I am not from atl so I am unfamiliar with the insane parking in this city, to make matters worse, I came in contact with this predatory company today. These people will watch you leave your car and not warn you to move it, and force you to pay when you are unaware of parking laws. Every customer service representative was rude and hostile and not helpful. It’s like they are mean to you on purpose so you do not stand up for the predatory actions they take towards consumers. Shame on y’all for making money in this way. This is why people say ATL is a scam.

Freaking hell terrible! How a company like this exist?! I called to unboot, they said about 20min, I been waiting nearly 1 hour?! And when you call to unboot, the service person is like knowing nothing except put in line for unboot! Ridiculous! Absolutely rediculous!

I am from out of town, and parked at a PUBLIC library parking on a Sunday evening. There was a boot on my car after one hour. When I called the “company,” and explained I was from out of state and did not realize it was payed parking, and that I was glad to pay the actual fee, they were unwavering and unmerciful in the situation. There does not appear to be any form of management to talk to. It make one wonder if this is a legitimate business and not just a scam. If you see this parking, go somewhere else. Their agents are condescending and rude.

This was extremely terrible service. I received a ticket with no agent ID or location on it. It was the first question that the contact number asked for. The agent walked up seeming to try and make a deal but I instructed him I was going to comply with the formal process. The agent’s name was Wayne 6354.

We paid to park in a lot, had receipts at 12:11. According to their system, they booted us at 12:15. We paid until 1:41. We were back at 1:30 and they were sitting by our car. I hadn't even received the receipt yet. They said their system didn't catch up and we were supposed to pay for the parking before we left the garage. We did pay before we left and there were cameras proving we did so. Additionally while I did pay it, they booted me after three minutes and the sign says to pay within ten minutes of parking. I also had the receipts. We had to wait 20 minutes in the heat for them to confirm that the screenshots of my payment for parking were correct before they'd remove the boots they put on. They never admitted their mistake or apologized. My recommendation is that if you see a parking lot enforced by this towing company to go spend your money somewhere else entirely. Maybe if enough businesses go with different enforcement they will do better.

I had a worker who admitted he was incorrect with his time stamp. But he said he had to pay and to take it up with LUKE. I reached out to Luke and he said he would get back. After 6 phone calls and 3 text messages. Still no response from LUKE who is either the owner or the manager.

Two of our cars were booted in a parking spot that we *pay for*. When the agent arrived, he gave us a rude, condescending attitude and laughed in our faces while we tried to explain and show proof of payment through the parking portal. They said they would only charge us for one car, even though we pay for parking, and refused to remove the boots until we made the payment. When we called the booting company, they told us to take it up with the parking garage company. But when we contacted the parking garage company during the weekday, they claimed the booting agency refused to issue a refund, saying they had no evidence of our payment. This is a company that takes advantage of hardworking people, showing no remorse while stealing money from those who are simply trying to do the right thing.

Worst place ever. When you are booted they say it is $75 and when you pay cash, they take $50 to put into their pockets (off the records) Can't unlock the wheel locks. We waited 3 hours and our car brake calipers damaged, $5,500 loss!!!!!

B E W A R E OF S C A M M E R S This is an absolutely fraudulent enforcement company operating with unfair practices. Someone needs to report this business to law enforcement. Online payment doesn’t work -> We return to vehicle immediately within 2mins to see car booted. Lot agent knew that and intentionally booted the car right away. Consider $85 a donation of your choice. Looks like COVID did hit your business hard for y’all to cheat.

The ticket machine wasn’t working at the Mill Road Marietta. There were three of us at the kiosk, and all three of us were having the same problem. We used The QR Reader and a message came up, saying tickets are not validated. None of us realize what we needed to do next so we took a screenshot of the message and saved it in case we had a ticket After eating the square, I came back and found my car was booted. When I called the number, the attendant said she would Dispatch a person to come unboot my car. Within seconds, he was knocking on my window. This told me he was in the parking lot the whole time. He would not listen to my story and it was obvious I Based on my screenshot. Kept pretending to yawn while I was talking to him He knew he had me no matter what. It is so frustrating and is very shady process. There is no way I would have risked being booted for five dollars This is a predatory company And I will never use a parking lot that is patrolled by them. CROOKS!

