Dominique was fast, gave me reasonable prices, and took care of my baby! He is professional and runs 24 hours. I was extremely relieved to be able to get my car off the side of the highway and then he towed me to the dealership service center once they opened. I am extremely satisfied with his service and already telling my family and friends.
Needed help with my vehicle (flat on I-75). AAA could not find anyone. Dominique at Reliable came when I called. While he could not fix my problem, he tried for 40 minutes. He then called an Uber to get my wife to a nearby hotel and stayed till the Uber came. He checked back with me while I waited for a tow from another company. Good young man whom I would call again.
Bianca and Dominique, and the dispatch lady (sorry I didn't get your name!!) are ANGELS. Got stuck on the side of I-75 and Bianca and Dispatch were so kind and patient with us throughout the whole ordeal. Dominique is an absolute CHAMP with his truck. Every person I spoke to was kind and friendly. Thank you guys for making a stressful day a little bit easier, you guys are the best! Super affordable with pricing as well!!
If I could give a negative star I would a these ppl are highly unprofessional I was told several times they were 25 min away a total of 6hrs later I get a message saying they have arrived after I get a call they have cancelled my tow due to their negligence I was forced to push my car by myself to the nearest exit on only the rim I was in a very unsafe position and I reached out to this company for help so RELIABLE THEY ARE NOT THEY WILL LEAVE YOU FOR DEAD AND CHARGE YOU FOR YOUR BURIAL DO NOT CALL IF EMERGENCY
I’ve had excellent service both times Dom has helped me out with my truck. Quotes and pricing are fair and unmatched. I will call this company time and time again and I know my truck will be taken care of. Honest, quick and satisfied with Reliable Roadside Assistance.
So after hitting a huge rock right in the middle of Jackson Rd., I was able to make it into my neighborhood but not quite to my house. I searched for many roadside places and couldn’t get a hold of anyone/nobody bothered to answer.
I called Realside and Dominique was quick to arrive and replace my tire with the spare! Super cool and professional guy that even took the time to chit-chat with me as he did the job. This is the go-to guy when it comes to roadside assistance. Will refer from here on out!

I was stuck at a gas station with a flat tire and (broken jack). AAA failed me after awaiting a response for over an hour but Reliable Roadside Assistance responded to my call and was on the scene in under 25 minutes! Very professional, excellent communication and transparency. I highly recommend that you use their services.
Our vehicle broke down more than 65 miles from home. It took three hours to find a tow service. Reliable Roadside came to our rescue. Dominique communicated with us, arrived on time and was very professional. If I could give him more stars, I would! We are so grateful.

I got a flat tire and dead battery, so I was sitting in my car for 7 hours and couldn’t get help until I called him. He was there in 30 minutes.
Not only he jump started my car and put the spear tire, he also helped me the next day get new tires and oil change.
I highly recommend him.
It took a couple hours to be able to arrive but once he did he worked hard to get the car running. Seemed like a super nice guy. Hopefully more auto insurance companies will be able to use him as an emergency road side service provider.
