If I could give this place no stars I would I brought my car here they gave me a 10k estimate told me they’d talk to my insurance said they could fix the car they kept the car 36 days for the car not to be drivable when I got it back it couldn’t even go in reverse when I got it back they ordered parts that didn’t fit forced them in they connected my hood back using string/wire shaved different parts causing the car being messed up and not drivable mind you when I brought it in it couldn’t even drive and go in reverse car was basically worse condition then when I brought it in then when we ask why this happened all the answer she could give was I told her they might totally it out they just wanted money and it shows

Great work and pricing, came out exactly like I wanted it. Estimated time was exactly quoted. Very friendly staff would definitely come back again

I went into this place to see where their prices were. I want to give them the business being that their in my area. They wanted to charge me $450. Opposite to what I was estimated at $203, that im having it done; as I write this, and having the part put on Wednesday price included. Oh, I know cause I was a women, huh? Yep, I do reviews...

This business is NOT to be trusted. They lack integrity to the fullest extent! I paid a $400 deposit to have them correct the problem that they created, with my initial paint job they did. They called me 10 minutes after leaving the shop to tell me that they were going to refund me my money and would not be able to honor my WARRANTY!! black operated businesses HAVE to do better.

I love this place. Fast service, great work, and nice welcoming owner and workers! You will not be disappointed dropping off your vehicles here for body work. 3rd car done and a 4th one on the way. Greatly appreciated

they were supposed to fix my car a month ago and kept postponing, very unprofessional

The professionalism from Patrick and Wes was above all.Very personable and I was able to avoid my deductible.The turn around time was amazing as well! I Highly recommend doing business here.

They did it again thank you so much Pat and Wes. I came in when they were running a special and they also saved me my deductible too. There were other customers there so I had to wait but it wasn't long and they apologized for the wait. I'd definitely recommend them to others.

They always do a wonderful job and are very fair with their prices. They explain the process. They even stuck to the price they gave me even though it took slightly longer

I can’t say enough good things about these guys over at Peach State Auto Collision. I have had to unfortunately for me use their services several times and I would never take my vehicles anywhere else. Patrick and Wes are extremely knowledgeable and worked with the insurance companies on my behalf. My car has always been repaired timely and they really do an amazing job. They communicate well, with honesty and answer any questions you might have. I have been going to them for years and I recommend them to people I know. It’s difficult to find quality service in a saturated market but I’m grateful for these folks and their team. I hope I never have to see them again but if I do, I know I’m in great hands.

The entire staff was extremely professional!! I am so grateful listened to my friend who referred me, I absolutely trust and respect their opinion and you should absolutely go to them if you have an issue they are wonderful.

I took my Cadillac there for a insurance repair job. The job they did was very subpar and the attitude from the people that I talked to was really at the point of not caring at all. Also one of the guys that work there is very tall so they let my seat completely back and got it stuck. When I talk to the manager he told me that the guy had to drive my car from one point to another let the seat back because he is VERY TALL and it didn't work after that and it's not their fault. This place is totally unprofessional and I would not recommend it at all!!!!!

This report is long overdue. Took my Nissan there and the paint job appeared to look wonderful . After about six month the gloss turned into a dull matte job. Honestly my car was better in original state. Also after about a week I noticed my brand new cables in their cute cover had been stolen. When I called to report of course there was no accountability. No one drives the car but me and no other service had been issued to allow anyone else access. I no longer own that car because of the appearance. But I needed to make others aware that they do not prime and your paint job will only last a few months.

Car was given my car to fix after a collision and even though my insurance company was so difficult. They were always friendly and their customer service was nothing short of amazing. This is a highly recommend company

I visited this shop about a month ago I needed my rear window put on Mercury mountaineer. Called the day b4 to get quote got window from salvage brought it to them and was missing screws so had to return to salvage to get screws I returned they said maybe a few hours so I left vehicle there walked home I stay near by. Got a call in less time than I thought 😊 said it was ready. Paid and picked up vehicle. They gave me same quote as day b4. I must say they are very professional and great customer service and black owned Father and son. I will definitely patronize their business in the future when I need to. I didn't get names but thanks so much for your awesome help 👏🏿👍🏿👌🏿🙏🏿

I went in to get a quote to pay out of pocket. First, I noticed the older guy who was sitting in the chair was rude with an attitude. He sent a guy out to my car to give me a quote. Out of three quotes I initially had, their quote was three time higher, wow! Attitude and prices need checking.

They did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB on my 2007 GMC YUKON DENALI!!!!..The paint job was excellent. They could've done a better job on the body molding placement (ensuring that the lettering and molding were lined up correctly), but unless you have a trained eye, you wouldn't notice it 😉

I was so annoyed I was trying to get my door fixed there and they gave me a quote for it when I returned to that shop they told me to come back in the morning. Well I wasn't pleased because they should have told me that prior to going to get that part. They are knowledgeable about it but I just didn't really get a chance to get it done because of improper timing based on lack of communication.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The paint job that was done on my car was horrible. I felt like they didn't care. The parts of my car that is black is sprinkled in gold pain the worst part is the guy couldn't fix my dumper and I still had to pay for it. Horrible just Horrible.

Go somewhere else sisters and brothers!!!! This is NOT THE PLACE that you want to take your vehicle to get repaired. If you enjoy receiving disrespect, unprofessional attitudes, less than mediocre results, this may be the place for you perhaps. If you want quality work, someone to treat you with respect, give you the results that was discussed and is being paid for by your hard earned money, Please GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. ANY WHERE ELSE IS BETTER THAN THIS PLACE. Patrick is so rude it is literally ridiculous at this point. I would like to see this place shut down.

I mistakenly gave this location a bad rating. These guys are very professional efficient and courteous! Knowledgeable about auto body and paint. I even got tips on the mechanical side of my car. I can honestly say these guys treated me like family during a difficult time! Thanks Peach State

Have taken another vehicle before and was pleased with the work. Not pleased this time with response time for completion of service ( 2 day promise turned into 4 days and I had to call to inquire). Customer service upon pick-up was poor and quality of work was not good. Will not return nor refer friends again.

Great guys friendly service. Owner seems very professional. They are very talented at there craft and make sure to do a job well done. Every time I see my car I can't help but smile.

I need to have a front bumper replaced on a black Hyundai Sonata. The work was fast and satisfactory. The customer service was also on par. They charge about $300 less thank all other shops. However, they don’t offer life time warranty; only a 5 year warranty. If you don’t plan on keeping your car for longer, why pay more. I also had the chance to witness customers come in, wanting all sorts of work for very little money. Then they would get upset if they owner could not work magic for them. Although, the owner is willing to try and help people, this is a business. Be a good customers and you can get good business. You should not expect perfection if you don’t give the same.

It sucks when you want to support black business but the customer service is terrible. I have never been to a place to get a car fixed and it comes back with even more damage. They never called to tell me that my car wouldnt be ready by the date they gave me, had my car for 2 weeks more than they said it should take for a paint job. The overall paint job was not up to par there arr rock chips in the paint and the body work that was done is halfway finished. I will not be recommending this place to anyone.
