I’ve been coming to Fierros Auto Repair for three years now and he’s always been a great gentleman to work with when getting your car fixed. He’s understanding and he listens well to your needs, I may have gotten on his nerves but he most definitely does his job to the max. He helped me with my grandfather car and now I bring my car. He’s a big help and I refer all my family && friends.
Left it the day before so they had all day to run a diagnostic was told 3 times throughout the day that they would check it. When I got their the folowing day to check the progress, they did nothing. So I wasted lyft there and back fro no reason with no progress.
If I could give a zero I would. I truly believe them touching my car made it worse. They only somewhat fixed it when the insurance paid and I was still back a month later. From December of 2022 to August of 2023. My car was in and out for months. Hundreds of dollars down the drain. I am in the process of disputing my transactions. Car got fixed up somewhat better from a guy at auto one. DO NOT COME HERE. It’s a scam. Look at the reviews. They just keep making you come back and never fix your problem and I’m pretty sure I paid for change my catalyst converter bc 3 different dealers said it was the original. They are thieves.
Got there and got my emissions done, she did it real fast too. Beautiful open barn type place. If I was marrying a mechanic, I’d love to have the wedding there.
The girl was rude. My car failed and U asked her what to do and she didn't know. She also didn't tell me to back out or drive forward in her garage. Choose another place!!
Owner doesn’t care to resolve mechanical . It’s Disgusting, makes mechanics look bad .. please take your money somewhere that’s it appreciated . I should of paid attention the one star ratings myself
If I could put less than a star , I would this guy sells lemons … also the transmission he so called replace was from a scrap yard please by all means do not go to them …. Just a mechanic looking to get over not too concerned about if the job is done correct
Nice, but not the best; took my car to them repeatedly per my car warranty. Took my car with the heat shield it was returned with no heat shield now I'm paying for a new shield. I took the car in b/c it was overheating; they said they fixed it and filled it with coolant. How about there was a leak the coolant was running out right after you out it in but they called and told me the car was fixed and ready for p/u. It was a a waste of time and money. I'm now taking my car to the chevy dealership paying 3k for what they were suppose to previously repair.
Me and my wife bought a truck from this place as well as had our kia soul repaired. We have no complaints and appreciate the honesty when fixing my car, he had initially thought that it was a repair with the cost price of $550 but when he took it apart he realized it was a small part and the job ended up being half of the cost. He all so called the kia dealership for us to make sure it wasn't a recall so I didn't have to pay. It wasn't but again I appreciate him going out of the way. Will definitely use & recommend this place in the future.
