Bait and switchers.List products online that are already sold. offer a different item at a higher price. When questioned about sales policy they become passive aggressive , raise their voices and are very condescending. Most of their reviews appear to very good, however when they make a mistake they circle the wagons and admit no wrong doing.
The Trailer Shop has my undying loyalty! I brought them a crappy trailer I bought off Facebook marketplace and thought I got a deal. I was only looking for new wheels, but they said they'd check it out for me. They called back with bad news- that I would need a new axle because mine was badly pitted. But they also said it wouldn't be worth the cost to me for them to put it on. They showed me an axle I could get from another store and put on myself, along with the wheels. They could have completely ripped me off and done all that work. But instead they did the old fashioned thing and were good neighbors, and didn't charge me a thing. If I ever need anything else for this trailer in the future, or if anyone I know does- we are going to The Trailer Shop at Tri Tank.
Can't begin to express how greatful I am to have these guys to repair all my stupid equipment related mishaps..outstanding service department willing to help you out weather your a big company or a small one. Special thank-you to Eddy & Derik.
Fred helped us with parts from the minute we called to when we went in person. They had what we needed in stock to repair brakes etc on our big Tex gooseneck trailer. Highly recommend this place for all trailer etc needs! VERY HELPFUL!
It's unfortunate I have to leave a not so good review. Most of the people here I deal with are nice and knowledgeable. Unfortunately I was directed to one of the managers Kevin which at the end told me his name was Eric.
He didn't care if I left a negative review our word of mouth.
Our issue is we go through this dealership to purchase parts and accessories but when it comes to the warranty they don't want to stand behind it and just blame it on the fact that they didn't do the service.
So the back story is purchased a few drum kits which I was recommended being cheaper vs Dexter brand that I was originally going to purchase. No more than 3 months later I have an outer bearing fail damaging magnet and pads also the race of the outer drum. The axle looks okay luckily but my tire was pretty chewed up. We were looking to have them go over it and just have the parts warrantied. These cheaper brake kits don't work that well either on stopping.
So if you're expecting anything like that it's not going to happen. I tried contacting several managers and also went as far as contacting the president through email. Haven't gotten a reply back.
As a business owner I would be looking into my management the way they talk to their customers and the support they're not offering to give and caring less on reviews or word of mouth toward tri tank corporation.
Tri Tank epitomizes customer service. Their entire staff is top notch! We have a commercial landscaping business and we rely on Tri Tank to inspect and repair our 5 trailers on an ongoing basis. They are fair, reasonable and honest. And they actually appreciate your business and treat you like a valued customer. I can’t say enough good about this company. They are truly great!
This was one of the easiest purchases I've made! Emailed on a trailer on Christmas and had a response first thing the next day. They had the trailer in the shop and ready to go within 1 day. Showed up, couple quick signatures and I was out the door heading home ahead of the snow. Great service and a price I couldn't say no to! I'll be back.
Was in town from Ohio for a trade show and had a bearing come apart while on the highway. Limped the trailer to Tri-Tank for an emergency repair. They had me back on the within just a few hours at a very reasonable price.
We blew a tire on our camper on the thruway on our way from Buffalo to ADK and needed to replace our spare just in case. Of course we stopped during lunch break with a cranky baby in the car… not only was the service guy (didn’t catch his name) extremely helpful, he switched out the tire himself because his guys were all on break so that we could get back on the road quickly. Talk about Excellent service. Thank you so much!
They sold me a 12x6 dump trailer that was labeled and supposed to be powder coated to prevent rust etc. The trailer had a thin cost of paint that within a month was causing rust all over. I had it looked at by another very reputable trailer business, and they confirmed that it had never been either sand blasted nor powdercoated. ( during the summer. Hadn't seen a winter yet, and it was a brand new trailer)
Terrible take my trailer to get fixed explain the whole situation and was told “yup it’s covered” go to pick it up 400 dollar bill. Had 2 defective tires no problem covered under warranty sends me new rims and tires rims don’t match and are the wrong color. Hydraulic seal leaking “we can’t find a leak there gonna leak they just do” never once seen a seal just leak because that’s what they do. The paint is pealing off could turn the trailer to bare metal with my finger “we’ll give ya a can of spray paint”
Definitely would not buy from them again and definitely don’t recommend buying from there
Tri Tank and it's staff have had excellent service for as long as I can remember. Sales and Service has been top notch especially when a repair is needed even with short notice.

Mail courier here and every time I go to tri tank with a delivery everyone is super nice and helpful ( especially if it's a heavy package) they'll lend me a hand . Happy to see and if I have time chit chat for a minute to some of the very sweet / nice workers there . Overall a welcoming experience 😊
Fred was beyond helpful in choosing my sport haven aut612 trailer . He answered several of my questions very promptly. I couldn't ask for a better dealer to deal with . I have already referred several friends to him who are in the trailer market too.

Tri Tank was easy to do business with. Eddie was very respectful, and thorough. One of the ladies brought me a cup of coffee. The hitch is heavy duty, the job took only 1hr 20 min.
I recommend Tri Tank to everyone for a hitch or one of the many types and sizes of trailers.
We went to tri Tank trailers to look at cargo trailers, Chelsea was so helpful that we decided to order a trailer. Chelsea was very helpful from start to finish. We also found that tri Tank had some of the best built trailers that we have seen and that helped us make our decision to buy a car mate trailer.
Larry was extremely helpful when our trailer broke down in Syracuse. He called numerous times to make sure we were okay until they could arrive to help.
We are pleased with our new purchase.

Brought my boat trailer in to get inspected, called and they fit me in on the same day. The guys working were very knowledgeable and even changed out a small part for me free of charge. Highly recommend them for anything that has to do with a trailer.

I've purchased many plow parts there, and had service done once. The service involved welding and repairing a plow mounting bracket. Ive always been very happy with them. Prices also have been reasonable.
I bought an 18' trailer from Tri Tank and it was a great place to do business with. The sales staff is very helpful and not pushy and will give you printed info and specs on all the trailers you're interested in, and they are not pushy at all. They don't carry any low quality trailers. And they also spent time getting my truck wired up correctly and getting the right size hitch on for now extra charge.
Great staff, good experience, check them out if you're looking for a trailer or work done to your truck.
