So this was our first time purchasing any vehicle online. I will definitely be doing it again! Scott our salesman made the process easy and seamless. He went out of his way to make sure we got what we wanted and things were done as promised. Notary came to my home for signatures and then the vehicle was shipped directly to us. I've already asked that Scott keep an eye out for another vehicle we'd like at the end of this year..... buying cars this way can become dangerously good. I recently purchased my first Range Rover from the Buckhead location. Marc and Garrett made my experience absolutely amazing. From submitting my application, coming in for a test drive, finance, and picking my vehicle up, Marc and Garrett are the most professional, friendly, and welcoming Car Salesman and Finance manager that I have ever encountered at any dealership I’ve visited, including Land Rover Gwinnett and LandRover North in Alpharetta. I previously had a very frustrating experience with my purchase, but I truly believe it’s important to update a review when a company steps up and makes things right. He was responsive, transparent, and genuinely committed to fixing the issues I had experienced. I believe the entire experience was exceptional. Marc was patient with me throughout our conversation getting a car. He was very friendly, helpful and professional. My only complaint I had at LJR was the signing with Damion who I signed the contract with. He got to personal with me with my decision on my lease payments. He was insisting that I pay more for tire protection. After, I told him I am not interested he kept pushing back. After I kept saying no, I felt like he gave me the cold shoulder. But overall, everyone at JLR has been friendly and it’s good to be back at JLR.

Don't walk, but run away from this dealership if you value your vehicle and your well being. I took my vehicle in for a very simple recall item and they decided to do a 112 point inspection against my wishes and left parts unhinged. I started noticing weird sounds coming from under my vehicle after getting it back and decided to look under it to try and see the problem. As far as I'm concerned, it looks like gross negligence or worse. Shame on this dealership for putting me and others on the road at risk! Did I mention the disappearing of my undercarriage body panels that were removed from my vehicle. I guess they didn't realize that I would notice. Well I noticed everything! Thieves as well! I'll never go back there for anything as I absolutely cannot trust this dealership!

The experience was pretty good. My sales rep, wonderful! But the financial rep was very pushy when I refused to purchase additional add ons, such as warranties etc that would have increase my monthly bill over $60 per month. He did not offer to transfer my current license plate, hence costing me additional money unnecessarily. He was very combative and a bit rude. Nothing was explained to me as this was my first time completing this type of process. I didn’t get info about my lending bank, had to go find it for myself, didn’t receive info on how to make monthly payments, was told it would come in the mail. I haven’t received it yet. The pay off for my trade in, still has not been completed. I traded it in on the 3rd it’s now the 14th no payment has been made. This was not an easy process at all. I was advised NOT to tell my previous lender that I traded in the car 🤨. Red flag. 🚩 Why? I just wish there was more transparency and a more thorough process. Reason for 3 stars.

I’ve had a consistently positive experience at Buckhead LandRover. My salesperson Rodney is fantastic and didn’t subject me to the “hard sell” and wasn’t pushy while I went through the process of selecting a car. He’s knowledgeable, well balanced, and I will continue to buy cars from him. I’ve had my car for 2 years Andy experience with my service manager Cole, has been equally positive. Also knowledgeable, friendly, and straightforward when I have questions about the car. I highly recommend the dealership.