If only a zero star rating was an option… the markings in the parking lot could not be more unclear. While eating at the Marietta Square Market, we parked outside the roped off area, in front of the sign indicating 2-hour free parking. We even contemplated paying for a lot we were not within the confines of, to be on the safe side. Ate dinner and came back out to our car approximately 90 mins later, only to find a boot on the wheel with a handwritten “ticket”. Representative who showed up to remove boot was reluctant to provide a supervisor’s name when asked if the company was legit. The signage outside the Marietta Square Market could not be any less informative in terms of “paid parking” and “free parking”, resulting in genuine confusion and unwarranted fines. Definitely will never return to Marietta Square Market due to the parking arrangements. If you ever park in a lot managed by this “PPE”, just be cautious.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes at this point for my car to be unbooted in freezing weather. Was told it would be 20 minutes and multiple calls will delay service. $75 a day and they don't show up to remove the boot.

01/08/2024 I parked as usual on your parking along Sring Street in Atlanta Ga and paid for the parking. Ticket number 0019766 S/N # 520016040153. Coming from my work site just to find my vehicle booted by agent # 2757. After calling their provided #, the agent appears after 2 hours. I showed him my receipt he left me standing their in the cold and took a walk and returned after 15 minutes. He did not apologize but just went ahead and removed the boots and told me that I was good to go. I asked him why he booted my vehicle and he asked me “so what do you want?” After that he was very rude.

Absolute crooks. Paid $15 for 2 hours of parking and came back to a booted truck. They ask you to put your spot number in the machine, yet booted me, because I did not have the paper on my dash. Why, then, ask for the spot number? I had my infant in the car with me, and the employee had the nerve to be mouthy. What a racket.

SCAM!!! , they lie and say you’re parked in the wrong zone to get you to pay. Call Park Mobile and the cops and the cops will have them remove the boot. Calling their office will only get you someone extremely rude and nasty demanding that you give them the money and they won’t listen, trying talk to the boot guy isn’t going to help either. Save yourself some time and money by calling park mobile to confirm you’re in the right zone and call the cops to have the boot guy to remove the boot. IT’S ALL A SCAM!!!

Review for New Orleans PPE personnel R. Coleman. Absolutely terrible human being. We were booted, which was 100% justified seeing as though we were 30 minutes over. What wasn’t justified is the treatment we received when trying to get the boot removed. The guy was maybe 100 feet from us when we tried to call him over to start the process. We were ignored to the point where we literally had to walk up to him and ask if he could see us. Total jerk. No sense in how we were treated at all. Fee on the sign says $90 for boot removals. This guy says you want the boot off, it’s going to cost $150. We quickly disputed that. He then says $115. I’m willing to bet that they charge the $90, then add whatever additional they can weasel out of you as a tip, and take for themselves. What an absolute scam. My standards as pretty low for the city of New Orleans, but this takes the cake. Boot ID#8255.

Unethical, scammers. Their system has a glitch so if you ever put another license plate in the app beware it will revert to whichever license it chooses even if you type in a new license #. In New Orleans these scammers employ another scam company under their umbrella named Boot Man, Inc. Sadly they’re all trash individuals and not good human beings at all. I’m in the process of charging back the boot fee for parking I PAID for and was still booted. Read the BBB hundreds of complaints. Just don’t park wherever their greedy hands have jurisdiction. Oh and their website doesn’t even work to take complaints so I suggest going straight to BBB.

These people are predatory. My car was booted and I was told for four straight days that I would be refunded. It’s amazing that the city of Atlanta, allows this company to function in its city limits being that they come from a part of town where they’re outlawed. Luke is rude and even cussed me out. If you get booted, do three things 1. Call the Mayors office. It’s time to hold him accountable. Someone is kick back from this company. 2. Call Wetherford attorneys office. Luke hates them. They are starting another class action lawsuit, Is what I’ve been told. 3. Call the boot girls ! It’s time we take our city back from these predators. This stuff needs to stop in our city !

Horrible ! Customer service is less than “poor” ! Dispatcher hung up on me twice as I attempted to get information about employee (construction worker) parking to prevent future boots like the one I’m facing today. I asked for a supervisor and I was given a physical address to “write a letter”. Do not park in this garage. I do not recommend it. If you do have an unfortunate event, it’s not worth the abuse you’ll go through for assistance.

