I came here after breaking the side mirror on our Infiniti vehicle. The dealership wanted $3k for the part alone. I spoke to Mr. Aaron at V’s Customs and he said “if you can find the part we can install it, no problem”. I called around, found the part at a salvage yard and they were able to have the mirror replaced in under an hour!! Blinker works, camera works, looks brand new for a fraction of the cost. Thank y’all so much for the fast and professional service. 10/10, highly recommend!
I’m so late with this review but 1000% great customer service my car was serviced here after being stolen. The lady at the first desk was so sweet and patient. This being my first time taking my car to a shop and dealing with my insurance she totally help my anxiety. Great communication about what was needed when parts were order and estimate on how long it would take. My car was detailed cleaned when I picked it up. Stories you hear about mechanics and shop this one was different. I would definitely take my car back to this shop
I would not recommend this shop due to extremely poor communication and lack of accountability.
I called on Monday about a broken car mirror and was told the repair could be completed by Wednesday, which is why I chose to bring my car to them.
When I followed up on Wednesday and asked if the part had arrived, the manager said dismissively “I don’t know.” (Which is not an acceptable answer.) I then had to ASK him to find out. I was told I would get a call after they checked with the shipment company about the part. They never called back. Two hours later, I called back myself and was told the part wouldn’t be available until the following week. He had already found out in that time but did not call me.
I asked to bring it in for a temporary fix because I really needed the car. I picked up the mirror myself in McDonough and brought it to them. When I left, the mirror fell off immediately after, and the shop was closed.
Obviously, I needed the housing, and the manager again said he would call me to confirm that the part had arrived, given that I had a temporary fix in place. He AGAIN never called, and then, inexplicably, they claimed they SENT THE PART BACK.
On Friday, I called to find out when I could bring my car back to finish the job, and was told Monday. When I brought the car at 8 AM on Monday, I was told it would be done Tuesday. No mention that he had sent the part back. He waited until 5:00 PM at the end of Monday to tell me that they still didn’t have the part because they had sent it back — despite the fact that I had called him Friday and told him the mirror kept falling off. When I asked why they sent the part back, the manager replied, “these things happen.” No accountability.
I understand that delays can happen with availability of parts, but any extra delay or discrepancy should be communicated to the customer. The customer shouldn’t have to reach out repeatedly to get updates — especially when explicitly told they would call.
In addition to that, my brake light was supposed to be fixed and I ended up getting pulled over two days later. They claimed it was something wrong with the car, but the car is brand new.
They gave my car back Tuesday because the part had not come. On Wednesday of the following week, I finally got my car fixed. After again having to reach out multiple times for updates, the part finally arrived around 4:00pm. I went into the shop just for the manager to tell me, “you don’t have to be so hard. It’s just a car mirror,” in a condescending tone. This was despite the fact that I had already explained my urgency and was still waiting only because they had sent the part back without telling me.
Overall, this experience was extremely frustrating due to repeated delays, lack of updates, poor customer service, and a complete lack of accountability. I will not be returning and would caution others to consider other options.
They did a great job replacing my rear and front bumper ! Great detailing of the car as well. Awesome work and they were fast as well. Love their work!
Great service and attention to detail. I have utilized them for the last two auto accident repairs which have occurred in our family. I would highly recommend their services.
An unfortunate experience. Received my vehicle back with cruise control not working and am being told I need to take it to dealer. The cruise control worked fine when the car was left. Not to mention items missing from car as well as the date my car would be ready changed every week. Definitely do not recommend!

Maaaaaaan this Guy Mr. Val really set me straight. My old alarm was not working properly but so I thought I needed a new alarm, but my old alarm just needed fixing, so after he finished his troubleshooting, I saved a ton of money and he got me back right. I will be recommending all my friends and family to go to Mr. Val before they go anywhere else!!!!!!!!
Extremely professional staff. Everyone was so helpful so sympathetic to my situation at the time and I would highly recommend everyone doing business with him. They were fair and expedient in their work and I haven’t had any problems with any repair I’ve had done there.
V's took my car when no one else would and did an amazing job. You can't tell there was any damage and my whole front end was gone. Even looking at the cost breakdown, it wasn't bad. I have some other things I want to do aesthetically and will definitely come here first.
I am very disappointed in the quality of the repair/body work done by V’s Customs did on my Audi. The initial interaction with the people there was fine, but they don’t provide a proper estimate on time for repair something promised in 2 days took 7 days and when I received my car the quality of the paint job is not up to par. This was my 2nd time with them addressing the same repair work. I was told by the technician that “they aren’t perfect” but I believe that if your a professional you should inspect the work before you release to customer and not have to have customer point out error.
This was the first time I have ever had an accident that was my fault. My heart hurt for my 1998 Honda Accord coupe. V's Customs was recommended to me by 2 coworkers. More specifically, they gave me Vernon's name (the owner). They were going on about how thorough he was. After speaking with him, I trusted him to do the work.
Let me just say that I am BLOWN AWAY at the level of service and the job that was done on my "baby". Look at the before and after pictures!! If you are taking your car anywhere else other than V's Customs...you are losing. I am serious. Great job Vernon and the guys at V's Customs. I will recommend you every time someone gets a scratch. I am highly satisfied.
Professional, quality work. Awesome customer service.. My mom took her car there. My brother took his care there. And now me. Next year will take my car there for their paint work.
So I experienced an attempted break-in with my Mercedes while dining one evening. I put in a claim with my insurance and chose V’s Customs for the repair due to the great reviews. I dropped my car off Tuesday and received a call Friday that it was ready for pickup. The pricing was even below my insurance deductible, surprisingly with it being a Mercedes repair. Entire staff was very welcoming and helpful during the entire process. Would definitely recommend and will come back for any body repairs if needed. (Before and after pictures below)

V's is a nice shop. Mr. Aaron is very helpful with making sure you vehicle is fixed and up to good standards. They do a excellent job in Auto Collision Repair. Very nice workers and top notch work. Very nice people.

These people have had my car 3 weeks for a bumper and grill replacement. You would think they rebuilding my car. Called me Monday said it will be ready Tuesday. Wednesday said it will be ready Thursday. I call Thursday and he say he's waiting on a part. But when I talk to them last week I was told that all the parts was already ordered. Im never using these guys again.
I can't thank V's enough for the amazing job they did on my car after it was side swiped in an accident. My 2016 looked as good as New when I picked her up! Beyond that, the staff was really kind and provided excellent customer service throughout the entire process. Highly reccomended!
Come to find out thanks to a mechanic that told me this company gave me a used radiator from a junkyard NICE SMH.yeah they ended up fixing it and putting a new one for free but still it's the principal. The nerve of them to send me on my way knowing good and well I had some junk in my car. I know not to go back unless this one brakes too! Not recommended BeCause I can't trust them now