I had the absolute BEST experience at Land Rover Buckhead, and I cannot say enough great things about their service team. I brought my vehicle in on Friday, December 12th for a scheduled oil change and a recall. From the moment I pulled into the service drive, I was greeted by a very kind gentleman who immediately made me feel welcome and personally walked me over to my service advisor, Kevin Ingold. Kevin was warm, professional, and incredibly accommodating. After checking my vehicle into the system, he invited me to enjoy refreshments and showed me the waiting area where I could comfortably plug in my laptop and continue working. That level of thoughtfulness truly stood out. There was a small hiccup during that visit the parts department unfortunately closed early while my vehicle was still in line for service, which prevented the work from being completed that day. While this was disappointing, things happen. What truly matters is how a situation is handled and Land Rover Buckhead handled it exceptionally well. That’s when I had the pleasure of meeting Syed Faem, the Service Director, who is genuinely one of the kindest and most professional individuals I’ve ever encountered in this field or any customer-focused industry. Syed was polite, compassionate, and fully engaged in resolving the situation. It’s rare to see someone in a leadership position take such a hands-on, customer-first approach, but Syed did exactly that. There’s a saying about having “the right people in the right seats,” and it is abundantly clear why Syed Faem is the Service Director and why Land Rover Buckhead has such an excellent service department. I returned on Wednesday, December 17th to complete the oil change and recall. The oil change went smoothly; however, my vehicle was impacted by the recall and needed to be kept longer, requiring a loaner. Under normal circumstances, this wouldn’t have been an issue but it was the week before Christmas, and I was planning to drive to Michigan for the holidays. Although loaner vehicles are typically not permitted for out-of-state travel, Syed completely understood my situation and was prepared to approve my travel if my vehicle could not be repaired in time. His primary concern was my safety, and he was genuinely glad I brought my vehicle in before such a long trip. Fortunately, they were able to repair my vehicle just in time for my travels. Even with the minor hiccups, my experience at Land Rover Buckhead was outstanding. I actually live closer to Land Rover Southside and had previously transitioned there, but due to poor customer service, I returned to Land Rover Buckhead and I will never go back. The difference in customer care is night and day. If you’re deciding between locations and wondering whether the longer drive even with traffic is worth it, the answer is absolutely yes. The exceptional level of professionalism, kindness, and customer service at Land Rover Buckhead more than makes up for the extra distance. THANK YOU!!! Just purchased my second Range Rover from this dealership, and not only was my experience wonderful, I have to give a shout out to my salesman, Lord. Working with Lord made my experience so easy. His communication efforts with me prior to my arrival had the vehicle I ended up purchasing waiting for my before I got there, so I didn’t have to go walk all over the place like most car buying experiences. He didn’t try and oversell me, understood my buying requirements, and crafted my experience to perfection. I highly recommend working with Lord if you’re in the market for a new Range Rover, but also working with Land Rover Buckhead in general. Shout out to the finance department too- that whole process has gotten SO much better in the last few years. They had me in and out of there in 15-20 minutes! Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover Buckhead is a great place to check out and the personnel are very nice and willing to listen and work with you. My sales executive, Lord El-Salaam was excellent. He took great care of us during the entire day and process. He made sure we got our questions answered, made sure we were comfortable with the vehicle and was patient all day. He made sure we sat in our original choice of vehicle to be certain it had the space and necessities we were looking for as an active family of 4. After looking at a few vehicles we found our original choice wasn’t the best option with what we needed for our family, but did find the right vehicle that suited our needs and expectations. Lord is an excellent sales exec to work with as he will make sure you get what you are paying for and takes the extra steps to be sure you are happy with your choice, even after the sale is complete. We thank Lord for all his efforts in helping us as I know we were not an easy customer. Go check out Hennessy Jaguar Land Rover and ask for Lord. You won’t be disappointed.

⭐️⭐️⭐️☆☆ — Extremely Disappointed With My Purchase Experience I recently purchased my dream car, a 2023 Range Rover Sport, from Land Rover Buckhead—an $80,000+ vehicle that I paid cash for with a $75,000 check. Unfortunately, the experience after the sale has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the beginning, I had to return to the dealership multiple times because the paperwork was incomplete and missing signatures—something I never expected from a luxury brand dealership. Fast forward to this week: I got my first flat tire and discovered that the vehicle was sold to me with NO spare tire and NO equipment to change a tire. I was shocked. No one ever disclosed this to me at the time of purchase, and as a customer, I would have never known to check for something so standard in a vehicle of this caliber. I contacted the dealership and was transferred to the warranty department, who initially told me it was covered. Instead, I was told the car would need to be towed to the nearest dealership, I would have to pay for my own transportation back, and ultimately was told I needed to pay $500 out-of-pocket for a tire. I waited at the dealership from 9:30 AM to 5 PM, only to be told that all managers were in meetings all day and none were available to address my concerns. At the end of the day, I ended up purchasing the tire myself, having it mounted elsewhere for a more reasonable price, and my husband changed the tire right in the dealership parking lot. For a luxury purchase of this level, I expected transparency, professionalism, and customer care. Instead, I’ve had inconvenience, additional expenses, and no resolution or accountability from management. I am requesting that someone from Land Rover Buckhead contact me directly to address why this vehicle was sold without a spare tire or tire-changing equipment, and why I received such inconsistent and unhelpful support during an already stressful situation. My experience at Land Rover was a 10 out of 10 — truly exceptional. Lord Elsalaam was amazing from start to finish. He was extremely knowledgeable about all the vehicles and answered every question I had before my purchase. Lord was attentive, accommodating, and made sure my family and I were comfortable throughout the entire process. When he realized my family was a bit picky, he even offered snacks from his own lunchbox — such a thoughtful gesture that really stood out. He also took the time to show me how to use the infotainment system, making me feel confident and comfortable with my new vehicle. It took me a while to decide how to put this into words or even if it was worth writing, because I normally don’t write reviews. However, I felt it was important to share my experience. I brought my Range Rover in for service because my tire was low and a couple of lights were on. I paid a diagnostic fee for them to check everything. When I picked up my car, they told me nothing was wrong. What made it worse is that they charged my card for the diagnostic fee *and* also charged my mother’s card for the same amount. I had to wait 5–10 business days for the duplicate charge to drop off. A few days later, my tire pressure dropped again. I figured maybe it was just a slow leak since the dealership said everything was fine. But after it continued to go down, I took it to Discount Tire—where they immediately found a nail in the tire and was almost certain that Range Rover missed this. Overall, I’m very disappointed. I expected a higher level of care and attention to detail, especially from a brand like Range Rover. Paying for a diagnostic that missed something as simple as a nail in the tire is frustrating and makes me hesitant to return for future service.

