I highly recommend this business. I called him last night due to needing an emergency jumpstart. Extremely professional, polite and reliable. He did everything he said and was very knowledgeable. He communication and ETA were both great. He quickly diagnosed the problem, helped jump-start my car, and even checked a few other things to ensure I could drive safely to the nearest repair shop. I am going make sure all my family and friends save his contact information. Highly recommend!!!!

Even though Mapp Roadside, Locksmith & Rim Repair mainly handles vehicles, they were able to pick up my e-scooter, diagnose the issue, and replace the part without any hassle. Their customer service is excellent super communicative, transparent, and they made the entire process stress free. I originally thought I could repair it myself, but I didn’t realize the parts I was ordering weren’t even compatible until they informed me and steered me in the right direction. Honestly, I would’ve wasted more money guessing and ordering the wrong parts than just having trustworthy professionals handle it from the start. They went above and beyond, and I’m definitely saving their contact info for any future repairs. Reliable, helpful, and worth it.

Great customer service! They walked me through the whole process and didn’t take long to finish up. They did an awesome job replacing my flat tire with a new tire. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

I am highly unsatisfied with this company. We have been waiting for 5 hrs it is 6:30 am, Mr. Quez was not communicating thoroughly. We were not compensated or even assisted with proper respect. He was very unprofessional even accused us of not having the proper balance because we asked to check the tire before paying, DO NOT CALL THEM THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE OR PROFESSIONAL.

Maaaan if I could give them 1 million stars I would. Quez and D really came through when I was in need. I’m so thankful because it’s really hard out here In This world and they fixed my tire so fast. They were very professional, kind and uniformed down to the tee. If you ever have an issue with your tires PLEASE hit them up asap!!! 💚💚💚💚💚💚

Janu and Quez came out of their way almost an entire hour just to help me out changing a spare tire due to me not having an impact wrench on me. The entire process took them less than 2 minutes and it was in general just a clean and organized job. These guys are highly personable and I was blessed to have come across this business. To top everything off they were very wry flexible with the price. Anyone in need of absolute immediate service in the metro Atlanta area need to definitely hit these guys up.

good quick mobile tire service with friendly attitude. replaced my tire quick, nice quality. i thought i would need my tire patched, but after realizing that my tire was shredded, they got me the replacement tire, fast.

These guys were great. I seen their reviews. I called them. I had a flat tire in the middle of the night. Wasn’t sure if they were coming back but they actually came through my tire was fine. I would recommend them if you are ever in trouble they got me a tire and my rim repaired

DO NOT EVER CALL THIS COMPANY! Update below. Still 1 star At first, they seemed really nice, and their great reviews made me feel confident in choosing them. Unfortunately, my experience was a disaster. Their customer service is horrible, and the finished product was even worse. I’ve uploaded pictures so you can see for yourself. One of my rim before it left my home and another of how it was returned. The difference is shocking. What’s worse is that they even acknowledged in writing that they were at fault and promised to fix it. However, after that, they began ignoring me for days and never followed through on their promise. This company refuses to take responsibility, and I am now pursuing legal action against them. Save yourself the headache. Go somewhere else! I am willing to edit my review and cancel my lawsuit once you have fixed the rim as you said you would. I agreed to rewrite my review once they fixed my tire. As I told him, I will honor my word and rewrite it, but I will also be honest. Unfortunately, I am still not satisfied with the service I received. The original agreement was that the company would remove my damaged rim, take it for repair, and return to install it. However, the day the rim was scheduled to be returned, my mother had my car while I was out of the country. The car ended up on the side of the road with a flat tire caused by the spare that had been installed by this company. I informed them of the new location of the vehicle, which was not at my home. When they arrived at the new location, I was contacted and told I would need to pay an additional $175 for them to reinstall the rim they had removed to make repairs on a mistake they made because it was at a different location. As I was in Africa at the time and unable to immediately respond as it was late, they decided to drop my rim off outside of my home in front of my garage since I did not send them $175, while I was still out of the country. I live in the city of Atlanta. Packages are stolen every day and they left a custom rim outside for 2 weeks unattended. This beyond angered me as it was irresponsible and risky. Not even a phone call so that I could open the garage and have it placed there Photos of how my rim was returned are included in this review. While the owner may have made some effort to address the situation, the issue remains unresolved and the service has not improved. Attempting to charge me extra simply because the vehicle was now located on the side of the road when they were the ones who removed the tire in the first place and the agreement is to put it back better than the way you found it ad it was a repair, is completely unacceptable. I do not recommend using this company. Despite their efforts to fix things, the quality of service and customer care has continued to fall short.

Bro came through late night in the rain brought a full size brand new tire during a storm tornado warning type business. Bro charge me 175 and kept it all the way great business with me. I recommend to anyone who needs a tire repair. 💯

Came out and did a wheel lock removal for me. Took Danny about 5 minutes to remove all of them. The Kia dealership made me wait 4hrs just to tell me they didn’t even have a key that fit. So grateful for Mapp and will definitely recommend to others

If I could leave 0 stars I would. After a month of being ghosted, I finally got a response from Daniel, and here he is trying to gaslight me. My tire pressure light never went off after the service, and it was at 25 as soon as I pulled off. Daniel knows I’m not the one who damaged my property, and if that were the case, he wouldn’t have told me I was under warranty and that he would fix it. Claiming that I’m harassing him for asking about MY property is pure insanity. This man needs to be held accountable for his actions. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this business. He will blame poor Mr. Tony for his own negligence

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They were super unprofessional with my car, the stole my rim and I didn’t see it for three weeks after constantly calling. Daniel’s communication was so unclear, I called him repeatedly(over 40 times in a week) for an update and once they realized it was me they stopped answering I had to get family members involved. Also I felt a huge wave of prejudice while talking to them, is this really how you treat good paying customers. I will NEVER be back nor recommend, if you’re looking for good service and respectful people this is the last place to go. They were so nasty and so rude. DONT COME HERE!

