I went to Firestone because they were a Carvana service center. Kirby Tate took over all the back and forth between Carvana and Firestone for new tires and a battery. He was courteous and did a great job of getting us what we needed.

Do NOT take your car here. I had a $50 gift card that is still active and the manager refused to accept it and was rude about it when I called to discuss it. Never going to back to them.

I've been going to this Firestone location for years. It's always hard to find a service place you can trust nowadays especially when you move to a new city, but this location has made it a great experience. The entire team is great, especially Byron, Justin, Mike and Kirby! If you ever need maintenance or your car fixed, this is your go-to place. Thank you for always taking care of me!

Very professional staff with wonderful customer service. They worked quick and efficiently allowing me to return to the rest of my agenda in record time. Thank you for being considerate of the needs of your customers.

Staff was super friendly and understanding. They let me keep my car there for about two weeks while I waited for parts I ordered to come in. Once they arrived that got me in same day and finished my car in about an hour. 10/10 would recommend!

I had to go over to North Druid hills 3 times to get my alignment done … mind you I came from spalding where I went 2 times … none of you wanted to drive the car to check that the car was pulling to the left… when I asked you , you always said yes we drove it. When in fact you didn’t …. You were quick to take my money but you did not complete the job in a timely manner … you refused to double check and drive before and after the alignment to make sure the car was straight… it took me being persistent … and thanks 🙏🏾 to Bryant at the North Druid Hills location who took his time to drive the car and immediately noticed what was going on … he got it right and made sure afterwards … the previous advisors and mechanics made me waste my time coming to you 5 times … unacceptable for an alignment … not happy at all when you are being looked at and blatantly taken for granted and made you feel stupid… terrible experience.

Stopped in for a pressure check and got Kris. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or what but the guy was RUDE. Said but 1 word. He literally checked the tire and walked off. Most of the employees have always been helpful but Kris needs a hug.

The staff most notably Kirby was extremely helpful and professional in helping me navigate my options with a flat tire and the need to rapidly get my car back on the road given their special order status. I received timely communications and an estimate/final bill with no surprises.

I’ve been a Firestone customer and CFNA card holder for about 4 years, and after my experience at this location today, I will probably never use Firestone again. My issue wasn’t with the associates — they were respectful — but with the manager, TONY, whose discriminatory behavior and dishonesty truly shocked me. I’ve never experienced firsthand discrimination until today. Yesterday December 5th I sat in the store for almost 2 hours just to order tires, with a honest gentleman Justin. My cousin came next day to grab tires being I’m pregnant and Tony tells me I had to pay cash and that my Firestone CFNA card couldn’t be used because I wasn’t getting the tires installed there. I’ve never had a problem using my card before, and nothing about what he said made sense. The multiple lies, the way he handled the situation, and the overall treatment felt discriminatory and completely unacceptable. I’m six months pregnant, and the unnecessary stress he caused was overwhelming. I will be filing a complaint with Firestone’s corporate office and truly hope they look into this situation. No customer deserves to be treated this way.

I've been coming to this Firestone for over 10 years. My family and friends are also customers. Excellent service, great communication, and detailed/through explanations of what is wrong, why/how to fix it, and your options. Mike has been an amazing manager, saved me thousands of dollars. They can be busy, so there may be some wait, but that just reinforces that people trust their work and honesty.

My local Firestone at North Druid Hills location is FABULOUS! The staff have always accommodated me with anything that I’ve needed for my car! They’re prompt, and always let me know what’s going on.

While I was there too get my tire replaced, William was able to help me out with a new headlight as well since I had just went out. I appreciate the great customer service.

Once again, I was most impressed with Kirby, my Car Care Associate. He provided excellent customer service, as he was cordial, helpful with his recommendations of better car maintenance, and made me feel like a valued customer. Kirby is definitely an awesome team player who knows how to connect with me, the customer, and makes my experience a positive one. Many kudos to him!!

We were visiting the aquarium from florida and ended up needing 4 tires. They were the only shop in all of Atlanta that had the size we needed and able to squeeze us in an hour before close and change them quickly before we headed back on the road.

Terrible experience at Firestone please avoid this particular location. The customer service was extremely unprofessional, and two of the staff members in particular were dishonest and repeatedly tried to avoid providing service, passing it on to each other for 2 days in a row. It was a complete waste of time and extremely frustrating. Not to mention time off work. If I could give them negative 10 stars, I would. Please try every other place first before this auto shop!

