I can’t say enough good things about Simmons Towing and Associates! I was in a tough spot—my big truck broke down in the middle of the night, and to make matters worse, it was pouring rain. I was feeling stuck and stressed, but Simmons Towing came through like absolute pros. They showed up within a decent time, despite the late hour and bad weather, and handled everything with care and professionalism. I was stranded for four hours on the side of I-85. I called this company and Julius was there in five minutes. He was very quick and professional. He even made sure the tire shop I was going to had the tire I needed. Great Great Service!!!

On January 10, 2024, was given a quote by Mr. Simmons for the amount of $1300.00 for a tow from Atlanta to Ridge Spring, SC. Within an hour Mr Simmons son called and claimed that it was 14 more miles then was originally quoted miles. He wanted to charge an extra $200.00 for the 14 miles. Insane! Needless to say we didn't use them, and found someone with a better reputation.Manns Heavy Duty Towing went above and beyond, and had the best prices.
Family owned and operated. Had them tow in a road tractor. She let me know when they were close so I could meet her at the delivery location, dropped it Right where I told her and was gone in 15 mins with No issues. Friendly, motivated, and dependable. I would recommend 100% (I even called her daddy and told him how Awesome she was!)

I will recommend EVERY TIME. Very professional. Came to sight in 10 minutes. Julius was such a patient person and an absolute gem. He drove around A-Tow's lot for an hour to find my car because the paperwork didn't list it in the right place. I wanted to hug him and cry!
I've dealt with plenty of tow services throughout the years, but Simmons has by far been the best experience I've had. We needed a recovery tow and our insurance kept sending the wrong type of tow vehicle - wasting 2 days while a rental suburban was nose down off our driveway -super frustrating situation…then Robert Simmons and his daughter, Egypt came and saved the day!