I had an extremely frustrating experience with this mobile tire repair and locksmith company. They were called out to replace a flat tire, but during the process, they somehow managed to chip my rim. Now, I’m stuck with a damaged rim that I didn’t have before they arrived. The worst part? They are completely avoiding me. I’ve tried calling and reaching out multiple times to get some kind of response or reimbursement, but they’re not answering the phone or responding to my messages. When I first noticed the damage, I politely explained what happened, but their attitude towards me was shocking. They were rude, dismissive, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of taking responsibility, they acted like it wasn’t a big deal and even tried to blame me for the damage. This is completely unacceptable. I wouldn’t trust this company to handle anything, let alone something as important as a tire change. They clearly don’t care about the quality of their work or customer service. Do yourself a favor and avoid them—if you want your tires AND rims to stay intact, go with a company that stands behind their work.

I am very thankful for this company. I had a flat with two young kids around 1230AM and they communicated very well, let us know they were in route, made sure we were okay. We were pretty far out and they drove pretty far to help us. I spoke to a total of 3 people and they were all nice. Tony change our tire and did a great job. Thank you.

I wish I could give these guys 10 stars! I had a blowout and my tire was completely shredded, and it was really late—around 1-2 a.m. These gentlemen kept me informed throughout the entire process and, most importantly, made me feel safe. As a woman, they didn’t ask me to come outside at that late hour or try to scam me in any way and my replacement is good quality. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of roadside assistance. Thanks again, guys—I’m a customer for life!

So I was getting ready to leave work around 9pm and came out to a flat and my truck was sitting on a hill. I hit these people up and without hesitation they were sending someone to help. They came within the hour and customer service was top tier and the tech that assisted me was on point. That man Danny rolled up in the big boy and did what needed to be done. Wasn’t cheap but also not crazy expensive. Got them locked in for sure.

I called @ 4:24 pm ,sent pictures of my tire, I got the wrong tire at 12:21 am! 8 hours Later!!;The tire tech who came and took my tire back to their shop, blamed me with an attitude! And cursed at me! Telling me I had an attitude from the start, that I sent pictures of the wrong tire! If you have my damaged tire at your shop my picture s aren't relevant!! The worse service! The worse customer service!

Danny conveniently answered the phone. His communications were impeccable. He came swiftly and unlocked my vehicle for me and my daughter. He got me in within minutes of him pulling up. I appreciate the service and wouldn’t hope to have to use his service but I definitely would use the company again. Thanks Danny.

Update: Could not work with the company to get the receipt they promised so I could submit to insurance. Now I'm having to go through Venmo support to see if they can resolve. Got me back on the road quickly even though it was late in the evening. No one else in town had my tire in stock.

Whew, my quick advice is to stay away from this company. Incredibly unreliable, they do bad business, and unprofessional. At the completion of this review, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau as well. . . . I reached out to this guy at 7am on May 20. My rim split so I was looking for a repair/replacment. He said the damage was too severe to repair. No problem. He let me know that he was finding a rim. I checked back in and he let me know he found one and gave me a price. We then went on to set up a time. He said that he’d be to us between 4 and 5pm. Closer to this time, I call him and he tells me that his “driver” was giving him the run around regarding picking the rim up from their ware house. . . He said that he would personally come take care of it. No issue. We rescheduled for 9pm the same day. 9:45p rolls around and I ask what is going on. He says “I don’t mean to be unprofessional” and tells me that he’s gonna come the next day. Tuesday gets here, he texts me early afternoon stating that he was just getting started for the day and would make sure that he got to me. Mind you , I had stopped looking for places and service providers as he ensured that he had what I needed. He never showed up, never responded again. Morning. He just ignored any followup messages. Stay away from this unprofessional company.

This place is horrible! "I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from this company. Not only did they fail to properly repair my ring, but they have also been incredibly inconsistent in their communication. Once hired, they consistently dodge phone calls and provide misleading information. Their lack of professionalism and integrity has been truly disappointing. I would not recommend their services to anyone." I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I picked this company to fix my rim because of the convenience where they came to my house to pick the wheel up for repair. This was a huge mistake. The only thing that was convenient was for them to disappear after they damaged my vehicle. The guy that came out put the jack in the wrong place causing my car to slip off the jack damaging the bottom of my Mercedes. He tried to down play it as a small piece fell off underneath, but as you can tell from the picture, a huge chunk was missing. When I called the office to let them know, I was told that I would get a call back but never received one. I emailed them a couple of times but never received an email back. I sent them pictures of the damage as well as screen shots from where the guy damaged my car in my driveway on my ring camera just to show the damage was caused by their guy, but still no response. Like I mentioned before its very easy for them to disappear on you because they come to you and you have no way of getting in contact with them if there are issues. They are quick to return your call when you need their service and looking to pay, but they do not respond after you have paid and there is an issue. I paid $290 to get my wheel fixed, but was left with $1000 worth of damage. They do not stand behind their work. Avoid at all costs!!!

Absolutely the BEST! I had mess my rim up on a Sunday! He pick it up on same day and got it back to me on a Monday! Because I’m not from GA and for me to find him was such a blessing in disguise!! I’m SOOO happy I found him to get it done in a day turn around and put it right back on!

Got my tire changed Sunday and Monday morning this again. He told me I needed new tire because he couldn’t patch by rim but he patched it anyway and charged me $175 just for me to have to get new tire 1 day later pls don’t waste your money like I did and they are not answering for me or returning phone call