This place is a special waste of time. 1 hour and 30 minutes after arrival for a simple flat tire. We had to pressure for answers and with a bad attitude we were told that the tire needed to be replaced. Given a $400 price and a next day arrival, we approved. 30 minutes later we are told that we need to make a payment for $770 we asked how this went up from $400? They said again with poor attitude that the tire was actually more and with taxes. We decided to go somewhere else so we requested the car as I got these same tires for around the same price given at first. It’s been 30 minutes more waiting for our keys and nothing. No answers, no keys, no customer service. How can we get out of here after wasting so long? We are trapped after hours and they are not returning our vehicle. Oh! Now we are told that they were checking the wrong tire and everything can be fixable as the right tire was fine to be just plugged.

Took nearly 26 hours to complete a tire rotation, oil change, alignment, and a simple tire patch. Dropped my car off at 12:30pm on a Friday for a 2pm appointment. I was never contacted on Friday to come get my vehicle (I live close by so didn’t really care). Come to pick it up Saturday morning and all 4 tires are still off as they were waiting on me to give them the go ahead for whatever BS work they were trying to sell. Once I stated I didn’t need those services, I figured it would be pretty fast to throw on 4 tires torque them and then drop my truck and have me on my way. I would be incorrect. Nearly 30-45 minutes pass and not one tire has been put back on my car. Nearly 26 hours after dropping my car off for routine services I was given the keys and paid for this awful service. Reading through reviews I see that this type of thing is very common at this location and I will not be returning and instructing others I know in the area not to take their vehicles to this location as well. 0 stars should be available.

It’s never fun getting bad news about your car, so I was extremely grateful to have Justin at the front desk! I really don’t think it’s possible to be in a bad mood around him and I could tell that he was acting in my best interest. Thank you, Justin + The Firestone Team!

I honestly wasn’t expecting much when I pulled in with my tire light on, as this place was packed with cars. However, a mechanic checked my tire pressure incredibly quickly and guided me so professionally with details. Your courteous service made my day, thank you sir!

Made an appointment three days in advance. Arrived on time. Only needed an advertised free brake check prior to planned trip. Was told there would be a three hour wait, with an appointment! I've traded at Firestone in my former residence in Asheville NC for 40 years. Never had to wait more than an hour for anything. Not a good first impression.

Brought my car in for an alignment and couldn’t be happier with the service. Shay was professional, straightforward, and explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. My car drives smooth and straight now, and they got it done quickly at a fair price. Definitely the kind of shop you can trust for alignments and general work. I’ll be coming back here whenever I need service.

Kirby was great! He helped me get an oil change with a coupon at a great price and I was in and out in under an hour. The waiting room was not plush but they did have WiFi and coffee and cold water. I got a detailed report emailed to me with recommendations.

Replaced an alternator but they didn’t tell me that the wrong alternator was delivered. They could have called and told me to pick it up at the end of the day but they made me waiting in the office for another 4 hours instead. I screwed up a day of work because of this. Really bad communication. Follow-up on June 14, 2025: After less than a year of replacing alternator and the battery, both of them died and need another replacement. I believe they did not give me new compartments. At least it shouldn’t look this old for a 1-year-old battery. What a scam. Please don’t come if you want to save your time and money.

I called in and asked about arriving a day earlier from my scheduled appointment as a walk-in customer. The gentleman said they could fit me in, and I arrived 10 minutes later. Everyone was pleasant, and the service was exceptional. Compared to the competitor store closer to my home on Cheshire Bridge road where they all were clueless about price and scheduling, and their cost was higher. I would sacrifice convenience over dependability and price most every time.

I decided it was time to bring my 2016 Honda Civic in for tires. I spoke to Benjamin and agreed to wait while their technician would replace all 4 tires. Included as always, is the courtesy check, which I decline any listed repairs which were rear brakes and a dirty air filter. I would take care of those items at a later date on my own as I work on my car at home. I waited a little over an hour, and my car was ready. I paid my invoice and proceeded outside to do a walk around to check my new tires out. I realized one of the valve stem caps was left off. So I walked inside and asked for one. I drive off a little disappointed. A mile and a half later, my tire light shows on the dash display. Im thinking-Okay, so I call the store back as I'm turning around and speaking to the service advisor sharing with him that his technician probably did not pay attention to the door jam that states 32 psi as the inflated pressure. I pulled up as the Benjamin walked out to my car and indeed did verify that was the issue issue with the TPMS light being on. I set my vehicle to calibration mode to reset the light and drove home. Tonight as I was driving home, I noticed that as I would accelerate, I was hearing an unusual sound from my engine compartment. I arrived home and opened my hood to give a visual inspection. So irritated and extremely disappointed and angry. I discovered the source of this sound and decided to share that here. My air filter box was left unlatched. I have been driving for 4 days with my throttle body and engine sucking in DIRTY air and that was what the noise was. The service technician who worked on my vehicle FAILED again. I am very skeptical when I DO have to have someone look at my car just for this example. I called the store but the manager will be in the morning. Please stay away from this place.
