Waited on AAA for two hours and decided to call Westside Atlanta Towing and they were able to meet me in the middle of ATL within 30 mins and tow me south of ATL.

Got stranded in the middle of the Benz & Marta while heading to the airport and called and they were able to get there within 10-15min! I literally called and were the first to respond and come! So friendly and helpful! 10/10

I thought I needed a tow so called this business. The guy that picked up (so sorry I didn’t get your name) was communicative and they seemed to have a great price. I called back because I wanted to explain something I wasn’t sure if would impact their ability to tow the car and he actually helped me figure out the issue and I didn’t even need the tow. He certainly could have not bothered and just took the money and towed the car, but he didn’t. I will definitely be using them when I actually do need a tow.

Quick response, very communicative and overall fantastic customer service. They contacted me all along the way so I knew where my car was and what the status was. Would use again anytime! Very impressed.

My son moved to Atlanta for college in august and his car broke down two days later. This guy was able to set up a time to get the key and tow it to the closest shop. The next day I was told that it needed to go to a dealership and he handled everything hassle free. I would definitely recommend Westside Atlanta Towing.

Fast and easy service. The dispatcher came on time and accommodated me on pricing. My car was on 4 flats and I needed the dispatcher to park the car in a spot, he took his time and did just that!!! Which he didnt have to do. Thank you!!

I called this towing company needing a tow, but instead he ask me what was wrong with my car and to send pics, I did just that and he gave me a recommendation for a mobile mechanic instead! Both the towing and the mechanic was REALLY affordable!! Now instead of me paying for a towing AND paying a shop, the mechanic is literally coming to me the next day early in the AM. I know nothing about cars and I felt he put me in the right hands that I can trust! He really took a chip of my shoulder!! I really appreciate this company!!

Helped me when I broke down at the McDonald’s. Customer service was great. Fast and friendly. They gave me a great price when others were giving me astronomical quotes and responded in under an hr. Never had such quick service. Would definitely recommend!

I called for a jump-start and was told they would check with drivers and call me back if no one was available. I left a voicemail, but they never followed up or returned my call. I had to call another company. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and follow-through.

Hands down THE BEST towing service in Atlanta!! Terry went above and beyond to help me out when no other towing service was able to. I was stranded for over 6 hours trying to find a tow service willing to help get my car out of a parking garage and Terry was very understanding of my concern and came to the rescue. I will only be contacting Westside Atlanta Towing from here on out. Both AAA and my auto insurance roadside assistance could not help me and only made me wait hours with false hopes.

I cant begin to tell you how grateful i am for these guys! They gave me an ETA and showed up right on time. Quoted me for the service and didnt change the price when they got here. Life savers.

I can’t thank this tow truck service enough! I was having a hard time finding anyone to help today and EVERY company I called was quoting me outrageous prices and wait times of 1.5 to 2 hours. and i was only 0.8 miles from home… Then I found this company, and they were a lifesaver! They showed up in just 30 minutes which was very quick and charged me a very fair price for a short 0.8-mile tow. They were honest, professional, and trustworthy, which really stood out during this stressful situation. I took a leap of faith with trusting them with my vehicle, and it was absolutely the right decision. They truly saved the day, and I’m incredibly grateful. Highly recommend!!!!! THANKS AGAIN FOREAL!

This business provided excellent service for my daughter when her car needed to be towed. The other businesses that she contacted were more expensive and could not tow her care in a timely manner. I would use this service again because of their professional attitude toward meeting the needs of their customers.

Terry was nice with quick service. He was cheaper than my insurances roadside assistance and provided faster service. He was able to hitch my car up in a few minutes and made a pleasant experience out of getting my car towed. I would highly recommend for quality and reliable service

Overall, using this service saved me a headache & some cash. I'd recommend to others. Basically my car broke down on the way to work in downtown Atlanta, I left it at a restaurant parking lot somewhere in Hapeville & I still headed to work, leaving the car as is. I called the service around 4pm and they agreed they'll come to my job at some time to pick up the keys & access the car. Instead the tow came around the same time I got off work in the evening around 8pm & we went to go pick up my car (saved me cash on getting an Uber all over the place, I was stressed about how'd I get around). We got to my car and the tower checked & jumped my car just to be sure I indeed needed the tow, which I could appreciate for going above & beyond to save me some more time & money. Then since the car would not start properly we took the car over to my apartment. I'm so pleased with all the care I received, especially at such a late cold night. Costs was between $175 -200. Also they do take all sorts of payments including Cashapp & Zelle, I'm unsure if they do print invoices or POs, so you can make a claim with insurance, but for me it all worked out as needed

AMAZING service! I can’t say enough about the service. I waited for Allstate for 3 hrs and no one showed up! Called Westside Atlanta Towing and they came in 14 minutes took me back to my area safely!

Highly recommend. He showed up sooo fast, and was really friendly to drive with. He towed my car all the way to the car shop, and was up front and honest about pricing. He did all of this in the pouring rain on a Wednesday morning. His professionalism and friendliness was the bright spot in a really tough morning.

When others didn't come through they did. I called mid town towing they didn't show up for 2.5 hours and eventually stopped answering my calls. Called these guys and they came in 20 minutes.

They were very professional, prompt, and easy to work with! They were able to pick up my car in less than 30 minutes during rush hour traffic and for a reasonable price. I highly recommend!!