I'm Back! It's Story Time: 9/26- I came into Range Rover Buckhead to give this car buying experience yet another try at this exact location. Hoping my third experience would be just as great as my first experience when the sales team and finance team actual cared about their customers back in 2020. My second experience (you can review my post under Robin Wingz) was extremely disappointing. Now here we are the third time around where it's supposed to be a charm it was pure "Hell"! Due to my second experience I wanted to cut straight to the point and walk in with secured financing "in hand". My credit union sent me an express draft for 50k. I knew how much I wanted to spend and already had my budget in mind. However when I walked in I was greeted by Mark W. who totally disregarded my questions and simply paired me with a sales rep. I was introduced to Amoudue. My sales person- now I'm not sure if he just needed to hit his end of the month goal but as a sales person he couldn't have paid any attention to what type of customer that was in front of him. I had explained to him this isn't my first rodeo with Range Rover this is actually my third purchase. Even though I continue to have horrible experiences "I like what I like and that's the Range Rover Velar". Moving forward I test drove my vehicle and talked to my sales person about my previous experience with finance and why I came in with funding in hand to avoid the multiple inquires and shuffling me around. I also advised him how important it is for me to walk out with a warranty on the vehicle as I had coolant and engine issues with my previous 2018 Velar. I guess all of that went over his head, as again he was more focused on the sale than actually listening to my concerns and expectations to make this a smooth buying experience. I even came to Range Rover in a velar that I purchased from CarMax a few days earlier. Loved the vehicle not the APR knowing I have almost perfect credit. Which is what lead me back to Land Rover Buckhead in the first place. Again all of this went over my sales person head. Now don't get me wrong he did persuade me into thinking the 2023 MHEV Velar was better than the 2021 4 Cylinder R-Dynamic that I had already purchased and was testing out from CarMax because of course they have a 10 day Money Back Guarantee "The Way Car Shopping Should Be"! Let's fast forward: After doing some comparisons I decided I would proceed with purchasing the 2023 Velar that my sales rep recommended. Now the man reason I was sold on the vehicle was because he advised it was a Certified Pre-Owned Vehicle, he also advised I had an additional year warranty with unlimited miles. I was sold as I am a General Contractor and I do multiple site inspections throughout the week. I was excited. Then boom I make it into financing. Now I can not be upset with Jonathan because if no one else was straight to the point and transparent. He was I give him kudos for keeping it 100% in the door. However before getting through the door I was sold on a 5 year warranty included in the purchase along with being under the impression my express draft would be the same as cash! Now the roller coaster begins. Now after asking 10 times and sitting in the dealership for 4 hours no one thought to advise me I needed to get a check from my bank. My banker even went on to explain only smaller dealers ask for checks in hand. It is the dealerships job to submit the proper documentation for funding on the vehicle I selected. So if you are reading this please take notes of my experience. You need the check not the doc! 9/29- I arrive at Land Rover check in hand to pick up my vehicle. They wrapped my car with a bow and with a low battery notification on. Why would my sales person set me up for failure like this? At this point I do not even want the car. Complete waste of time. After throwing a fit the managers did arrange to replace the battery in the morning and send me off in a loaner to secure the sale. Beautiful car! Horrible Experience AGAIN.
