called multiple tow companies and nobody answered except Rico. extremely reliable and friendly service, i will definitely continue to bring my business here if needed!
Having to use a towing company is not something that you want to do but if you do this would be the group to use. Needed a tow. after a long night shift and received great service.
Well, Rico's has saved my tushy. They took my order in a pinch and Khalid drove an hour just to get to me and tow me 4.5 mi, when AAA straight up said no. I would have been stuck since other companies were over-inflated with pricing. I was given a HUGE deal and am eternally grateful. Khalid is polite as ever and completely professional.
Being a gal by herself newly in this city, it was scary needing a tow, and these gents removed all my anxiety.
I will be sending everyone I know to them.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!
Having a flat tire can be overwhelming, but Mike made the experience so much easier. He answered immediately, spoke with kindness, and showed real concern. He didn’t just fix the problem quickly — he made me feel supported and cared for. That level of compassion makes all the difference. I’m incredibly grateful.
Shout out to RICO's for coming in clutch.
Mike showed up exactly when he said he would and got us out of a bind.He was communicative, professional and responsive. If you need your vehicle towed or any other truck needs, don't hesitate to give them a call.
2am and showed up within 30 mins. Went above and beyond to protect the vehicle and go out of there way with other problems that came up. It's nice to have a tow company that I can depend to say and do what they promised. Thank you Rico's Wrecker Service

Being stuck on the side of the road is stressful, but this company made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. Pricing was fair, communication was clear, and they went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this towing company and would definitely use them again if needed!!
Absolute best vehicle towing service. From start to finish, the experience was streamlined and highly professional. The technician was knowledgeable, efficient, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. The pickup was prompt, the vehicle was handled with care, and everything ran smoothly with zero hassle. Strongly recommend this company for reliable, top-tier towing service.
Was willing to work with me for my situation. Even suggested alternatives that benefited me but not in their favor. This human approach was refreshing. I highly recommend this service.
The service was professional and friendly! I was stuck in Tucker and they towed my car back to my residence in Lawrenceville. The price was reasonable and I would highly recommend!
