Do not use if you value your belongings, I hired him to tow my toolboxes from one dealership to the next completely dropped one of my toolboxes, while taking a turn too fast totaling the toolbox, stated that he had insurance to cover the damages, however, was given a fake insurance document when filing a claim through his insurance was told that he did not have coverage to replace the damage items have reached out to him several times said he would pay to replace the toolbox and settle out of court. Told me to call him and we would meet up unable to get in touch with him. Will not return phone calls and cannot leave a voicemail on his voicemail box. This company is unprofessional unethical and should have their business license removed from the Secretary of State‘s office will be taking him to court and suing him for the damages, lost tools and lost wages
I needed a last minute tow and called around to like 5 other places then I came across desean . He got my car to me very fast and brought it to me !!! Prices are very reasonable as well, get at him for all your towing needs!
Overall, the towing service provided great customer service and was very responsive to my needs. The driver was friendly and professional, and they arrived at my location. However, I did find the prices to be quite expensive. I understand that towing services can be costly, but I felt that the cost was a bit higher than what I was expecting. In summary, if you are in need of a reliable towing service with great customer service, this company may be a good choice, but be prepared to pay a premium price.

Great service. I had called five different services. They (DeSean) were the only one to show up. Perform the task at hand efficiently , confidently , swiftly the whole recovery took 10 to 15 minutes I had been stranded for hours were other towing services, no longer answered the phone except Paris (DESEAN TOWING). He answered the phone and assured me he will be On his way. Driver was very professional and real!!!!.
Desean's Towing saved my butt on a Sunday when no one was available to tow my car that would not start. He was super personable, very kind and also sent me a picture of my car once he dropped it at the dealership. Most importantly, he kept me updated with an accurate ETA which was less than an hour. Big shout out to DeShawn Towing. My radiator hose exploded yesterday morning on 75 n from the cold weather. I went to work and called DeShawn. Not only did he pick up the truck and drop it where I needed it. He did it for a great price and at my convenience. Stand on business.
DO NOT USE!!! Driver damaged my car causing hundreds of dollars in repair fees. Company will not do anything to amend issues, alongside taking hours to pick up vehicle after promised timely pickup and delivery.
Stranded on the side of the road with my son for 3 hours all the other tow companies I called said it would be 3-4 hours before they would be able to come called Desean and he was able to come in a timely matter and towed my car home for me thank you so much for helping me and my son Desean

Awesome service. Came quickly and on-time. I was calling around to several tow trucks company and he was the only one that could come as fast and had different size tow trucks to come down my narrow, long and hilly driveway. Highly recommend. Quick, professional, and efficient.
Mr. DeSean responded & arrived very quickly to help me tow my car, which was broken down on GA 400. This was AFTER 12 calls & waiting in vain for 6 hours for help from my AAA Roadside Assistance service provider!!! My car was then towed safely to my mechanic's garage, and my friend and I were finally out of that very dangerous situation of being stuck by the side of the highway. I am so very grateful for his professionalism & great service. I would highly recommend his service to anyone.

We had the bright idea that we should drive our F150 down the hill to the basement area and it got stuck in the mud and we had to call DeSean to come and he pulled it back up the hill before my husband came home and SAW IT! Sean was contacted for towing services at 420pm. ETA was 30 minutes but 2 hrs later. I called another towing company, got picked up and off the side of rode within 30 minutes. On this day it was traffic. They are located in Union City but servies delivered from Fayetteville. I appreciate the follow up concern 😟 Trying to give service 5 stars 🌟 aren't always the best routes. Give to people who actually are concerned.

Desean saved us after a blow out on I-85 south, after waiting 2 hours for travelers insurance roadside assistance who never showed up we were lucky to call him and he showed up in 30 minutes at 2am. He’s a very nice professional guy and quick and a fair price (he earns every penny) Thank god there are still good guys like him out there.

They say 45min away! Ok no problem! I wait 1hour i txt back the guy he say traffic so another 35 minutes i text him at 6:46 he say another 26 minutes in total i wait 3hours
He was supposed to deliver my car to kia i gave him all informations! my name and phone number!
So when he arrives at the location he put my key in the envelope without none of my informations! Just the key inside! The imagine all the struggles that i have just because i choose him

I had to have my car towed due to a broken brake caliper and flat spare tire, when I called the lady on the phone told me that a driver would be 3hrs out, but in turn she was able to find a driver that could be there within 30 min. Once the driver got there to hook up my car he took great care as to not damage it in anyway. I am very happy with my service that I will use them again if needed.
The driver was patient as well as understanding! He arrived quicker than I expected and got me and my car to our location safely. I was extremely pleased with the customer service. The owner met us at the service department, my car wasn't ready but he was patience and returned later, pick up the car and delivered it back to me. Great price and great timely service. I'll be keeping his number in my files for anyone who is looking for towing services. I highly recommend.