This company has predetory practices and I don't know how they are still in business. They booted my car even though I have a permit for the garage. I had to wait 1.5 hours for an agent to show up to take the boot off of my car. When I called after an hour of waiting, they rep on the phone was extremely rude and hung up on me. I recommend to not park in any lot that this company services.

Do not park in any lot with this company’s name attached. Tonight we parked in the Decatur lot of downtown New Orleans in the French Quarter. The machine in front of our vehicle would not turn on so we paid at the machine directly across from our vehicle. We paid for more than our time and gave the attendant proof of payment, and he refused to remove the boot, stating we paid the wrong meter. When we called the number again to speak with a supervisor, they told us they were putting us at the back of the line because they were tired of us calling and we shouldn’t be surprised since we didn’t pay when we were told. Finally after about an hour or so, the attendant returned and we had to pay an additional $130 for them to remove the boot as other families stood around us dumbfounded as to why they also had boots on their cars after paying. I have all this on video- four different families. Watch out for these people - they will extort you. I have reported them to the BBB. If you’ve been scammed, please do the same so we can put them out of business.

Had to park in a lot controlled by these scam artists for a half hour to help set a gig up. The only way to pay the $6 parking fee is via online, which did not accept my payment. The same happened to 3 other people in the lot, so we left to do our stuff. When we came back, our cars were booted. The employee refused to remove the boots from any of our cars until we paid $55 each, and took my sticker before I was able to write his employee ID # down, so we can't dispute it through their website. We'll be disputing this with our bank instead.

This company is deplorable. These photos were taken from inside my car. As you can see, signs say you’ll be booted but absolutely nothing about how to pay. The meter was not working. When I came back 10 minutes later (from the student health center, because they’re stealing from college students) I had a boot. The attendant said that it doesn’t matter that you can’t see the sign from the car (his exact words: “we had more signs but someone must have taken them down”). $75 can be devastating to many people, especially people in college. I intend to report them to the BBB and the Georgia Consumer Protection agency. Do not use this company and do not park in Premier Parking associated lots.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This company booted my car in my OWN community WITH my parking pass present in my windshield AND verification showing that I pay to park there and live in the community. I had to call APD after because they sent some one over and he left after refusing to take the boot off and was riding by around with multiple people in the car (very unprofessional and made me uncomfortable). I was then told that I had the ability to file a dispute with the supervisor. The supervisor hung up the phone after telling me that my reason wasn’t valid and refused to give me his name — which I later found out was Luke Pope, the “President” of Premier Parking Enforcement — after stating that a police report was being filed. Per their website a dispute would be handled with in 7-10 business days. I have video in the parking garage showing that I pulled my parking pass OUT of my vehicle from the apartment complex and he still refused to dispute. They are unprofessional and very suspicious.

BEWARE of these people. They have a notice "Attendant on Duty" at the kiosk by the entrance. You would see the door locked, thinking he/she is on break, you would park believing you would see the Attendant when you get back to make a payment. By the time you are back, you would have gotten your tires locked and a notice of $75 fine to be paid before you can get the device off your car. When the agent gets to you, he would now show you a payment machine well hidden behind the attendant's kiosk, no sign anywhere telling you there isn't an attendant on site. When I had this experience and was driving out, I saw all other parking lots with big signs right in from of them, telling you there are no attendant on site and you should pay at the payment machine. These bootman inc would take you in by a bold sign, $5 for a day's parking making you believe you got a good parking lot. They are just deceitful and scheming. They would really get out of town visitors. AVOID THEM

If there was a “0” star option, I would select it. Attempted to pay for my parking near centennial park. After going through all the steps to pay with my CC, I received an error message saying failure to connect with server. Called the number listed and they no longer service the lot and do not know who the new owners are. After my 30 minute meeting, I return to find the attendant just finished booting my car. After a great deal of dialogue explaining what happened, I still had to pay $75. The companies phone number is not posted when there are issues and the contact number listed for the company on Google fails to return calls. In addition, the parking attendant proceeded to call me a liar when I explained what happened. I attempted to do the correct thing and pay for my space, but was penalized for being honest when the machine would not work properly at that time. Businesses like this should not be allowed to operate when there is a complete lack of customer service and proper communication.
