend Ernesto, and his team!

Very fairly priced, I ran my car right into a ditch during a snow storm. The man that came out was extremely kind, worked efficiently and swiftly. I appreciate this company so much.

Everyone I interacted with was so kind and helpful! The man who towed the vehicle “towing Jesus” is what he goes by was awesome! He took very good care of our car especially with the conditions we had. 100% will be recommending and coming back to these guys! Only thing that put me off was the price was a little high but it was honestly so worth it.

Locked our keys in the car and roadside assistance sent Pascarella’s. Ernest showed up on time (even a little early) and was able to quickly and professionally retrieve our keys. Great pit icons of a bad situation!

Driver towed my car and was very disrespectful when told to pay for the drop fee. Shouting higher prices and threatening to take the car if I don’t pay the price he asked. Wouldn’t recommend it. Btw other driver told me a different price which led to them arguing for not taking the marked up price the driver was initially asking for.

Driver great, service fast except charged me 196.76 for 1.4 mi. Took me to wrong tire shop so paid additional 70 for new tire. WOW, driver kept saying he was on OT so I guess I paid it.

It cost me and my husband 518 dollars to tow his car in an accident to their place of business. I understand if you need to charge a little more when you pick cars up from a accident. But when you don't get a say and you don't have a choice in who you get to tow your car. That's just ridiculous. All the little charges I felt like where outrageous. 60 dollars to sweep the street? 60 dollar diff charge? Whats a 60 dollar diff charge? 75 dollars to hook the car up on top of their base price. Also charged an extra 21 dollars for charging to a card. Thats ridiculous. You should be up front with your customers about all charges and fees especially if you are adding a fee on for using a card. Which wasnt told to us at the time. They were quick to take the money and rush us out the door. Probably because they know what they are doing and don't want anyone asking questions about any fees. They also put on the list that my husband didn't give them the keys. He did. Because one of the guys there gave him his keys. Not to mention the fee they charge per day the car is sitting in their lot. Which would be fine if they didn't charge us so much already. I understand you don't want cars just taking up space in your lot. Luckily we had someone who could help us out. But other people might not be so lucky. Just feel like they take advantage of the situation. When we were waiting on someone we knew to come tow the car, because the car isn't driveable. They kept asking how long. I hate that I feel like we were taken advantage of and unfortunately that's the world now a days. Just money hungry. If you have an accident don't.

5 Stars – Fast, Friendly, and Reliable Service! I had a flat tire and was initially told by my roadside assistance provider there would be a two-hour wait. I called Pascarella’s Towing Service, and they told me they could be there in 30 minutes or less—and they showed up in just 16! The driver was incredibly friendly and reassuring, which made a stressful situation feel much more manageable. I felt safe and well taken care of throughout the entire process. Highly recommend Pascarella’s for their outstanding customer service and speedy response!

Had to call another towing company last minute and I found them online I was quoted a two hour wait to tow my car from another company I had to pick up my car in 30 minutes this company was fast and polite will definitely recommend they came in 30 minutes and gave me a call when they were 10 minutes away.

Best tow company to use for anything the owner and staff are extremely friendly and helpful our car got towed by the police and he told me he wouldn’t charge us for the first 3/4 days that was super kind of him and upon receiving the car he cut us a deal and took off 200 bucks which made our day even better . They are the best in Syracuse ny give them a holler their good for it .

I called to get a quote and was given a price of $125 plus tax. When they came, I was told it was $250 plus tax. $270 to tow my car 4.2 miles on a Saturday afternoon is robbery in my opinion. When I called back to question the price, I was told by the dispatcher that because of the way I spoke to her she was not going to speak to me and hung up on me. (When I was speaking with the driver, questioning why I was given two very different prices, I referred to her as an idiot and she overheard. My bad. I feel sick that I was just robbed by this company.) How can the price double when they show up?!

Called for an urgent towing at 9:30pm - dispatcher was so patient and helpful and tow truck was there in less than 30 minutes. Very pleased and thankful for the great service.

Hit potholes and got a flat tire. The dispatcher was very responsive and friendly. The driver arrived in 15 minutes and sent me to the tire shop quickly. Very reasonable price. Definitely recommend for anyone needs a quick help.

I had a flat tire on a very busy road, so I called for a tow truck. At first the nice woman on the phone estimated around 45 minutes. Then maybe 10 minutes later I got a call from the driver, saying he'd be there in 15 minutes! I called so many other tow company's that day, and none of them came through like Pascalrella's! Excellent service, and arrived so fast! Very very happy

I recently used their towing service when I bought a project car from one of my friends. The car did not drive and had 4 seized rotors, our tow truck driver Don was very professional dealing with the difficult situation. He made everything work even though I know it was a difficult task. I would highly recommend him and the Pascarella’s team. Thank you again Don.

Young man picked up my car at 8pm and took it to dealership. Very polite, friendly and honest. Will never call anyone else for towing based on this experience. Showed within an hour of calling their main number.

After dealing with the God awful Valu- towing service that never came after 4 hours. Called Pascarella’s and met with a nice man named Joe. He was quick , efficient and friendly. Love this company and will use them again! Highly recommended.

This company totally saved me a headache when my car key managed to disappear. The operator was able to get my car out of an extremely tough parking space and get it to the dealership all within an hour of calling. Extremely professional driver with a great personality considering he was working in the cold rain. I’d highly recommend for any vehicle issues in the Syracuse area.

The customer service tonight was unbelievable. I work in the customer service industry and this company is amazing to get you back up and running in no time . They were nice, patient, efficient, and just overall a great company. I sincerely appreciate there work. They truly care about there job and treat your car like it's there own.
